Nice been there for bout 8 years I came here to get my life together and I have yes they have days that things aren't all good but u have to work At it all my counselors I've had have been great and the nurses also u do… what u pose to do and all will go well for u Miss Audrey my counselor is fantastic at her job and Mr Eddie goes out and beyond his way to help u at any time it's the best thing I've done in my life and for my loved ones🙏
Everyone is awesome 👍
This place definitely has the money to hire a new nurse but they don't. The lines get longer and longer and longer. It's absolutely ridiculous. Hire a new nurse!!!!
Their peer support counselor, Eddie Wayne, is a super star. He relates and is respectful. He is the eagle that arose from the ashes!
I moved here last summer from a Veterans Hospital clinic in Texas. The staff here are all really nice, helpful, and I feel that they do care. There's so much support you can get here if you ask. My case mngr is awesome… !! And thats something that is important to me personally. I would def recommend this place....
If you want the help it's there please people leave the fentanyl alone and go get some help it's there I promise you have to work for your sobriety just like you worked for your addiction
Saved my life
For years I would say I had a fairly good experience with wonderful counselors every step of the way with my only complaint in regards to the counselors that almost every one I had prior was run off specifically by the… two counselors who had been there the longest and run a clique like enviorment within the counselor group and in turn great caring counselors leave because they can not take the “mean girl” tactics that are applied to all new counselors who come in just trying to learn with care and compassion. I self paid for well over 10 years until I was finally told I could get a certain insurance and they would file it which I thought that would be fantastic. Well it has been anything but. My insurance company is now looking into them for wrongful if not fraudulent billing practices to which I am having to send in information to my insurance and they are having to deal with the billing department because apparently I am not the only one getting overly charged. If I was to self pay I would be paying in the neighborhood of 527 a month yet they are billing my insurance 746.25 for one weeks services!!!! When I pick up my monthly amount I am told I have to pay 4 copays because they bill once a week and even though a copay is only to be charged on days we are physically at the clinic, they don’t care but what baffles me is the obvious overcharging they are doing to the insurance company and myself. Hopefully this all gets works out and helps every other patient who is having these problems. The sad thing is we come to this place to live a normal life and it’s said that every way you can get taken advantage of, they will try. They used to also have some good nurses but they have all left and god forbid you have a legitimate question to one of them because they might just start screaming at you for no reason. The same for the financial provider. I told her that the insurance company suggested for me not to pay until they looked into their billing practices which I knew I still had to pay because how else could I receive the medicine I need, but for 3 months Erica in finances has had a flag on my account acting as if I wasn’t paying (I have never not paid) but guess what, the flag is still there. If you tell them you are going to reach out to corporate I have literally been told that corporate doesn’t have oversight over the clinic so I would be wasting my time. I would say it has went downhill with the corporate buy out, I have left emails for corporate over issues that were important and have not once been called or emailed back. I am just fed up at this point and since the clinic has dug in their heels on there billing practices that are def suspicious, I have no other choice but to hope my insurance can get this resolved.
They saved my husband life . Prior we tried every thing nothing worked . The staff is very knowledgeable and understanding. Do what your supposed to do and the program works .
The staff is doing much better since a corporate administrator has come on board. However, they never a finance person who knows a thing about how to do the finances for the patients. The corporate headquarters makes a… fortune off interest because of this situation. At one point the owed me $4000.00! I did receive a check but had to get to the administrators at the headquarters to get my money back. If you are a patients with health insurance—beware!!!!!
I arrived at tri county new seasons as a guest dosing and my paper work was not faxed over to them from my home clinic, these wonderful ladies here stayed late and made sure I was given my dose and taken care of. Thank… you so much for y’all’s help!
If you want help they’ll help you Ms.ellen is fire she actually will help you❤️❤️
Majority of the staff is extremely rude, the only reason I gave them any stars is because of the 2 or 3 people there in the entire staff that care about doing their jobs effectively. The remaining staff treats this… place like Auschwitz, zero respect for anyone much less themselves to be talking to people sideways like they do. If this business wasn't propped up by the government grants, hand outs, and bureaucratic red tape it would have long ago gone out of business . *************EDITED REVIEW************ I raised them from 2 stars to 4 stars once again it is due to the few people there that shine. I was brought into the directors office to make me aware that she heard about my situation and the employee that was aggressive and talked sideways to me and that wasn't how they operate. I did get the sense that she was genuine and not going off of a memorized script. The good employees are there but they are outnumbered sadly with the ones with big egos and bad attitudes. ***************2nd EDIT REVIEW************* Although there are a handful of people who care about their jobs and what they do here the rest do not. I'm a guest doser in Birmingham to spend as much time as I can with my mother in the last few months of her life. My clinic sent all the proper paperwork for me to dose at this clinic until today. It brought these ladies so much joy to tell me they would not dose me bc I missed yesterday and I had to have all new paperwork. They wouldn't even attempt to call their program director or do anything g about it. I didn't realize they only were open for 2 hours on weekends. So now I'm on my second day without my medication. I hate this clinic, not even the few good people that work here could never get me to return. I would rather go cop dope and risk overdosing at this point before I would ever come back there. Stay away, save yourself the headache go anywhere else even if you have to drive a little longer.
I enjoy this clinic. All the nurses are pretty nice at the window. There's a big turnover of counselors but most of them are nice. They have an awesome peer counselor that is great to talk to Edward
Was just guest dosing due to their shortage. So had to wait to even transfer or become a new patient. Coming from a different state I understand different qualifications and procedures. Let’s just say the head nurse ms.… Regina is very unprofessional with a nasty attitude. Was once told to handle my business (which I did even before I came into the clinic) due to ms tameka negligence over the phone. As a woman best believe I handled mine an was able to dose after talking to the right people with the right attitude to help .very nerving that as a patient even guest dosing get treated as if I was in the wrong. Immediately went to another clinic and not once regret making my choice even if I had to drive even longer. Just that incident as a guest doser rubbed me wrong enough to go somewhere else and just cringe when tri county gets brought up. Kinda sad in my opinion since they have such a title and treating patients with nasty attitudes. Oh and come to find out kinda inconveniently I have a balance due there when I paid for every time I went…. Hmmm kinda fishy to me. Even after the few times I went in after that incident got the same nasty stank face from the ablove named. Best believe with this review I went further up . But highly doubt anything will be done.
They don't have no respect
Yesterday I had a review with my counselor, the supervisor, the doctor and another lady who I believe is higher up in this facility! In this review I was totally disrespected by my counselor in several different ways.… She asked a question and I answered it honestly but while I was answering her she cut me off clapping her hands snapping her fingers and yelling my name and scooting to the front of her seat as if this was a fight and not a discussion! Not once did I raise my voice not once did I interrupt anyone not once did I speak with hand gestures and not once did I move in my seat to make anyone feel threatened! But yet I had to leave this place with her threatening to drop my medicine by the week but also not tell me what that would do to my body! All day yesterday all I could do was cry! I am a mother of many children can u imagine how I feel as an adult being treated the way that I was in there. Made me feel underneath them all! How was that behavior suppose to help me?? I accept what I did wrong not once did I deny it so I never understood why was that necessary 🤔 I woke up went back to the clinic today to see she dropped my medicine but also I'm still in tears! This only made me want to quit!
This clinic gives you the runaround. High turnover with counselors. And the ones that do work there don’t do what they’re supposed to do. They like to come up with clever little ways to not allow you to phase up. drug… screens come back positive for things you’ve not taken. For example, testing positive for alcohol when the person doesn’t drink. They won’t allow you to take a hair follicle test paid for by the patient to prove that their drug screens are wrong. If you can go somewhere else and get good care, I highly recommend you do that.
Great place to get off the dope
Have been treated with the up most respect, I couldn't have been given a more caring, loving, counselor when I made my transfer!!!!!!!!😁😌 (feeling blessed 4 that!) But she rocks!! Not to long after transferring I had a… major come apart in her office & other counselors came in to h& helped me calm down, but they, my counselor & her coworkers did it in such a truly caring & concerned way!!!!! I left with the feeling that I was a whole person & they treated me with so much dignity & respect, not like I was just another number, but a person!!! They have ALWAYS treated me like one of them, they will (when time allows) joke around with clients & I truly get the feeling that my counselor cares in my progress & how my depression has been. Idk, every one has different experiences, this has been mine.... Don't give up on you, believe it or not, there are people who want to help you, the whole you, you ARE worth the fight!!!!
great service, social workers are very good at their service, everything is great the dr is always there.i truly recomend it to any 1 that really wants to be drug free.
