TND is the most amazing facility ive ever been to! They saved my life. So many extracurricular activities. The peers, BHTs, nurses and therapist are all amazing. The food is soo good, nothing like normal facility food!… Its amazing! I love this place so much and I can not recommend it enough. I could write an essay on this place and all it has to offer. Please please pick this facility, you will not regret it. 10s all across the board. Good luck and youve got this. This is the place to get sober for sure.

TND is amazing the staff there cares so much about each woman and they recovery Miss April cooks with love for the women the peers Whitney, Megan and Constance are great role models to the women my therapist Hannah was… amazing she was very patient with me shoutout to my care manager MaCayla is theeee shit she help me figure out my next step after TND the medical staff Miranda, Bri and Ebony are amazing I would highly recommend TND I wish they had a sober living but thee 28 day program is amazing and saves many women lives thank you oh so much ladies ❤️

There are truly no words that can express how grateful I am for everyone at Next Door Recovery Center. When I came through their doors, I was at one of the lowest points in my life. I felt lost, hopeless, and unsure if… I could ever become the person I wanted to be. From day one, the staff treated me with compassion, dignity, and unconditional support. They never judged me for my past—they believed in my future. Every counselor, nurse, and staff member genuinely cares about the people they help. They don't see you as another patient; they see you as a person who deserves a second chance. Their encouragement, patience, and commitment gave me the strength to keep fighting, even on the days I wanted to give up. Because of Next Door Recovery Center, I have hope again. They helped me rediscover my self-worth and showed me that recovery is possible if you're willing to put in the work. I will never forget the impact they've had on my life, and I will always be thankful for the love, guidance, and support they gave me during one of the hardest chapters of my journey. Best choice I ever made this place is truely amazing! Staff medical team and the whole facility is so awesome and they truely care about your recovery! Food is good and even the residential is so comfortable definitely… the place to go!

I wouldn’t be where or who I am today if it wasn’t for this program. They literally saved my life & if you are anything like me the detox was the scariest part of getting clean for me. They have a great detox method if… you are opiate dependent like I was. The staff, the entire program, everything was top tier. I’ve been in and out of treatment & jail for the last 11 years but this was the place to truly pull me from the depths of hell. Highly highly recommend.

Always remember as with ALL things, you get back what YOU put in it. I received detox, medical, psychiatric care, one on one therapy, group classes and classes about my addiction as well as meetings while in there. Peer… support was also available. Anything that I NEEDED to start me onto the road of RECOVERY was provided as well as housing options ,both within this city and surrounding cities was an option. If you are looking for a CURE you will NOT find it here or in any other place you find or can go to. This is TREATMENT. They treat you, provide the proper care to get you to where you are STABLE, provide AFTER CARE and give you the tools to be successful if YOU continue to what they teach you and CONTINUE to do the things taught AFTER you leave the doors. If YOU fail, or have to come back (by all means PLEASE DO or get somewhere), then own up- THAT IS A YOU THING, not them. It took a lifetime for us to get to where we are/were- SPOILER ALERT: be prepared for it to be that long to repair what has been done. They are here to ASSIST, not FIX YOU. Both times were great for me. I returned the 2nd time because of me- I forgot all about my tools then, but am still using them to this day 4 years later. These people are experienced in recovery. If you are thinking about coming I HIGHLY recommend. 1) your continued existence dependents on it, 2) they care 3) they actually want you to succeed. Come in with the intention of coming for YOURSELF and not to make friends, HUSH, listen, take notes, apply, practice and utilize the tools. change your MINDSET FIRST, then those people, places and things - THESE ARE LITERAL KEYS in all areas of life when toxicity is involved and you can’t do anything BUT succeed. Oh yeah, FOOD was great as well. You can not, will not change doing the same things you ALWAYS have that have NEVER gotten you anywhere but here- come in with an OPEN mind and LISTEN to those with experience on the other side. If a closed mouth won’t get fed neither will a closed mind-The time is NOW and I believe in you. THIS is a foundation that is meant to be set in order for you to be able to rebuild. —side note for the negative review. TND staff- you guys are awesome and amazing and truly care. CLEARLY that was a her thing and not a you all thing. You are LITERALLY saving and changing lives . I am living proof and literally alive right now because of TND existence. Returning for 5 years says there was SOMETHING good about you🥰

I just want to say what a absolute beautiful program the next door recovery is!!!! This place truly and significantly changed my life, I have always been against rehabs for years, said I never needed one and lo and… behold I found myself one day calling their number. The therapy I received their was absolutely outstanding! The people there truly care about what happens to you and what you're going through, the way they have it set up is unbelievably productive, if you are willing and truly won't help, there's no match to their recovery program! I would absolutely recommend it to any woman that is in need of recovery and in need a finding themselves again,or in need of discovering who they are or letting go of some past things that they have through, it's truly truly truly a remarkable program, and there's no question in my mind that I would not be here today if I did not go and receive the treatment I did in their program. And I'll be honest, I don't give no reviews I don't do none of this on my phone never have for any place, I just have to let any woman know that just might happen to be reading this, or ever read this, to know that that program is a life-changing program and it is not too late to get help I promise you!! This is the place to go for it! I'm a changed woman because of this program and I'll stay clean since I've left the program, due to the treatment that I received there, I fully believe that with all of my heart. The Next Door Recovery is the this there is in my opinion of any recovery program hands down!!

The next door is an all female facility which makes it a safe place for women to recover. I love sending my ladies who are in need of help to this facility because it’s more than a facility. They truly care. Destiny has… the biggest heart and is always willing to help. I have never heard no from her in the years I have worked with her. She will always find a way to help that shows her heart and the next door is blessed to have her ❤️

TND is truly such an amazing place! The staff truely care about the clients and helping you get/stay sober! 10/10 recommend for treatment and/or PHP/IOP !

I had been going to this place for five yrs. They get you on Suboxone. I told them while in rehab I didn't want it. The doctor became very persistent on me taking it so I did. I started the shot a few months ago. I got… sick had to go to the hospital. While I missed an appointment they wouldn't let me get my injection or meds. So I withdrawaled for two weeks. Finally the hospital said that's enormous and started me on a new plan. They have no compassion for people. Oh and I had never failed a drug test the whole time I was there. Always did everything I was supposed to. I just always got the run around. If you wanna go somewhere the people actually care. Do not go here.

The next door literally saved my life. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Just wish they would allow more phone calls.

If there is one thing I know from my years in sobriety it’s that a lot of women in active addiction also have trauma and struggle with being codependent just as I did. The Next Door gives women and expecting mothers a… SAFE place to heal and recover. While there you will begin to find those lost parts of yourself you have forgotten and grow to love them again. You will gain tools , knowledge and a support system to help you become successful sober and healthy. Since going to the Next Door my life has completely transformed. I am successful and thriving with multiple years of sobriety under my belt. All the things I had lost in addiction I have gained back and most importantly I truly love myself and who I have become. I no longer seek the escape we chase in addiction. I love myself life! I’m able to give myself and my family a life I never thought possible! Fawn is AMAZING. She genuinely cares and I can guarantee doesn’t forget a woman who walks through those doors. The staff is genuine and only wants to see more people overcome the grips of addiction. And let me just say it is truly beautiful on the other side! I was scared and near death but I kept going back to try for recovery each time. I hope a woman sees this and realizes it’s possible and takes the step and calls!!! I highly recommend an ALL women’s facility and also recommend continuing to stay focused on yourself once you leave. I could go on and on about the love I have for this program! I highly recommend!!!!!

I went here for treatment in 2021. I was an alcoholic and needed help and this place helped get me sober. At the time I was still working on mental health issues which have been worked out now. I'm 5years sober thanks… to the help of the the Next Door. They have a great staff and treat you well. You are always family after you leave.

I absolutely, hands down, without a doubt KNOW that God sent me to this place to put good, genuine people in my life. First off, the staff welcoms you with open arms, never once judging ANYTHING or anyone. Most of them… are in recovery, as well. From the peer specialists, to the head lady in charge, you literally feel their compassion and love, and desire to help you. Then, you meet your own peers (the other clients) and realize you are not alone. Sure, 28 days may feel like such a long time, but you are going to groups, getting educated on how to stay sober, all while surrounded with nonstop support and love, so it really goes by, fast. And when the 28 days is over, they don’t just kick you out and forget about you. They call and check up on you and genuinely mean it, when they ask if there’s any kind of support they can offer you. The ladies at The Next Door have become my family and I know I couldn’t stay in the right frame of mind to stay sober, if it weren’t for having their constant love and support. I highly recommend this place.,

I have been in and out of recovery for 24 years. My time that I spent at TNDR was the most transformative. I know that I never have to live like I was before I got there. They made sure that whatever I wanted my next… step to be, that it was taken care of so that I didn't have to go back to where I was before I got there. If you are ready for something different, I would definitely recommend it. What's the worst that could happen? You find the life that you always wanted?

The employees or whoever is over the area of keeping peoples things “safe” they stole my Tommy Hilfiger duffle bag and my skin care products. I got stuck in their elevator twice. The detox side of things is very… miserable because you’re confined to a bedroom with nothing to occupy your mind and the televisions are small and barely functional. I was there in 2022. It’s a scam you will not get sober being in an institution for 30 days

This place is not the place to go if you are trying to heal from emotional trauma! The cafeteria workers were very rude and out of line! They even denied me food! I filled a grievance and I was told that I wasn't the… first person to have an incident with them. I'm unsure what disciplinary action was taken if any was even taken at all. I also had a hard time getting my care manager to help me with anything. Some of the people there are just there for a paycheck and nothing more. Any other facility like this is very "on" it when it comes to medication. I've waited over 3 hours for a Tylenol when I had an abscessed tooth. Some of the girls were denied their mental health meds for the day while I was there because they jumped out of the 2 hour wait line to use the restroom. Took me about 14 days to receive nicotine patches here. They do not take medications seriously. Kristal , my therapist, was absolutely wonderful though! Unfortunately, she is leaving. She was the best thing about that program. I would recommend anyone seeking treatment to look elsewhere besides here.
