If I could hit a negative number I would. I was in a mental health crisis in August 27th around 11:30.am. I have never seen such unwelcoming, rude and disrespectful female employees than the 2 females I encountered. I… went to window and she said rudely, like I was a bother, “what do you need?” I was stunned. I was stuttering due to my mental health and I said “where is the clinic?” She said “right there.” Was rude with more words and then said “I’ll put you on chat.” I said “what’s chat?” She said a nurse will come out and tell you what to do.” That didn’t sound very promising. A nurse in a hot pink scrubs outfit called my last name. She acted like I was bothering her also. She was rude, unconcerned and acted like she didn’t even want me there. I told her “I had a doctor here but I transferred to lake city Va due to the doctor here not listening to me. She made the remark “it sounds like your new one isn’t listening either. Told me “I can’t help you here because your doctor is in Lake City and they know your care.” I told her this is why veterans are leaving them in Valdosta and driving an hour to lake city for better care: I called Lake City VA ER and they told me to leave now after I told her what was going on and I didn’t need to wait. Why is it the doctor in lake city that was not my doctor could treat me but Valdosta could not? These 2 females do not need to work around veterans. They do not have the compassion nor care they need as there’s plenty of vets with mental health issues, I’ll never walk in Valdosta Va again and will tell any veteran I see to go to Lake Ciry as they provide the care and compassion we need.

The PACT team 3 staff members met my husband and I with caring & friendly smiles and more importantly, with sincere concerns in providing holistic medical care and services to meet our needs by providing support… services as well. We are very thankful and grateful to all of the VA staff for providing medical care in the ‘Spirit of Excellence’ & Professionalism’. A Salute of Gratitude to all of the Veterans & their families as a Staff Members or as a Patient !!! Be Blessed and Safe!!! Isaac (Air Force Vet) & Dr. J ( Retired RN )

My experiences here have been really smooth. Dr. Greene is amazing and makes sure I'm doing a-okay! All the other staff had been wonderful as well especially the blood takin nurses. If they don't pick up the phone you… just need to wait a bit and try again. Once you get through they'll take care of you! Thanks Valdosta VA I'm blessed to be able to visit yall.

This website is very misleading. It gives you the impression that you can make it there by 5 o’clock pm. Unfortunately once you get there they have a sign on the door stating that they close at 4:30pm

If I could rate them a 0 I would. Terrible service, terrible treatment. Told them I was having chest pains and they told me it was anxiety and said they’d see me back in 6 months to check my vitals. You’re better off… going to an ACTUAL hospital bc this one will just let you die

This place is a joke. Called to get a flu vaccine. They told I had to go to my primary care doctor in perry FL. Funny all V.A clinics give the flu shot to any veteran that walks in. Not valdosta. They don't take care of… veterans like any other V.A. clinic they should be shut down for the lack of care they offer the veteran. Went here to see a doctor about a skin disorder. Would not see me. So I called and had some idiot doctor on a video chat. I waited 4 weeks to get a appointment. Finally had to go to peach care in valdosta. Saw a doctor same day and found I had a bacteria on the skin that was eating me away. The v.a paid the bill cvs filled the medicine. Go peach care and they honor 3 vist a year under the v.a program. Great doctors there.W. what thus clinic can't even print out a report. I waited 45 minutes to get a paper printed. Then they toldmei had to go to Gainesville fla.ne they can't do it told me to drive to Gainesville fla.

The staff don't appear friendly at all, I've been going here for 6 months and have not met a medical doctor yet. My last clinic at Florida VA, kept up with my appts. Here they don't have any doctors except on telecom.… Patients have to drive so far outside of Georgia to see any types of doctors. I wish I had researched this before moving to Valdosta.

This place is a joke. My husband has been trying to see a doctor here for MONTHS now. On the day of his appointment EVERY time they call to either cancel or tell him that he needs to reschedule it because whoever made… the appointment only made it for 30 minutes instead of an hour (which has happened 2 or 3 times now). Do the people up there not know how to work the system or something? If anyone has any suggestions on how to actually get in and see a doctor without getting the runaround that would be great.
