Northshore Health Centers – Lake Station

I dislike Paula Brant unfortunately she has had a lot of good reviews so I decided I'd use her as my Dr but she always has me waiting for hours!! Never respectful towards me!!! She has me waiting forever each time I… come 😩 I dislike her and I'm sad to say that because I would have loved to have her as my Dr but she isn't respectful!! This is my second time saying something about this woman too 😒

My three grandbabies 5/7/ 9 months had blood drawn tonight. They usually act a fool . The lab tech Candis was the best! She is very nice and handled them no problem . We’ve gone to Methodist and had problems every-time.… Will not go there again. This lady knows her stuff and only stuck them one time 🙏 . She gave them suckers and stickers to. Thank you. She better not go no where lol

Very professional. Had me back in shape in 1 day. I'm very impressed with North Shore. This is the 3rd facility of there's that I've used. Excellent care.

Very good care from the beginning to the end. Not much of a wait time at all.

Professional from the minute you walk into the office, wait wasn’t long at all especially taking the time to pre check in, Dr.C is the perfect dr for a man’s man.so glad the good Lord sent me his way.

Everyone was nice

Half attempt at an appointment, they are nice, but the doctor(pediatric nurse) was just about the bare minimum, next to no explanation just to knock out the appointment. She did as much as what we can do at home..first… thing she did was talk about prescription, doctor need to stop running to that for their money it's ridiculous. Will definitely be asking for a different doctor when and if we go back.

Very unhappy with how we were spoken to. The school said my son required a shot for 12th grade or he would be expelled. They argued with me saying the rcv4 shot was not needed even though I had it pulled up on chirp… showing it was needed. They cut me off mid sentance, and rolled their eyes when i showed them papers. They embarrassed me when the first lady came out to loudly "talk" to me infront of other patients, trying to talk me out of getting my son the shot. Then turned and walked away as I was talking to her. After that I kept seeing nurses poke their head out looking directly at me. We waited for an hour after that. People that came in after us were being called. When we were called back, we recieved the same treatment... however the nurse who helped us had a nicer tone. We ended up getting the shot. This could have all been avoided if they would have given him the correct shot when we were there for it in July... instead they gave him Meningococcal B.

You guys are always doing a great job for me! Thank you Ms. Rebbeca Rushmore and the Eye Glass department! I will me back!

Good followup if not immediate. However, the visits are thorough & courteous , caring and empathetic.

Everything was fine until my very recent ultrasound appointment. I had my baby (18 months) and my husband which is disabled, to help me during the session. A nurse named Olga was assigned for my appointment. My back was… hurting the whole time because of the weird position I was in. I had to lay all the way back and it was a long session. My baby was walking around and my husband was having difficulties taking care of her. At the end of the session, she said not to have my baby again next time in the room, which I don't blame Olga. But I would rather not to experience that anymore. Might have to go to another northshore for ultrasound. Thanks, Olga.

I never had a problem with them until recently went there for my infected fingers which was over a month ago and still no results whatsoever my fingers are now turning black they sent me to doctors who also didn’t do… anything about my situation what a waste of time hopefully I don’t have to sue them because this is unacceptable

Dr. Lemon has compassion and kindness. He fit me in for an impromptu appointment, due to a sudden, serious eye concern. He put me at ease, and his staff is amazing!

I have had nothing but exceptional service at Northshore. I recently went to a different location for a procedure and I was so nervous. The staff at my usual location Is terrific so I hoped it would be the same in Lake… Station. I was greeted and helped by friendly front desk team. The nurse who took me back was not just kind but sincerely friendly. The doctor helped me feel at ease and took time to inform me before the procedure. I can’t recommend them enough!!

We were initially helped by Fátima and she was great in patiently and professionally assisting us. Everyone, doctors, nurses all so very helpful, patient. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I have been going there for years.

Went here to see the chiropractor since I needed one as close to home as possible and Dr. Trinidad did a great job. I felt a lot better once I was out the office and my back felt a lot better.

Overall I love the place go every week. My insurance ride does happen to drop me off early, but they managed to get me in early most of the time there are a few times where I’ve had to wait but that’s normal for a… doctors office. Let’s be realistic.

My wait was not long. It was quick and easy. I was in less of an hour.
