This is Nicole, i been through par since they were on Ridge rd and Congress, swiitched to the one on Washington.God bless anyones soild they went there and waited. And immidiatly transferred go springhill once they… Openèd . Did seriously saved my life . 20years i was taken 6 roxys at a time twice daily. Found out i was pregnanr a day later and sarted that day. . Been 20 years and never touched another pain killed since. No lie. Gid as my witness. Youf stronger then you think. If i can do it anyone can. The best staff. My fav couclor Carla ❤️, Angie,mary fav nurse been with me threw this 20 years,Nurse Deb. The staff and the people that work there are amazing

If you need help these ppl will be there for you . They care about you and your well being. My Counselor is one of the best and there are so many wonderful ppl that want to see you succeed

Update: Every single person here is amazing! The people at the front desk, always nice and treat you like you're a human being and not just some addict. My previous counselor is amazing! Angie! I can go to her anytime… and her door is always open, if she's busy she will make time for me! She has helped me through some personal issues by just talking to me and helping me learn to cope with any negativity in my day-to-day life. My new counselor, Hope.. she is wonderful! I was comfortable around her from the very beginning and I feel like I can tell her anything without judgement. All of the counselors are amazing! If you are struggling with addiction and are thinking about coming here, it will be the best decision you ever made! Trust me on this! Don't listen to all the nonsense and negative comments that people have to say about the treatment, because it's damn sure better than what you're doing now! You won't regret it! I don't know what all this crap about them stealing money from patients and insurance, I've never had any issues since being here. And if you have a problem with dr. Benson, it's most likely because you didn't follow the rules and do what you're supposed to do! He has a very dry sense of humor but he's a good person. And a great doctor and I have no problem with him. He will tell you like it is and that's it. It's his medical license on the line, not yours! So forgive him for not coddling you and tending to your every waking need. As far as people posting his mug shot, how about let's post yours? People make mistakes!!! We ALL HAVE MADE MISTAKES! You learn from them and move forward. You don't know the circumstances behind that incident so unless you were there, you can't really speak on the matter honestly. OP PAR AND DR BENSON ALL THE WAY! Keep up the good work everyone!!! everyone here is very friendly and helpful. I have been on a maintenance dose for 4 years and I truly believe they are the reason I got my life back. I will miss Jaz. But everyone there is super nice. If you need help, don't put it off any longer..just go for it and u will not be disappointed.

Operation PAR had saved my life! The staff is awsome! The counselors are the best. If it wasn't for par I'd probably wouldn't be giving this rating right now. Never had a problem with my insurance covering this. Good… luck guys. Thanks par

Best place ever and never any issues. Got my life back on track and staying this way finally. They have helped me to get and stay clean and I'm beyond grateful.

I have been going to Operation Par for a while now that I'm moving I can do a review and not be afraid of any repercussions from doctor benson at the Spring Hill office he is the rudest guy I have ever met and doesn't… treat his patients like people I have been called a liar multiple times by him and waited many hours on him he has you there hours before he gets there and almost got fired because his time is the only important time that matters i waited from 7 to 11 many times and I'm glad that he got a DUI so he knows what it's like to make a mistake I have been wanting to report this guy since I started going to Operation Par on Cass Circle but I chose not to because I need my medicine and can't deal with the drama from a drunk doctor that don't know how to talk to people or respect people

Terrible place to go for help, the lady Liz specifically does not care about patients needs at all. I came here to guest dose from another state I had to sign a release from the clinic where I was from, when I got there… she gave me a release from their clinic instead of the one from my clinic so nothing got done and I was unable to dose that day which was yesterday. I went there again today she has the nerve to say something about my clinic being on her all morning because they actually care about me getting my dose. So by the time all the paperwork got done it was around 11:00 they close at 11:30 I asked her if I'll be able to dose once everything was finished she said no because she needs to talk to nursing even though all of my dosing information everything that they needed was already sent so I said okay how about I call them ahead of time this way the information that you need is there already that way I'm able to get my dose I already didn't do it yesterday I'm not feeling well she said no that's not the way it works here I said can you give me a reason why she said that's just not the way we do things, in other words she went out of her way to make sure that I was unable to get my dose

If I didn't decide to walk in here 5yrs ago I'd be in jail my kids wouldn't have the mom they have or God for bit I could died from the path I was on.So if your looking to make your life better first step is walking in… the door 💜 GOOD LUCK

Best decision I ever made! I live almost 2 hours away and I will never change clinics the staff is worth the extra drive! The nurses the people up front and the counselors all care about u and show that they do I love… them there!

Nice program with councilors that care about your sobriety!!! But, for some reason you don't have a good match and that happens sometimes, they will try there best too communicate with staff and try to get everything… taken care of in a timely manner... please don't ever leave!!!

This is an amazing clinic. . . I have been impressed with this clinic many many times and the way they have handled many situations not just with me personally also with people I didnt know just events I witnessed ... I… have experience with this place on 3 separate occasions and each time has been wonderful .. This clinic truly cares the nurses are wonderful and the staff is caring and understanding! I REALLY have enjoyed my time at this place they have helped me with my sobriety and helped me to get me to a place where I can recover because WE DO RECOVER 😊 I'm finally happy and stable and I am so thankful

I'm so thankful my ex man realized I needed help an woke me up from ruining myself. Because of him I've been going to Par now over a year. I feel good about myself an I'm going to keep moving forward. Thank you guy's

7 plus years ago I was in a terrible place in my life and I didn't care was ready to say bye but then I found out I was pregnant, I was scared to death for the baby. While at the health department I said as much to a… woman there and she suggested the clinic. Best decision I ever made and I had a beautiful little girl, my gift from God. Then about 2 years ago a, I thought friend, started to lead me in the wrong direction and I followed. Well approximately 2 months ago I said enough is enough and I went back. They saved my life the first time and helped me stand up again now. The staff is wonderful and if you struggle with any type of addiction and not strong enough to do the withdrawals alone this is your answer, I promise. Hoping this helps someone make the right decision!

If you have trouble getting sober and staying sober, they are there to help you 110%. With Every thing and anything. They help with maintenance in your life that way you get to function in everyday life activities,… work, and have control back over yourself and life. No more "chasing". Wake up everyday normal again. Have relationships back. All because of being sober again with their guidance and program! Its a miracle and life savor in more ways than one! Truly, thank God for Par!!!

another year here at Spring Hill PAR, and they have still been consistent and good to me. Although Im going through lots of stuff at home, when I get to the clinic the nurses and workers will always make me laugh of… smile. THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE HELP, ive been doing what i had to, to havea better life, but the devil will always try and get you. STAY STRONG, LIVE HAPPY, HAPPY GHANKSGIVING AND THANK YOU ALL.
