Park Center Inc – Fort Wayne (909 East State Boulevard) Detox and Rehab Services

Recorded services at Park Center Inc – Fort Wayne (909 East State Boulevard) are intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Park Center Inc – Fort Wayne (909 East State Boulevard) Address, Location and Contact Information

You will find this provider at 909 East State Boulevard, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46805. This address falls in Allen County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.

I have made complaints to many people and authorities. All my medical documents have untrue statements on them, my children and I have been greatly discriminated upon, they have lied to us and know other services are… taking their part doing the same to us and they took part in with them, writing more false reports, taking extreme medical fraud by providing and stating uneeded services continually causing significant harm towards the patients, discriminationing on the patients, HIPPA violations, ignoring patient's rights and civil rights, and they participated in illegal activities and conducts, all while not reporting the illegal reports, abuse, and neglect as I stated in the first place ten months ago. Instead as everyone else, no one besides myself has any ethical or moral values. Just stating they are mental health therapists does not state that they perform any services without their personal opinions and judgements. Every employee at Parkcenter we worked with joined in with all other wrongful service employees in creating my family and us so much abuse and causing so much unneeded seperation because no one at all is willing to even actually listen to a person. I can dump piles and books of reports and evidence to someone, actually over 10 thousands worth of pages and books of information and reports, thousands of pictures and completely tell the truth on court trials and yet each person from every service supposingly involving support for family members and their children have provided no support or care, just their own personal forced services not at all that was needed because well it pays them and it is fun to create stories and illustrate wrongdoings of someone innocent of any actual civil or criminal crime because they can, could, did, and got away with it. When only one honest good person is left in a room full of sharks that want and need everything for themselves, how was anything for the people who was supposed to need something even got anything. The amount of time, money, and emotional grievances and lost in all these actions I reminded everyone each day unrepairable damage and lost time and important years we (the family the services should have involved) will not get back doing what the therapist picked out and forced? How is therapy good when it makes someone lose everything and everyone they loved to continue, they are never discharged. For the patients to draw pictures all day answering unfair ridiculous manlipuating questions and brainwashing all of them involved. You made a three year old an adult, a 16 year old work full-time instead of school, made everyone cry & scared, and children unfed, dirty, and also have no one or anything. I am the only person providing for them still, because I love them while they all said I was a bad mother who does not ever deserve to see or speak to her children ever again and need therapy forever because I have depression and anxiety. They are taking thousands, thousands each month from forcing us their services to spend on whatever they want. This is supposed to be for us if needed. Not yours then your paycheck, then your lovable job where you picked us as the patients because we are good fun people to be around and use. Not because I am the bad person. They get to leave work and still get paid to do whatever they want as long as they take one of us my family or me with them, and claim its needed for us and never discharge and force more services. No one cares how unhealthy or unhappy the other people are the services were supposed to be for and helping. Compare past pictures to the now pics of the (humans) you never spoke the truth about. Were they the inhumane beings? What changed in their life and who created that for them and did that to them? Who sat there grinning, smiling, and not at all caring. I could scream this all day and it goes into deaf ears and then back to me needing more therapy. When is it rational to believe someone needs therapy 10 hours everyday? No one at all believes this is completely unbearable and unbelievable.

Really do not recommend this place at all now the staff there and music therapist was very professional the only one that was very unprofessional was the group activity therapist at park center don’t go here if you have… a option or choice I would not go here now the other parkview on beacon street I would definitely go to and the facility is always nice and clean and they keep the rooms nice and other than this place the rooms are barely clean and there bathrooms stinks and half of the time smells like a portal potty sometimes I would not go here and to be honest you will not get outside time either everytime I went to the er I told them that I would rather go to parkview behavioral hospital instead of park center but every time I went to the er they always send me to park center and sometimes you don’t get to pick or choose which hospital you want to go to especially if you’re having a crisis

Although wait times were longer than I expected and a follow up was scheduled pretty far out, I still was pleased with this facility. The registration staff was kind and helpful. Sean was a fantastic counselor to talk… to. He was thorough and you can tell he cared. He creates a welcome and comfortable atmosphere. His recommendations were above and beyond as well.

I have had a bad experience with Park Center on/off for years and other services provided by them. Some of their workers were professional but some of them weren't so kind. My needs weren't completely met. They wanted… me to come back to get evaluated again to remove a diagnosis and I believe the psychologist misdiagnosed me with the wrong condition. I was refused for any therapy after grieving therapy wasn't available to me. I have some insurance that may cover regular therapy, it didn't cover the grieving therapy but no other resources they can offer me to heal. Now I seek help from other centers who will listen to their clients and understand what's going on with their lives.

This is the last place you should go if you need mental help. In fact! You will need MORE mental help if you go here. The staff is absolutely terrible. They do not listen to you. They do not hear you. They judge you and… immediately try to tell you what meds you “need” based off of a 3 minute interaction. Absolutely disgusting. They forced me into treatment I didn’t need. Then threatened me if I didn’t do it. None of them deserve a license. None of them know what they’re doing. They’re human like the rest of us. They can’t fix anything. And they surely don’t help.

I liked my therapist. The only problem I had was that I let one therapist read some very important papers and I never got them back. Every time I questioned him he said he'll look. He just can't find them. These are… very important and personal. I would like them back.

Sean and Brandon have worked with me for years and have changed my life beyond measure. I’m grateful to Parkview and all their kind and caring staff for helping me get to where I am today. I don’t know how this place… has so many negative ratings because it’s the best care I’ve ever received in my life.

Possibly the worst factory farm of doctors that I have ever encountered. I was with them for 10 years and got nothing but laughed at, ignored, phone lines that don't work, and incompetence. Do not go there if you can… help it.

They are so disorganized it's impossible to get good service. Definitely go somewhere else if you actually want help.
