You call, the machine answers, you leave a message, and they don't call you back. The receptionist doesn't speak Spanish, and the secretary of my child's psychiatrist doesn't call me to schedule a follow-up appointment.… It's terrible.

This office is terrible and worthless they can't answer a phone call they contacted me at work hours and when I called back no one answered if u can't answer a simple phone call what good is your office don't waste your… time with this place

No one ever gets back to you. I’ve been trying to get an intake appointment for about 6 months now. Called countless times, left messages, never receive call backs. This place is a joke! The fact that they’re still up… and running blows my mind. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU ACTUAL WANT REAL, GENUINE HELP! These people are straight jokers.

Absolutely the worst! Please do yourself a favor - don’t go to them!! It is in a bad location with beat up chairs and everything looks old and nasty. Their therapists don’t listen; instead they put in their agenda. So… if you go in with a minor issue, you might end up divorcing or dead. They are more destructive than helpful.

They have a very large therapist turnover. It's hard when transitioning is one of the behavioral issues.

it's 2022 and time for in-person visits to start back for therapy, it's a little ridiculous that everything is done via video visit especially pertaining to mental health

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The therapist and the psychiatrist I have are great, they are kind and courteous and do their best. The office staff is HORRID. Not once have they sent a single prior… authorization form to my insurance company, despite 8 months of attempting to get them to do it. They don't return voicemails, and none of their phone options let you actually speak to a person, you have to leave a voicemail. They don't return emails either. I have, on multiple occasions, had to go weeks without medications because they refuse to send in the prior auth that my psychiatrist made. They take sometimes weeks to return a call to make your next psych appointment and you have to have an appointment every single month because they don't put any refills on your scripts. I have requested multiple times for them to send copies of files to my general doctor, they won't even respond to my GP's inquiries even after signing releases on both ends. They won't respond to me asking for an emailed or printed copy of my file and diagnosis so that I can go to another psychiatrist's office that will actually talk to me. Truly the worst office staff I have ever dealt with.

The stupid Dr.Doctor high up my daughters medicine so high that send her to the hospital.and stupid of me for giving her the medicine I didn't know better.so for all the patients be careful ask questions

These people are irresponsible, and don’t care about your child. They blame the parents for their mistakes and never answer the phone for therapist sessions and are always late for the sessions. This place is dirty and… disgusting.

Pinebrook focuses on making sure that the client's needs are met. I highly recommend Pinebrook if you are looking for people who actually love what they do.The staff are very professional and passionate about what they… do and always go above and beyond. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Pinebrook offers so many services to the community and are always helping others. I Highly recommend this place👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don't ever work here. Bad pay. Overworked No communication, or proper training. Transport area is so unorganized.

Doctor wrote wrong dosage on script for my 8 yr old daughter. So now the insurance company is holding up my baby's medicine all together. Glad we're moving out of state soon. New life New doctorS.

Worst service ever. They lied to my judge about me and said that I need drug and alcohol treatment when I don't do any type of drugs. All I wanted was family counseling to get my kids back. I filed a complaint to the… supervisor. Almost jepeordized my visiting rights. Wouldn't recomend to anyone. All they wanted was insurance coverage. No help at all. Worst staff.

This place is Bullshit, I called for treatment for my children, and they take over a week to call back for an Intake appointment, after you leave a message on their intake line, and then after that appointment you have… to wait 3 more weeks to get assigned a freaking therapist.... which is never told to you in the first place. Bullshit!!!!

This agency is top of the line! The experiences with staff there (counselors, receptionists, psychiatrists, and even management) has been excellent. I am thoroughly pleased with their Family Based Mental Health Services… (FBMHS). And although the first two counselors were not good matches for my individual therapy, We finally made a connection with the next one! They do have a stringent attendance policy but with good reasons....without consistency there is not good progress. Very professional staff. Also very experienced and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for clients that are willing to put in the effort.:)
