Pinnacle Treatment Centers NJ II LLC – Phillipsburg Detox and Rehab Services

What Pinnacle Treatment Centers NJ II LLC – Phillipsburg offers, on record, is detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Detox runs under medical supervision, and the first three days carry the highest risk with alcohol and benzodiazepines. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

This place and every single person that works here, from the awesome women up front ,to the amazing nurses , are just the best !! They don’t judge you and they actually care . If I could give more than five stars , I… absolutely would ! They deserve a million for all the kindness and compassion they show patients.

This place lies. They said my urine drug test came back positive for cannabis. I don't use cannabis whatsoever. I found out that Advil and PPIs can show up as cannabis which I take everyday. I've asked if I could take… an additional test or even get random drug screens. They keep avoiding my follow-up attempts. Very frustrating situation.

Edit: I had a year of reduced fee because I made such a small amount of money in 2024 and now this year 2025 I was supposed to be able to renew my reduced rate much more quickly than the year before because I already… had been in the system. Well turns out they denied me and denied my appeal saying that you have to make less than $438% of the federal poverty level well the federal poverty level is around $16,000 and multiply that by 4 and you've got 60k I made 20k I don't understand their math that makes no sense. sell false hope and lies. I could have bought a nice car or a down-payment on an apartment. People that make more than I do get 100% assistance. People are nice if you try, which I do, but they are so inconsistent and sell such false hope they end up triggering you to use.

I’ve been to at least 6 clinics throughout my life and this is by far the best. The lady behind the desk is an angel and remembers everyone’s name and number. Counselors are great, dosing nurses are great, doctor is… funny. Best clinic in New Jersey by so much

They deal with a lot. They can range from extremely helpful, to them being overwhelmed, but it is not them being inconsiderate they just have a lot of clients. Barbara is the star of the show here. She is empathetic and… truly cares. She goes above and beyond for her patients and I believe she is what keeps this place running smoothly!

Been a client of this facility for 5+ years. The allow clients unmonitored urine screens which allows them to cheat their tests, sometimes for years at a time. Frequently councilors quit, leaving patients alone, or… without proper supervision. THEY work WITH CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, which means while your doing your thing, unsupervised THEY ARE AT THE SAME TIME WORKING TO TAKE AWAY YOUR CHILDREN. This is the Gods Honest Truth, I've seen this happen to almost every client. The help you think your getting is going to work against you and ultimately destroy your life.

I've been here about two years I believe. If you're not ready to be completely clean, they take a harm reduction approach and work on curbing your usage, which is what we need more of. The nurses and doctor are the best… part about this place. We're all on a first name basis and everyone's very friendly. I used to have an AMAZING counselor, but they left for a better opportunity, so now I have an ok counselor. Either way, I'll have an overworked, and underpaid counselor here. At the end of the day, it's a business, owned by a bigger business, that wants results. But at least the people you come into contact with as a patient, or customer rather, are there to make a difference, and they are making a positive impact in people's lives, and the local community. They might be overworked and not always feel like it, but they really are making a big impact. The two reasons I give 4 stars instead of 5 are: - Their counselors are obviously underpaid, at least the really good ones, and overworked. They should employ more performance management techniques such as 1-on-1's and stretch assignments, etc. to identify the stronger performers, and take steps to retain them. I was getting very far with my last counselor. - I have been fully covered by my employer based insurance the whole time, but when I started there, their was an issue with confirming that. My insurance company said I was covered, Stateline said I wasn't. But I was very dedicated to my recovery at the time, so I paid out of pocket for months before it getting straightened out. So I paid hundreds, maybe even thousands of dollars out of pocket the first few months, and when it was finally straightened out, no attempt to refund the money I paid in was made. They likely kept the cash I paid in, and probably got a check from my insurance company. Anyways, water under the bridge, I guess they say. All in all, if you're using, and are sick of going to jail, and don't want to die, even if that means reducing your usage %80-90 and not waking up sick, or being completely clean... well, this is the best place I've found. I've tried the methadone programs in Newark, and this is a much nicer scene. And if you live nearby, like I do, it doesn't get much better than this. Ideally, there should be a place like this in every town, as well as a Harm Reduction center. Well, it's been a long fight, but we're getting there. Overall, this place is highly recommended, if you're reading this, you or your loved one should give it a try. What is there to lose?

If you have a job avoid this place like the plague. They cater to the unemployed and don't care if you need to be at work. To small for the amount of clients and entirely to much loitering at 530 in the morning when ppl… are trying to get to work.

So apparently a person can have a seizure there at the facility, get rushed to the hospital and no one will know except them and that patient. Don't count or expect them to call ypur emergency contact because it won't… happen. This is an incident that took place Monday morning yet they called no one that afternoon, Tuesday morning or afternoon. That is a poor judgment on their behalf. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!! If I could've given a half of star thats what they would've got !!!!

really disappointed in this program. i was a patient there. i will admit i screwed up and overdosed at the place. however, i was dealing with extreme amounts of stress at the time and i literally wanted to die.never… faked a urine. i may have verbally lied h and there but lets be real anyone in full blown active addiction does tat. i have now been clean since june and am going to be getting bariatric and spinal surgeries soon and need to be closer to home and they were my only real option. i have a legit allergy to suboxone so twin rivers is out of the question because they will not give you subutex there. i have documentation from a inpatient rehab of my allergy before anyone tries to make any stupid assumptions. i literally begged them to take me back. hell i even asked for a call back even if the answer was no and i didnt even get that.

This place is way better than most clinics out there, you are treated with the most respect and is a judgement free zone for everyone, the nurses, the counselors, and the doctor are amazing people who truly want to help… and see people make it out of the grips of addiction. I highly recommend you try this place out if others have failed you in the past, or been to the worst possibly place you can go to. Definitely 5 stars without a doubt hands down.

Most the staff is great with a few exceptions but that's just life. Other than the occasional technical issue or cross up in paper work it's pretty well ran. There gave been a few changes with doctors since I've… started, but I can honestly say I've not had one bad experience with any doctor I've been seen by. The nurses r all great, very personable. The front reception area is also staffed with very great people (the 2 main people at front desk😉) along with nursing and other staff like counselors ask about how ur doing, about ur family, if ur going through something they see that difference in u bc they r the ones who see u everyday and genuinely care and want to help! I'm happy to have this as my home clinic. It's all what u make it. If u use ur gonna make it miserable for urself, if u r really trying, they will work with u. They give u chances! It's all what u put in!!

Been in recovery for many years thanks to this program. Completed turned my life around. I was able to get back to concentrating on work, family, responsibilities and more. Over my time on this program I went from… washing windows for a living to owning a very well respected G.C. business doing over 1.5 million per year in sales. I accredit Gary & Pam for providing me all the tools needed to make such a drastic life change, combined with discipline, self respect, will power and a great home support system. Nothing is easy in recovery however they do a damn good job making it very possible to succeed.

They also changed the lives of a few of my friends I’ve brought there for help quite drastically for the better...!!!! Thank you so much State Line..!!!
