What are complete trash and fake place that claims they help people they don't help anybody they hurt people! They really fail to do their job like you can call and they say they will deliver a message to get their 10… minutes later we never got a message nobody called but I got the phone info and you're denying to question your employees because they're lying so you're defending liars. Yep time to have y'all shut down

I would not recommend Mikaila. I struggle very badly with depression/anxiety/PTSD. The way I was made to feel during my last visit was uncalled for. I’ve never felt so unseen and unheard in my life. The annoyance she… showed towards me was actually very upsetting. Needless to say, I did not return.

I was a client for atleast 3 yrs. Ive been begging for help and a diagnosis. I dont want to go somewhere and tell them "i have anxiety" "i have depression". I want YOU to test me. Ive been going there atleast 3 yrs,… have made NO improvement. Ive been manic,suicidal,etc. Do you think they gave me a blood test to see which meds works best for me? I was never tested for autism, bpd, scitzofrenia, etc. They also saw myself and my daughter......most places wont do that bc its a conflict of interest or whatever. Then i was told i couldnt get my kid on adhd meds or anxiety meds bc they didnt have a kid psychologist there.......then kids shouldnt be seen there........ they didnt help my kid. They would cut sessions short bc they wouldnt talk...... that indicates a problem if theyve been seeing you for years and still not wanting to be social to you. I wasted yrs of my life and didnt get help.

This company and their doctors just want to get a commission TW Ponessa canceled my 9am without notifying me. They claim I don't have insurance, although I do. This is an incredibly irresponsible business practice,… especially dealing with mental health patients. You should be ashamed

The place is always clean and all of the people that work there are always so nice weather on the phone or in person.I feel so comfortable with my doctor and would recommend the service they provide for anyone who feels… like they are alone or need someone for guidance in their life.

Mikalia is great! Very understanding and supportive. I highly recommend her for your mental health needs.

My therapist Rose is awesome! Very kind and knowledgeable and is a great listener. She has helped me so much in my journey....also I'd like to thank the staff at the front desk check in for always been very polite as… well.

Mikalia is the best! In fact, she’s the best psych doctor I have ever had in my life. She is not only understanding and kind; she is very knowledgeable and I always leave learning some tidbit to improve my anxiety and… general mental health. What is really remarkable about her is she takes the time to get to know you and remembers to follow up on things that we spoke about in our last session. Since seeing her, she has been encouraging, supportive and provides the right medication ( making adjustments as needed). I am in the best mental health I have been in a very long time and I contribute most of this to her. Highly recommend - 10 out of 10!

Poor everything here all the staff suck and are very unprofessional.

I have used this location for a long time. My new therapist eats and drinks in my sessions. I have body issues and eating disorder. She cancels sessions and then gets upset with me when I am truly sick and can't come… in. I fully believe she doesn't listen or care about what I say. I can not take anything she says seriously. I am reporting this and the location to the proper people.

This place is extremely unprofessional. They only care about money and not the welfare of their clients or employees. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. PLACE.

This place has been so helpful with my mental health

Very unprofessional. Stated they would work with me bc i didnt have my lisence for a short time there. Dropped my sons therapy. Which he really needed . Then cancal and changes my appt about 3 hrs before my appt.… Rescheduled then day later they cancalled it with no reason and didnt say to call back to reschedule. So probley dropped me as a patient . Wouldnt recommend them .
