When I pay a bill and you continue to harangue me for the bill I have already paid it pisses me off. That’s all I have to say about it. If I had another close option to you hospital I would use it.
Every time I have been to this hospital, I have had the best experience. The staff has always treated me with kindness and made me feel welcome. I truly appreciate the great care and the way they have always made me… feel comfortable.
Care was fast and great. All staff were very kind and efficient. Specially remember Sam the Occupational Therapist and McKenna CNA. Both were very kind, friendly and professional.
Sick and hurting people overflowing the waiting room 4 hour wait and no progress being made. Horrible management for no solution. Just make people suffer in the waiting room.

I am positively impressed with how efficiently the Portneuf team works. Communications are clear, check-in is smooth, and the injection I receive is less painful because of prearrangement to remove the vial from… refrigeration before I arrive. Parking is close, so my visit is easy to accomplish.
EDIT: increasing my rating because the billing problems were with Medical Imaging Associates. Thank you for trying to help PMC. And I'm truly sorry about the confusion. Portneuf Medical Center billing has become… horrible. There is a huge disconnect between what's happening at the hospital and the services you are billed for by another company. They do not know what the other is doing and the local professionals at PMC can't help with billing mistakes. The convenience isn't worth the nightmare over-billing for services not rendered. Unfortunate, because the doctors are good.
Removing the parking assistant has definitely limited my access to PMC. I have routinely used that service due to my disabilities as I entered the many options of my visits, xrays, tests, surgeries etc. I am now trying… to find other options for my care. Ken Curtis.
Your staff does only what they want to do. Some nurses struggle with English language. When you are honest sick, you next great care.
