He not only cares about my mental health but ensures that I am staying on top of my… physical health as well! Ms. Townes great therapist! Empathetic, very attentive! Good listener

They was rude on the phone and got an attitude when I walk in there.

Communication has to get better, organize and timing has to get better, no one should be judge how they look; ex: I can have on a million suit but live in a tent. Everything should be organized where clients know why… they are there. Phone call appointment need to be consistent or if you canceled your at-least call your client reschedule. Clients should be knowledgeable about their case and status but instead everything is mix messages. Everything should be in order.

I believe you're got very staff and do a good job with clients.

2124 Preventative Measures is the best OFFICE.

August 7 wasn't a good day for me. I been waiting over 14 days for medication that was CLEARLY sent to the wrong pharmacy. I pulled up to Preventive Measures to sign my Treatment plan Less than 60 seconds later I asked… for a copy of my treatment plan and was told I had to ask the office manager. So I asked Ms.Coates can I receive a copy of my treatment plan I JUST SIGNED and she told me "No she's to busy right now". So I responded "can you email it to me" and she said no. So I said "this is very inconvenient because yall already sent my medicine to the wrong pharmacy" and she interrupted and me said "That's between you and Doctor" but yet you're the OFFICE MANAGER and everything has to run through you? I also asked to speak to a supervisor NOT A DOCTOR, NOT A THERAPIST AND NOT A CASE WORKER!! Because when i asked for Dr.Z it was a problem I was told they cant give a name to the Supervisor for safety reasons and that someone will call back and then a Doctor calls back that's not my Doctor. Anything I asked had to go through Ms.Coates and she wasnt helpful! And that attitude is NASTY! So is this the type of people yall want to represent your company? You're dealing with mental health patients and I came for HELP!!!!! and this lady completely dismissed my concerns because she was "BUSY" I still don't have my medicine nor my treatment plan!!! I've been with Doc.Z for many many years WAY before he even came to this company and I'VE NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM! Hire people that have a heart for people NOT people who antagonize our trigger.

It’s a shame that my child has been connected to this agency for several months & has not received any good service. There is a lack of communication. The people that answer the phone sound ghetto most of the time. I’ve… called several times & I get the runaround every time. I’m told someone is going to call me back or someone’s going to schedule an appointment or someone’s going to do this or that and no one ANYTHING!! You all are supposed to be helping the community. As far as I see it, you’re doing nothing positive.. Your bringing stress upon them! By promising a service that you cannot provide.

Ms. Johnson she works with me very well. She responds everything I talk about I love her she’s a good caseworker and give her a +100.

Workers are sloppy and lazy.

I am very grateful for Preventative measures. I was a domestic violent victim and they provided me the best therapist Dr. Kehinde to help me get through a tough time in my life. I am so grateful and I can move on. All… of the staff there are positive and professional.
