I really dont know where to start. I chose Proceed school for my son Adam. From the very beginning I knew it was the right choice. Every single staff there is incredible. The teacher we were blessed with is Ms. Xiomara.… She is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Truly has such a gift for what she does. Helped with every transition with my son, the whole staff did even in the end making sure Adam was well taken cared of the following year. I will never forget all the help we recieved from them. Will definitely be back there for my youngest.

My son and I were delighted with his teachers. They are very professional, kind, and attentive to the children, and they have a wonderful personality. They always guided us and helped my son learn and adapt to his… school. I recommend them 100%.

They're great with everything they do, but they always decide to drop things at the last minute and close their doors without any notice, especially when they have programs that start at 4-7:30pm.

Helps those who are truly in need. Especially carla Charles who took her time to help. As a Hispanic I felt very comfortable.

Carla Charles is very rude and lacks compassion very disorganized and if you are not of Haitian decent she will not help you. She has horrible communication and softskills she does not respond to emails or calls from… the clients The other ladies that work there are very helpful I will be reporting her the New Jersey Division of Consumer affairs

I just confirmation that my case was dismissed because back in 2024 I file a application were I included my now 21 years old son and because I can get them a paystub with his address they denied my case. How do you make… a grown adult to give you personal information. Sad just sad.

I feel awful to give a negative review on here. Because this is a place that is meant to help people. However this is the only way I've found so that anyone who is in charge of this establishment can know about it's… issues. Also because its impossible to find an email on their website to reach out to management directly. I've been going there for STD testing for years. And every single time it has been an issue with the hours of service. Every day they finish testing at a different times and its impossible to know those hours. When you call front desk they tell you a time and when you get there it's a different time. Yesterday I called and they said they do testing until 6:30pm and when I got there the person who does testing was already gone. This is very inconsiderate since folks like me have to travel a far distance to get there.I hope they can fix that issue.

Great place and they give you everything you need. The staff there are so down to earth as well. They don't judge you either.

Don't hesitate and try the best restaurant in the area, Farouj, it's simply amazing!

I would never send anyone here, they are very belittling. I requested information on how to apply for assistance for a security deposit. Specifically Carla Charles replied very rudely, I have attached her response. This… was after I called and emailed and emailed again. "Unfortunately, things do not work like that. We do not just hand the security to our clients like that" It took me two weeks to receive that response. There was no interest in my situation or call. I never asked for a hand out, I simply needed help and asked if there were any programs I could apply for. This is a non profit organization meant to help people and thankfully I was able to get help elsewhere. I am working mother and was never looking for a handout and thats how she worded things to me. Terrible.

I don't want to focus on the facilities, which are quite good, top-notch. I'm getting a better sense of the people there. From the moment you walk in, you're met with complete confidentiality, cheerful and smiling… faces, and a group of friendly people willing to listen and help in any way they can. With a strong sense of commitment to people, their hospitality and the LGBTQ+ group meetings truly make you feel like you've arrived at a second home.

I give PROCEED Inc. five stars because the gentleman at the front window/desk is always so kind,polite, friendly and respectful. He's always happy to help. Thank you!

I need help and supposedly they aren't available until Friday because the whole Proceed utility assistance is away or on vacation until then. How are we supposed to get help?

They never answer the phone
