Unfortunately, after having a previous great experience with Restoration Recovery I had an unfortunately horrible experience with their billing services. I was given no contact information with billing and was not able… to obtain even a receipt for services rendered. Being this was represented as a reputable recovery center, I am now not sure. I would be wary of dealing with them on the financial side. I can’t say enough good things about Restoration Recovery Center. This place completely changed my life. From day one, I felt supported and understood. The environment is safe, the cabin is comfortable, and the staff are incredibly caring. Amber is absolutely amazing—compassionate, grounded, and incredibly intuitive. She has a natural way of making you feel seen and heard, and her steady presence is a huge part of my healing process. Khayre also had a powerful impact on me, helping me dig deeper and recognize patterns I hadn’t seen in myself before. The insight and care from the entire team are unmatched. What also made the experience special was the bond formed with the other clients. We became a real support network for one another—something I didn’t expect, but now cherish. If you’re ready to take your life back, this is the place to do it. I’m so grateful for the foundation I gained here.

Admissions was rude he didn’t want to hear me out till I told him I am calling with concern with my daughter’s safety even when I am release of care for my child. Hearing someone out first before being rude and… demanding is great customer care please retrain your admissions answering service.

There isn't enough I can say about this place. The Owner cares beyond what is necessary. He is not about the money he is ALL about the care and recovery and healing. Everyone there is pretty much in recovery themselves… so they can relate to what your going through. This was my first time in treatment and I can say I am STILL using my tools. Food was AMAZING. Counselors were fantastic. Groups were fun, interactive and so helpful. Outings they provided were so refreshing and useful. Sobriety isn't for "nerds/loosers/weirdos/boring" it's for me. Thank you RRC Staff for helping me find myself again and for saving my life.

RRC provided a place of peace, a place with caring staff and like minded individuals where I was able to focus on what mattered: my recovery. As a veteran, I found it to be a breath of fresh air, a place that combined… just the right amount of programming and outdoor activities to break up the monotony. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RRC to a friend in need. In fact, I already have.

Writing this as I’m 218 days sober! I cannot express how amazing the team at RRC is and how life changing the care I received has been for not only my addiction but my mental health. I have gained community and… connection in ways I never expected and the compassion I receive still to this day from the staff, I am forever grateful for and truly touched by. The cabin is beautiful, the food is absolutely top tier, the program is extremely valuable if you are committed to getting the most out of this learning and growing experience. Just do it, take the leap, you deserve it and are worth it ❤️

Restoration Recovery Center is an amazing first step in your recovery process. The case managers, therapists, techs and even the kitchen staff all go above and beyond to be supportive, accommodating, and, most… importantly, compassionate. There is no one size fits all program here. Everyone is treated as an individual and it's apparent that RRC truly cares and will help give you what all people seeking treatment need: a solid, safe foundation on which to build a healthy life in recovery.

This was my first rehab experience, and God willing my last one. The experience was great. I did not know what to expect, and as a cook, was concerned how the food would be. It is an amazing program. The staff is very… friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They themselves are also people in recovery, which I can only imagine makes a huge difference. I know it did for me. I enjoyed my time there, best decisions I ever made. I was able to learn a lot about myself, addiction, and came away with a great set of tools to help me on my journey of recovery. They have great group settings, outings, and meetings every night. A combination of AA and NA. The yard is very nice, and there are several activities you can do when you do have down time. They keep you busy, that helped me a lot. Also the food was Amazing!! I would highly recommend this place if you or someone you know is interested in rehab!

This was my second stint at RRC within the last 5 months and I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience. When I relapsed I told my self I’m only going one place because I knew the staff is great and the overall… experience is the best when it comes to any rehab facility. From my case manager to my therapist to the chefs to every single staff/nurse/tech employee is welcoming and willing to share their story and make the overall experience comfortable and productive.

I came into this program broken and lost. Didn’t know how to conduct myself better yet in a full psychosis. The staff there loved me all along the way. From the one on one therapy sessions that helped more than words… can describe, to the learning of not only my addiction but why my traumas affect every aspect of my life. The medical staff was key as well on getting me on the right dosage of my prescriptions and I can’t brag enough about the chance at life that this place has given me again. I still keep in contact and try to give back every Friday by taking some of the men to meetings and imparting in them what others have freely imparted in me. If you or anyone that you know is struggling with an addiction or a mental disorder and your about ready to give up hope give this place a try , it saved my life !!!!

I’m incredibly grateful for Restoration Recovery Residential, and especially for my case manager, Sarah. She has been working with me since August and has never once given up on me. Even during times when I struggled… and returned to using, Sarah continued to show up no matter what. I truly wouldn’t have had the growth I’ve made without her — she made my experience here. She always tells you what you don’t want to hear when you need to hear it, and without that kind of honesty I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere. I’m so grateful she helped me find a great step-down program, and I will always remember my time here. Thank you Sarah, Ellen, and Arron. 😌

I had the pleasure of staying at RRC early 2026 following an intense scenario that left me hospitalized due to my addiction. I have been to multiple other recovery centers and rehabs, and RRC definitely met and… surpassed my needs and expectations. I'll preface this with the fact that you get as much out of a program as the work you put in. I originally chose RRC because the photos looked very homey and inviting, and that proved true. It's not far from the freeway so easily accessible. My intake was with Michael, who treated me with dignity and grace, offering support and humor to ease my anxiety. Acceptance is not easy but I felt understood as over 90% or so of staff are in recovery, so they definitely understand addiction. The program is thorough and I was grateful to have amazing fellow clients and staff along the way. The program itself encourages vulnerability, kindness, and addresses underlying causes of addiction--not just the substance itself. I met weekly (or more often if I requested) with a phd psychologist, psych doctor, my wonderful case manager Sarah and thorough therapist Ellen. We explored some of my deeply rooted traumas that other rehabilitation environments only hazed over, and made sure I was fully prepared to unpack them and repack them before transitioning to the real world. The food was comforting and healthy (thanks Steve and others), the accomodations fairly comfortable, and opportunities for fun and wellness such as yoga, hikes, and outings. I've never had so much fun sober with my newfound friends here, painting, bowling as well as attending and exploring 12 step meetings. I value the connections I've made here and thank the entire RRC team for what they've given me. I look forward to coming back, but this time as a visiting alumni, never forgetting that sobriety and recovery are one day at a time.

I am beyond glad that I was referred to RRC. I got so very lucky by finding this place. I knew I wanted this, but wow was I impressed. The full service staff includes therapists, chefs, always helpful staff around the… clock. They all exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful for them. Besides that, I made incredible friendships during my time here. Recovery first, fun a close second. I seriously enjoyed my time here. If you need this, look no further- I'm glad that I didn't.

Very knowledgeable staff! Wholesome meals, nice facility, clean house. Most importantly great recovery. The team creates a safe, supportive environment where I felt heard instead of judged. I can’t say enough good things about RRC. This company and its staff truly saved and transformed my life. I arrived completely broken and shattered, and through the care, compassion, and genuine commitment of the RRC… team, I was given my life, faith, hope, and so much more back. Their program and policies provide a structured, consistent schedule that kept me engaged daily while teaching essential coping skills, resilience, and life skills that laid a strong foundation for my sobriety and recovery. The cabin itself is picturesque, offering a cozy and comfortable environment that encourages the vulnerability and honesty so crucial in early recovery. The staff are incredibly relatable and take the time to authentically provide emotional support and comprehensive care for their clients. Their dedication and lived understanding make all the difference. The follow on PHP and IOP programs are also phenomenal. I loved the sober living house and programming that stepped me down in care after leaving rehab inpatient treatment. This option helped me adjust back to life and find myself again in my sobriety by providing a full spectrum and continuum of care. Their alumni BBQs on Friday's are something I plan on continuing to attend to help newcomers the same way the Alumni provided hope and insight to me. I truly owe my life to this company and would highly recommend RRC to anyone seeking recovery and a path to lasting sobriety. If you’ve read this far and are looking for a chance at a new and better life—one greater than you may be able to imagine right now—pick up the phone and try to secure a bed at Restoration Recovery Center.

I was here for a 30 day residential stay. I was very hesitant at first and did not want to be there but I will say that at the end, I cried when I left. The staff was amazing & every one of them were kind. If we needed… accommodations they did their best to work it out for us. The people I encountered there were amazing and it really did feel like a family. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t trade the people I met for anything.

For anyone ready to start the next chapter of their life, Restoration Recovery is an amazing place to begin. I’ll be honest I was really hesitant about going to a recovery center at all. I didn’t know what to expect,… and I was nervous about the idea of being vulnerable in front of strangers. But within just a couple of days, I realized that coming here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my life, my health, and my mental stability. The facility itself is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained you can feel the calm the moment you walk in. But what really makes this place special is the staff. They truly care. They take the time to get to know you to listen without judgment and to support you wherever you’re at in your recovery journey. You’re not just another client here you’re treated like a human being with a story and potential. The program at RRC helped me shift my mindset gave me tools to manage stress and triggers and allowed me to begin healing emotionally, physically and mentally. I came in with a lot of doubt, fear and pain but I left feeling stronger, clearer and more hopeful than I had in years. I was only able to stay for 30 days but I truly wish I could have done more. If you’re considering taking that first step. I can’t recommend RRC enough. It’s a place where real change begins that’s if you’re willing to show up. They’ll meet you with compassion and support every step of the way.

Restoration Recovery Center completely changed my life. They don’t just treat addiction, they also address mental health, which made a huge difference for me. The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone there went above… and beyond every single day and it’s clear how much love and passion they put into their work. I always felt cared for and supported, and that gave me the space to focus fully on myself and my recovery. It makes it even easier when the staff is in recovery as well being able to share their experiences, strengths, and hope was very comforting. The program is 12 Step AA-based, but one thing I learned regardless of what program you work is that if you focus on the similarities and not the differences, you’ll find a lot of tools here no matter what path you’re on. Being there also included one on one therapy, daily meetings, self reflection assignments, big book study, yoga & meditation, and outings twice a week. You’re not held hostage I promise! And I can guarantee you that you will be well fed through your stay lol I left with real insight, growth, and a stronger foundation for my recovery than I ever thought possible. If you’re struggling and want a place where you’ll be in good hands, Restoration Recovery is it. I’ll always be grateful for my time here. Thanks to RRC, I have a choice today & have another chance at life. Thank you all of Staff, Aaron, Amber, Ellen, Sarah, Kahyre, Heather & Rory! You’re all winners! “MAKE GOOD CHOICES!!!!!”

Choosing to go to rehab was one of the hardest decisions l've ever made, but looking back, it was also the best. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported, understood, and safe. What truly made the difference were… the incredible staff members— especially Amber, Ellen, and Chris. Amber's compassion and patience helped me feel grounded, even on my most difficult days. She never made me feel judged, and her ability to listen and provide perspective was a huge part of my healing journey. Ellen brought a level of warmth and encouragement that made every group session feel like a space for real growth. Her insights and gentle honesty helped me confront things I had been avoiding for years. And Chris-what can I say? His energy, sense of humor, and ability to connect with everyone made a huge impact. He has a gift for breaking down walls and reminding you that recovery is possible, even when it feels out of reach. Thanks to this team, I'm walking out of rehab not only sober but hopeful and empowered. I'm deeply grateful for the care and dedication of everyone here. If you're thinking about getting help-do it. You're not alone, and this lace truly cares.

This is a very special place for me. Looking back, the first day I got here I was completely lost and broken. I was filled with guilt and shame. I had no idea what was in store for me in the future and I didn't even… know what my plan was going to be. I took it a day at a time and the next thing you know it had been 100 days that I was there. The staff was AMAZING! From the techs, to the case managers, the therapists, and even the amazing cooks! This is by far the cleanest rehab I have been to. The staff made me feel welcome and they went above and beyond to help with outside problems that I was going through. I made friendships with people I still communicate with till this day and it's been years. I found who the real me is while staying here. I want to specifically give a special shout out to my case manager at the time, Amber. I know I drove her crazy while I was in there with all my legal and personal problems but she made sure everything that needed to be done was completed right away! I can honestly say Amber and the rest of the staff made a huge impact on my life and I am forever grateful for them. This is definitely a place I would recommend others to go to if they want to change their lives and become a better person.

Restoration Recovery Center Saved My Life There are no words big enough to express the gratitude I feel for everyone at Restoration Recovery Center. When I walked in, I had nothing—no hope, no direction, and I was at… one of the lowest points in my life. But the team at Restoration showed up for me in ways I didn’t know were possible. They didn’t just offer me treatment—they offered me compassion, structure, and a real chance at life. The case management team deserves a special shoutout. Their support, organization, and genuine care were absolutely critical to my recovery. They helped me navigate challenges outside the treatment center that I couldn’t face alone. They advocated for me when I couldn't advocate for myself, and made sure I had the resources I needed to begin rebuilding my life with dignity and stability. My individual therapy sessions were nothing short of transformative. My therapist created a safe, non-judgmental space where I could be honest—sometimes for the first time in my life. We worked through trauma, addiction, and patterns I didn’t even realize were holding me back. It was hard work, but it changed me at my core. I left each session feeling stronger, more self-aware, and more equipped to face the world. This place didn’t just help me get sober—it helped me find myself again. The warmth, the consistency, the belief they had in me, even when I had none in myself… I truly believe Restoration Recovery Center saved my life. If you're struggling and don't know where to turn, please know that this is a place where people care—deeply—and will walk beside you every step of the way. From the bottom of my heart: thank you. You gave me hope when I had none.
