I recently had the pleasure of working with Ms. Yvonne Nunez, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was incredibly professional, kind, and above all, patient. I had to call back several times with questions,… and each time she guided me through the steps with such a calm and knowledgeable approach. It was clear she knew exactly what she was doing, and she made the entire process so much easier for me. Honestly, someone like her truly deserves a raise or at the very least, a few more weekends off! Thanks again, Ms. Nunez, for going above and beyond.

Anyone needing an alcohol evaluation, this is not the place for anyone. It seems the woman handling this case had problems in childhood or with a family member and doesn't know how to interpret or deal with the issue.… Don't waste your time and money getting an evaluation here.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A DRUG EVALUATION, they lie and say they have a 17 course week min, certain people have 10-8 , if you go here they’ll require you to pay… $50 per class and half the time you’re watching free movies on YouTube … do no come here mam or sir … find another place you can go to … if your PO or Whovever recommend this place for you says to go here DO NOT GO

Ms Faiza Ali was a really great therapist and tutor she taught me a lot about how to problem solve regarding my own life issues and how to control my emotions and urges I am glad I joined this program i wish I could… have been from different Circumstances

Great treatment facility! The counselors really care about their patients! Aja and Jamarri are the best group instructors there.

This is absolutely a money grab and it’s really unfortunate. I received a substance abuse evaluation through them as a court requirement and the evaluator recommended 17 weeks of NA and a 3 hour weekly course through… them (obviously). When I asked why, she admitted I had no history of consistent drug use and showed no signs of abuse. She also alleged she gave me the shortest amount of time she could recommend; that’s false as 17 weeks is almost three times the 6 week minimum. Apparently this is a pattern for them because my PO immediately knew where I went based on this recommendation alone, and advised me to get a second opinion before spending more money and time on something I didn’t need it. Not only is it morally corrupt to take advantage of people at potentially vulnerable times in their lives, it’s irresponsible to put people in positions to dig themselves into deeper legal troubles by piling on unnecessary requirements. Businesses need to make their money somehow but this one obviously prioritizes profit over actually seeking to help people who really need it. There are plenty of ways to make money that aren’t dishonest and insincere, do better.

This is a great program where we learn to be better people every day, so we don't repeat mistakes and can put those lessons into practice with our loved ones. Personally, I loved the program; it's wonderful. We learn so… many things, and now more than ever, I thank Professor Constanza because thanks to her, I am now a better person.

Excellent; Angelica is very kind. Mr. Frank Garcia is an excellent advisor in all classes!

They just want money. Both evaluators let me know they weren't worried about me but when it came time for results they wanted me to do counseling specifically to what they offer. They then pushed me to sign up for their… courses. Very unprofessional environment and obviously just want to money grab people who are trying to better themselves.

Crooks! I attended my first class where the “teacher” kept asking me to name what I’ve learned in the class last week. That I never attended!!! Bc this was my first class, her eyes were so low and looked as if she was,… you know. So she kicked me out of the class for not answering something I couldn’t! It took 4 months for me to get a Partial refund! They told me to go to the office to fill out a refund form and miraculously it was lost. I will be contacting probation to try and please take them off their list. Referring to me as a mental health patient😂😂 is dangerously close to defamation of character! If you can’t confirm I attended Anger Management then why send a check?

Money hungry place!!! They don’t know what they are talking about . One minute yu need substance abuse classes only for a certain amount of time tha makes no sense do i need help or not! . they don’t know how to get yu… to commit to there programs so they say things like you smoked weed years ago so yu need help ; next there saying yu need it because of your charge . Wasted my damn time. I will never come bac here ! Very unprofessional and money hungry . Hope yu all get shut down! For fake evaluations!

I obtained some good tools from two out of the 4 councilors during my 12 classes. The office help is something to be desired, but after some finagling and a message to a very nice CEO I was finally able to receive my… certificate of completion.
