For anyone going through DUI problems Ryan Rehabilitation is the place to go. You will get great support from everyone, office staff, counselors, testing, billing etc. Highly recommend

A very professionally organized program, informative and attentive to participants needs.

My experience at Ryan Rehab was overwhelmingly negative. While the program initially seemed convenient with flexible group session times that allowed me to keep working while completing my court-ordered treatment, the… reality was very different. Once I started, getting any crucial information—such as attendance reports or progress letters for probation—was extremely difficult. Communication was inconsistent, and the staff often gave conflicting information to both me and my probation officer. At the same time, they had no problem charging my card immediately and even threatened to expel me from the program when a payment was declined, despite knowing I needed a completion for my legal requirements. In the end, the program caused more stress and financial hardship than any real support or rehabilitation. That being said, the program allowed me to keep my job, which I don’t know what I would have done without. Despite this, I believe it’s crucial to recognize that you interact with the front office staff far more frequently than any counselor or trained professional. Moreover, the front office staff is inadequately trained in effectively managing the substantial number of students they’ve been able to enroll since lifting classroom requirements and transitioning to Zoom classes. (This is particularly evident when group sizes exceed 75 people.) This place isn’t for those seeking personalized attention. It’s for individuals who aren’t genuinely committed to sobriety and are simply looking to tick some boxes, or those who simply lack access to other options. Thank you to my councilor and to a great manager, Bibian, who regretfully is no longer at this location.

Hello, I am still doing great, it was a little shaking the first month, I continued thinking about my next meetings with Calvin. It’s been a few weeks since my last meet but I keep thinking about the lessons that were… spoken of. A little from every meet often just comes to me from nowhere. Ryan’s Rehab worked for me.

This rehabilitation program was definitely organized and coordinated perfectly! For someone who has never done a program like this ever I definitely appreciate and applaud every person man and woman who worked to help… me complete and maintain till the end ! Much love and respect to all! Thank you again on assisting me through it all! Now completed I am on a journey to become a better individual all around and not just in one specific area! Mind body and health ! Thank you again !

This is an amazing program, they're so nice and welcoming. They helped me every step of the way. The people at the front always have a smile that makes coming in not feel so uncomfortable and they are very patient.

This rehab is a joke and just want your money. My husband is in the program now for a dui and does the online classes and he is told.prior to when he will be drug tested and passes every time but as soon as Class and… test are done he is drunk as hell. Currently he is on a day 3 binger and gets to still pass this course. Ridiculous is what it is

Dealt with Kathy who hung up on me and her supervisor who wouldn't provide her name Unprofessional prejudice rude bad attitude people they don't care about anything but charging your insurance company over and over… again I had like one class left they closed my case out and I had about 2 days left just to charge my insurance again the Kensington location should be under investigation
