If I could give zero stars I would. HOSTILE security, couldn't give my ex wife a room after having a mini stroke I could go on and on. If you can AVOID

No bathrooms in outpatient surgery in stead I had to go down the hallway ,when I pooped my nurse did not clean me up that well left poop on my bed . Food forbreafest was bad egges sucked, worst hospital.

Turns out I left there with shingles and you guys didn't even know. You took plenty of blood.. Plus a doctor can't remember his name but he saw it and told rash spread on your back. Plus so many dr. Couldn't make up… there mind what to do. And you said was lower my blood pressure and didn't do that either. I probably won't be back and tell everyone crappy hospital visit I had for didnt do a thing for me.waist of two days and st.clair hospital sent me to you.Comon man tell me I lying...please try?

Care received was outstanding.

I receive infusions at the infusion center twice a month. The nurses are wonderful, conscientious, and friendly . I have had two health issues prior to an infusion and the nurses helped me both times to get back from a… faint and cleaned me up so I could get to my transportation and get back home. They are now helping me to get through a struggle finding a vein that won’t collapse. This is my third year of receiving transfusions. Sometimes it will take up to six tries . They are very patient with me.

Wonderful knowledgeable talented personnel that saved my life. Thanks so much.

The care I received went above and beyond any care I've received so far in my journey with my health issues. The doctors and staff answered questions we've been asking for years. The care team took immediate action and… we've already resolved a few issues already after just 2 visits. Thank you. SSM is now my new permanent gastroenterology Dept.

Staff rude horrible and lazy patient food cold unappetizing forget to bring to give you a tray housekeeping don’t clean your properly

Warning ⚠️ Don’t go here unless you want very sub standard care Heard a lot of horror stories and have family who have passed away here due to that substandard level of care…. There is a literal layer of dust on the… floor in patient rooms

Trauma and ICU great nursing and doctors. Then they sent me after 7 days to 8th floor. I had a horrible experience with the day shift, male nurse kept calling me Lady and not my name. He is rattled all the time.the… female just awful and seems like she hates everything and everyone. Stay off 8th floor!

My husband is a cancer patient. During his last 2 week stay he had excellent care. Doctors, Nurses and care partners are exceptional. I feel like he got the best care possible. Always upbeat and encouraging while… providing whatever care was needed. SLU you are the best. Have to say food service was the worst ever though.

Care I get when I get there it's extraordinary they go above and beyond care for you this is my fifth time there three was life-threatening each time they pulled me through

I cant believe after all the surgeries and amputation and infections that they are sending my husband home with nothing for his family to take care of him Plus he was in there a week only 3 nurses did their job they… left him on a be pan fir 75 minutes. They cleaned his room once I had to give a sponge bath because they allowed to stink so bad

Several years ago this hospital saved my life. I had severe sepsis twice and several surgeries. However, they provided zero education or instruction on post sepsis syndrome, which i suffered for years from. shame on… them.

Honestly 10/10 experience after the lack of answers and medical neglect from Mercy we went in to SSM with caution and was meet with such a great experience. With active medical care and a clear quick diagnosis we had… waited months for. I will never go anywhere else after the 5 star care we received from this hospital

ZERO STARS FOR BILLING!!! THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST BUSINESS PRACTICES I HAVE EVER SEEN! BILLING DOUBLE DIPS, NO EXPLANATION OF CHARGES, JUST BLATENT LYING AND NO ETHICS! I AM TALKING TO BBB AND AN ATTORNEY! YOU WILL NOT… DO THIS TO PEOPLE! Update: SSM BILLING HAS AN F RATING WITH THE BBB 🤔

What an experience.... Ugh, can't even go out of my own room to talk to the staff without being stopped by a huge dude that I have no clue who he is. This place has become a living hell. Worst hospital I have been… in.... Doctors, and most staff good... Big dude blocking my door won't even let me talk to the staff.... I am highly upset and I would go to a coronor before I go back to this God Forsaken location... I am very upset with the way I have been treated, there is no reason for.prevouly, I have been treated great.... This time.... Nothing in the line of information. I am even restricted from leaving who is as big as a moose.... I will be glad to get out of this Hell Hole, but would be great for people like Jeffery Dommer... I had great respect for this hospital until this visit.... I will update this as changes happen.... I am even being prevented from talking to the Nurses station to get information..... I am mad and severely PO'D at this hospital. I hope that one I am finally out of here that I never have to come back to this hell hole... I have had worse food, but it is far from good The only thing with flavor is a package of salt.... Food even bland is bad.

Staff was friendly, professional & efficient...most notably in EAU..

This emergency room is ridiculous. No one should have to wait over 6 hours to be seen. I will never come back here. The whole time I was waiting I seen 3 people leave after they said they waited over 6 hours. Something… needs to be done this is unacceptable if you need to hire more Dr. then that’s what needs to be done. They make people wait it’s like the longer they wait the higher the bill without being seen
