Thoughtful encouraging professional and kind. I like that she treats me as a patient as just a normal patient that needs medical help not an ex junkie you got to watch every time they move. I really feel hope working… with Savita Health in Front Royal truly I do. Thank you to the entire team that works behind the scenes to help each and every one of us the way that they do.
Great place, with excellent staff!
The personal in the office including counseling and the ladies at front desk are always so nice and helpful during work hours and after work hours
Excellent service all around, highly recommended.
Very friendly and caring. Really listens to the client. My daughter who has anxiety was very relaxed with her.
Wonderful providers and all the staff is friendly and prompt ,quick ...my counciler Jackie Gentry is the best
Like family
Excellent place to receive care! The staff are super friendly and they treat you like family. They are super attentive and really seem to care about you in all aspects. They are family friendly; I’ve been taking my 2… year old with me to my appointments and they just show him so much love. I would recommend SaVida 10/10
Savida Health staff are very helpful and understanding while helping to get you on your journey to sobriety.
100% professional services I would recommend to anyone who is actively seeking help staff and dr. Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable! 5 stars
02/02/2026 After six years of being a patient, I decided to find another program to enroll in. I have no issues with the staff or my counsellor Rebecca. Without getting too TMI, Terri never questioned or judged my… prescription of Gabapentin — as I've been taking it for five years now. I later was put on Cyclobenzaprine and again, no comments were made about it. It all changed/came boiling to a head, when I received a new provider. I understand she cares about her patients and I won't fault her for showing concern. However, every appointment I was met with, "Less is more and you're on two high risk OD medications". She can't separate her own opinion from professional viewpoint. My second to last prescription from them, I'd have been out of medication for three days. Because "Suboxone has a long half-life". I ringed them and told them, "I understand two days were taken off my prescription due to my late pickup of last prescription. However, I'll be out in two days. This is a first for me". Jess was very kind and polite about everything, saying she'd tell my NP. Everything was fine until the final call. NP had Jess ask if I was drinking alcohol and "Am I on a high dosage of Gabapentin". She then said, "I'll give you a partial bridge. I'm taking two days off as safety precaution". She then said I'd have to explain myself at our next appointment, as for why I'm short i.e misusing refill. I'll admit I had a dirty urine analysis for one pain killer and Diazepam, 7 weeks prior. I understand the concern and safety precaution but Terri NEVER was this extreme with other patients who'd frequent relapses. You can be too passionate about your career and helping others, by being overly cautious and blurring the lines with your personal beliefs and opinion. I'm so sad I had to choose to leave the program. I felt trying to talk this out, would only make the problem worse. Know your options and that there's plenty of online providers accepting Medicaid. I've been a patient since 2019 and my last review was from around 2020. After getting a request for a review, I decided it was time to update it. They still accept Medicaid and most workers insurance. They offer cash payments, debit card and if you have no insurance, they can go by your income via "sliding scale payment". My NP has remained the same since 2019. NP Teresa Burnett, she is an absolute angel! She will do everything in her power to assist those who genuinely want help. She's very compassionate, honest and endearing about her work with addicts. The front desk staff have stayed the same, excluding one who relocated (Lauren). They're very kind, attentive to patient's care and will work with your schedule. Not once have they picked the wrong counselor for me. They actually take the time to make sure, the counselor is right for the patient! Please be kind to the front desk staff, they're human too. They don't deserve to be disrespected, yelled at or things demanded by them. My counselors have been: Annie, Lizz Altaar and now Kerri! Annie was my reason for taking counseling seriously. I normally rolled my eyes when people mentioned therapy but she opened my eyes. Liz was so kind and nothing short of supportive, when it came to personal things in my life. She offered sound advice and proper feedback. Kerri is my current counselor and I can tell she's going to go far in her career. After my first visit, my jitters went away with having a new counselor. She genuinely listens, offers feedback and suggestions. She'll also double check towards the end of session, if there's anything else you'd like to talk about prior to leaving. An absolute gem she is. 🖤
Always polite friendly and respectful. They always work with me due to my work schedule even when i only give them a day or two notice of any change. The girls at the front desk are always nice and caring and so… thoughtful.
If you're ready to get clean, then you are looking in the right place. Seeking help is a sign of strength 💪. Now I will give you a little advice. This is the easy part. See, getting clean is simple. Anyone can do it.… The hard part is adapting to a normal lifestyle and ✂️ cutting off all people who are in your life who have anything to do with drugs.
Punctual, professional and very caring and kind. I would recommend to anyone in need of assistance.
I'd give more stars if I could. They treat you like family instead of patients. The staff is so incredibly friendly, kind, sweet and very helpful. I end up staying a little longer just to chat with the girls! Definitely… a great place and atmosphere!!
I've been a patient at Savida health in Front Royal Virginia for a while and I always look forward to engaging with the curtious, professional, carring staff! (Not to mention attractive lol) With all jokes aside, they… are very accommodating to my needs and have been a very pleasant team of medical professionals that truly go beyond to see that my visits always go smoothly! I highly recommend them!!
Always Friendly and Respectful of your privacy. I’ve been here for a very long while and couldn’t ask for better healthcare office and staff. Welcoming and I can’t say enough about the experience and ladies working… there. I could go on forever sharing my thoughts and experiences. Very happy!!!!
