Seven Counties Services – Louisville (Crums Lane)

Everytime I call, the phones go unanswered. This is the nearest facility to me so I'm stuck with it, but why let it go on for so long with so many complaints about it?

Very unprofessional. Phones go unanswered, medication gets canceled last minute. They don’t care about withdrawals and side effects. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Complete lack of communication and respect… for clients’ time. Do not recommend.

They don't have the patients' medications on time and they cancel without warning or explanation.

Yesterday I had a bad experience with a psychiatrist. Christine denied my mother medical attention and canceled all of her and the therapist's appointments. She flatly refused to see my mother, that I would have to find… another place to see my mother. A nurse on the same day 9-9-2024 called me and let me know that my mother was not going to be seen anymore 2 hours before the appointment for no reason. And she let me know that if mom needed a refill of her medications there was no problem and when I called Seven Counties Services they told me that Dr. Christine refused to give my mother the refill. I told her that my mother needed that medication because my mother had been pre-heart attacked. She refused to give me the refill of the medication and I went to the place and at the reception they told me that they could not do anything because the doctor refused and that she could not do anything else. They are people who without medication can relapse into bipolar disorder and severe depression because they are psychiatric patients. Very bad experience and I do not recommend this place.
