South Central Behavioral Health Clinic – Jamestown

Horrible mental health services. After getting diagnosed from SE I went to college and ended up with a job that I was asked to network with them. The person I went to meet with for WORK (in human services by the way)… brought me into his office and retrieved my file from when I was getting “mental health care” and proceeded to talk to me as a patient not a professional for the job I was there for. They are the most mentally ill people I have ever met! I would NEVER EVER send even my worst enemy to this facility for any kind of mental health support.

Some of the staff are excellent but I ended up with a warrant because staff did not turn an assessment that I did into the courts that I informed them they needed to go to. And when I was staying at cru I had a problem… with a staff member and instead of listening to me they took the staffs word and trew me out on the street. As a result of the warrant I ended up losing everything I had been collecting the last three years. The antique desks the brand new couch and kitchen table I had gotten for my fiancee. All they razors and hygentle stuff also the multiple garbage bags of brand new and slightly used cloths that I had acquired the name of the individual who didi not send the assessment in correctly was Josh Wolfe. My rights were completely violated so that I would lose everything I owned which included my computers with personal information also my recieved 60 in tv all my business and personal information. And this is not the first time they violated my rights they completely stopped my meds including the max dose of lithium carbonate which could have caused major seizures and killed me someone needs to audit this place and make sure they are doing their job correctly and are not being influenced by the process pice department.

I was afraid to tell anyone how much I was struggling because I thought I would be judged. But the staff was absolutely amazing! They were so nice and caring and made me feel understood. I felt hope for the first time… that I might be able to get better and they made it clear they would be there to help me the entire way. They customized my treatment plan to fit me! They will even come to my house to help me if I need it or feel more comfortable at me house instead of there office. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling. They are truly amazing

For the sake of any child going through something that involves a parent, do not go through the Brianna chick she makes it abt herself and assumes what’s wrong with you and doesn’t help at all and then will take the… parents side instead of helping you.

Jamestown has the best medical staff, receptionist, and even other patients rave about how good you can treat the mentally ill is handled with such 'care. found that this cute little town in the middle of America, a… flat, windy, mostly EXTREMELY COLD WEATHER AT THE MOST...but, almost all who live here KNOW they have something special to offer. A dull, but satisfying place to retire I suppose.

I only like two of my case manager because they help me out and I can understand them better because they know me well and know that it is hard for me to understand thing so they explain them in a way so that I can… understand if I tell them I don't understand they help me to understand and I like Connie jeckens the best she is very friendly and very paysunut with me please tell her that who ever read this sence I don't have a mom anymore I would concer her my mom she's my favorite I'm lucky to have her please tell her that thank you her client Tiffaney Linnell

It’s been one hell of a month dealing with severe anxiety, however seeing my primary care physician and it is somewhat doing much better. I had made a appointment to see a psychiatrist Wednesday, I arrive at this center… and I’m told by the gorgeous receptionist that he is out ill, that’s understandable none the less simply because I’m sick right now as well. But a phone call saying “Sorry we will have to reschedule” would have been much better. Anyways, great receptionists.

I honestly love this place, I have an amazing therapist and psychiatrist. They're both very helpful and caring. I go to a group about mindfulness in valley city that's led by my therapist and another one. I 100%… recommend this place!
