I never have problems getting an appointment here.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility. Older building with rough entry road but decent parking lot. Good handicap parking but almost always full.
Very good pizza and food
The man who works the front desk and the nurses here are the biggest redeeming qualities about this clinic. My doctors always seemed uninterested, though. I had 2 of them. The male receptionist, the older black king,… was put there by God himself. He truly cares, and I made it a point to always tell him he was the hardest working man in that building. He would always go out of his way to help me even when he was eating lunch. Without him and the nurses it's easily a 1 star. I moved to Austing Texas, and the clinic here is seriously on another level. The VA should seriously consider paying this man more and moving him to a better clinic. He deserves the best. If you read this, thank you for all you did for me.

My veteran SO recently moved back to Louisiana in a small town about an hour away. We decided to register him here bc we heard it was a better center. Took the drive, he filled out paperwork, we weren’t there for no… more than 10 minutes (they were not busy; only had one other person in the lobby) said he’d receive a call and we left. A month later he finally receives a call from them. Too late! We decided to move out of state bc he wasn’t receiving the help he needs. Today, he registered at a new VA and they automatically got him registered with a doctor and set up his first appt. So much more helpful!
