Best hospital ever. The Staffs are very professionals ,they care about people.why they’re closed down, good thing never last ,it’s better than Jefferson hospital and they’re still open.Im gonna missed them though.
Dr Reddy Dr Meller and Dr Piotr are great providers, very attentive and personable.

Great doctor and a very nice person 👍
Dr.Kudes is the best. Our kids are following her for 5 years. She has always been patient, explaining everything in great detail.
I was amazed at the new Doctor 's approach. He was very kind, listened keenly to our, my wife and I, different situations and complains. Explained my wife's condition plainly, which no one explained to us before. Gave… sound advice. For all of this and more, I give him, full marks. Good, job doc. Mike and wife

It’s sad to know that Suburban Community Hospital is closing. Since moving to this area a few years ago, Suburban has been pivotal in providing quality care when I’ve needed an ER. I was admitted this past Saturday… night. I am grateful for the services and care I received at Suburban - hands down quality care - size and name don’t mean BETTER CARE- it’s the staff that makes the difference and this staff is incredible!! The fact that the staff is facing the loss of jobs in less than a month did not hinder their ability to do their jobs in any way - they were amazing. They were on top of everything and so thorough which I cannot thank them for enough! A huge thank you to nurses Janice and Dee, Theresa, and Sherry. Dawn in ultrasound and sadly I cannot remember the tech who did my actual ultrasound but she was fantastic! Liz who performed my echocardiogram was so thorough and kind throughout the process. Lisa from food services came with a smile every time, Anthony was super helpful with the TV, (never use the down arrow!), and my friend from security who’s name I don’t have never failed to wish me well and wave when he passed by which was appreciated each and every time. To my Residents and Attendings thank you for asking the questions and searching to find an answer. This staff is a true family and it’s felt when you’re there as a patient. My heart goes out to each of them as they experience this HUGE LOSS that for so many of them was built from years of working side by side and bonds of true friendship created throughout the years. I wish everyone the very best and I sincerely thank all of the staff I encountered during my time as a patient for the care, tests performed to rule out/diagnose, the compassion given, and the laughs shared. You’re all heroes to me and I WISH that QUALITY CARE OUTWEIGHED MONETARY GAIN…I’m so sorry to all of you for the closing of what’s become your second home. The closing of this ER/hospital is a GREAT LOSS to the community. selfishness and greed should never affect
Great experience, from check in to check out, everyone was polite, helpful and professional.
Liz was so amazing, supportive and flexible. She let me know what was going on during testing and made sure that I understood. Great patient service and bedside manner!!! She is a Rockstar!
Great Community health care Hospital. Please don't close. We all need and appreciate all the years of paramount service..
It was good experience. It was not take to long and stuff and medical personnel was great, they know what they doing. Thank you so much !
My visit was very good they all was helpful and informative of everything as related to me.
Clean office all around. The receptionist was accommodating and courteous. My doctor was knowledgeable of everything with my healthy and more. Great guy. The security guard was helpful with navigating me to where I need… to be and he made me laugh! Kudos to the medical clinic, see you on my next visit.
My experience at Suburban was very caring ! The entire staff from the ER up to the floor that took care of me was so patient with me and explained everything that they did to me and what was next...all the way up till… the time I was discharged. I give a 5 star rating
The emergency room was so efficient I was under stress and was taken in right away. From sign in to leaving I was treated by the most professional staff from all those who helped me through this process. All the nurses,… technicians, Drs. Had pleasant attitudes comforting conversation to diagnose me then treatment went fast. I am always coming to Suburban Hospital emergency room as my place to always get my treatment when needed. This is my second time I needed them and all went as I expected. I moved here from NH and am used to a small community hosp this one is great for my condition friendly, courteous, modern and very professional. Thank you Suburban emergency room personal for helping me as always, thank you.
As always, the staff were very welcoming. Dr. Fusco is brilliant. She has helped me through many episodes of back and neck pain. I am so grateful for the treatment that I receive.
Unfortunately they are closing June 30th. Limited testing available. Must be saving on heat. It was freezing in there. My wife (the patient) said that she was treated well by the former Marine nurse. Myself on the other… hand, when I tried to share a concern, Was told to go back into the room. Later, I had already called the Temple Urology on call Dr & Dr.Eun who had performed a cystoscopy that took a while. Since I knew that they would both be concerned. I wanted to share the on call Dr.'s call with Dr Frederick. Again, I was told no & go back into the room. I understand Hippa, but that was unnecessary. I then called Dr Chris, the on call Dr who called Dr Frederick. Problem solved. The care was as good as they could do given the limited facilities. At least they didn't send her to another ER.
Me and my family have used the many services available at Suburban since 1998 with great confidence in the staff overall.
I went through Suburbans ER and was admitted 5 days. Had good & bad nurses/doctors. Mostly I was treated with respect. The one nurse that couldn’t configure my IV parameters was Colleen. She also let my Vanco continue… to run when it had infiltrated my skin causing a burning and an infection. The ER nurse who placed the midline whose name starts with a T placed it in a vein to small which created damage. Later Confirmed by Doctor and tech. I had two infections upon admission and three when I left. Colleen finally pulled the line out with un necessary force. While in ER I found they are closing, which most staff talked about. My room was near the nurses station and I could hear a lot of talk, future plans and Unemployment, etc. I will say they still answered call bells very timely. Most nurses were good like Loree, but as I mentioned one wasn’t and my judgement was later justified. When released I will say I didn’t agree with the doctors choice of continued antibiotics because within a few days the one infection he thought was over has returned. I know there’s no perfect hospital however it still might have been better than the other alternative up the street. Unfortunately someday soon I might just have to find out.
Never have to wait more than 5 mins. Team is friendly, efficient and completes everything in a timely manner.
Staff nice and professional. Doctor was thorough. Clean. Treated with kindness.
Thank you for your service.. I've been a patient over 10 years and appreciate the care of my Doctor's and Staff provide they make You feel like family... I love being a patient 💓
