A truly excellent establishment! Really welcoming and very friendly staff. Two coffees and two pairs of sausages per day are FREE! I'm thrilled, unlike other establishments that have more capacity but can't even come… close to what Change achieves. Thank you for everything!

Can you eat and have breakfast? That's important for people who want to live again. It's never too late! Everyone has care and expertise! You just have to find someone you get along with! You have to want it too. In my… experience, the one on Gumpendorferstrasse is better! They make an effort and are patient! But it's up to you what you do! Unfortunately, my caregiver is leaving! I hope she was able to learn from it for her future! She knows I'm a fool because I've been late lately! It's annoying because they have so much to do with us! The place itself and the staff were all great, but unfortunately, I live in a residential area and therefore travel by car, and finding a parking spot where parking is allowed is always a challenge. However, it's not as… crowded as, for example, Jedmayer's or Josi's, so thank you very much for your help! 😊👍👍👍✌🏻

Friendly social workers! No prejudices, the right place for people with addiction problems. If you have no money but are hungry, you can get breakfast there every day (breakfast times are unfortunately unknown), as far… as I know, once a day per person. I'm glad that we are so well cared for in Austria compared to other EU countries. Thank you for your dedication!

Hats off to them; they're doing a really great job! Anyone who's been through several facilities knows the differences. And most other agencies want your consent to access your data first thing before you can even… expect any help! Business as usual. Absolutely recommended. It's sad that in Vienna, almost exclusively "low-threshold" services are offered. The fact that there are people who live with their addiction for decades is ignored. They have problems too! Or rather, they don't know what to do with you if you can write your own name or fill out applications without help. Therefore: a truly competent organization where the focus isn't on collecting "data." It's individuals who are doing good, valuable work! It's thanks to these employees alone that "Change" is so well received! It's always great when social workers and those seeking help both have positive feedback! Some people are in the right place! I think one or two of you will feel addressed?! YOU'RE doing a great job! 👍👏👏👏

It's fantastic that there's a place for drug addicts to turn to where they aren't judged! You can also talk to social workers who know what they're talking about! So, all in all, top marks!

It's wonderful that those hated and despised by our society are also being looked after. Coffee and lunch are free. Needle exchange and purchase are possible, as well as legal advice on Tuesdays from 1-3 pm. Very… friendly and respectful. The addicts have already been through enough, and societal judgments aren't really helpful in getting clean. You can feel comfortable there.
