Some staff members are very disrespectful. If you don’t want to work where you’re helping others, then simply quit your job.

The people who heard my story helped me in a very short period of time.

Terrible terrible provider. Did not even unwrap bandages on my legs to see how bad my wounds were. Didn't even prescribe antibiotics? So I left there with blood and puss all over my legs and feet. We'll never , ever go… back or recommend to any human being!!!!!

One of the absolute horrible places for mental health I'm trying to get switched to a different psychiatrist and they chose one for me so I'm very upset as I feel like I'm being dismissed even more so I am on the wait… list for the one that I am wanting to request to be switched to which will waste more time doing yet another intake and so far nobody is helping me to get evaluations that I need done I just keep being shoved aside and that is going to end

i scheduled three appointments with my therapist veronica, the first two she missed; the third one i missed informing her of my move in date. Enlightening her that I would need to reschedule and the communication was… lacked, a while after being released from the psych ward is when I finally received an email from her.

Swopehealth is a very clean, friendly clinic. The staff and doctors are great workers on your health and needs. They explain things very clear on your conditions. And they get your meds filled as needed. I would highly… recommend them to anyone.

Do not take your kids here for anything.I really really hate taking my kids here, especially when that have an appointment here. This place looks clean but operates like no one useful works here. Appointment was for… 9am. Like everyone I get here 10 minutes early and still have wait at least 30 to 45 minutes to be seen and only spend less than 10 minutes with whomever I'm here to see. I hope the Director of Swope or who ever is in charge sees this and makes valuable changes to their scheduling process. I'll complaining about it every time until I see change. The waiting game here is so stupid. This place is the worst. Do not take your kids here for anything. I repeat do not take your kids here.

By phone, I was told they could help me with testing to confirm my miscarriage was complete. They took my blood pressure and a urine sample, told me I needed to go to the ER because it would be weeks before they could… get me labs and an ultrasound, and still charged me $395. I did not have any physical exam beyond blood pressure. The doctor also had no clue what she was talking about with medicaid coverage because she promised me a temporary approval due to the positive pregnancy test, but the aid offices (I had to go to opposite ends of the building to talk to 2 different people) said there was no such thing. It's been 2 months, the hospital is threatening to send my bills to collections, and I have still not heard back on coverage.
