I have been here for over 8yrs, I see the bad reviews and laugh because they are false, it DOESNT take 45mins to get dosed, you DONT have to beg for your dose. If you do your groups, meet with counselors, you WILL get… dosed. 1 to 2 times a year they have computer issues and wait times are 20-45mins. But most everyday its 5-15mins 15mins MAXXX. addicts are great at not telling the truth and blowing things out of proportion. Yes there are times when its busy, all you do is come 15mins earlier next time and it wont be busy. The only people getting holds and issues with this place are people that dont follow the rules, then they blame the staff for the hold. Take some responsibility, follow the rules, dont be a jerk, & you will have a easy road to recovery. Its your CHOICE to come here and get help, follow the rules or find somewhere else to pawn off your bs. This place is wonderful, caring, & attentive. Its always clean the nurses are super nice and actually care about us as a patient, most of the counselors love their job, but rarely 1 starts working there that isnt in it for the right reasons, but they quit rightaway. The only thing I would change is some how making the staff feel more important, paying them more, IDK but they deserve so much more dealing with addicts all day.

If you are reading this review because you are tired of going through the agonizing hell that is withdrawal or are looking for a way out of fentanyl addiction, or any other opioid addiction, you came to the right place.… You've already taken an important first step. I've been to five different methadone clinics over the years, and this Tigard clinic (Comprehensive Treatment Center) is hands down the cleanest and best-run of them all. It isn't even close. The counselors, nurses, and administrative staff are all compassionate professionals who share one goal: to give you an opportunity to build a better life. If you're willing to be honest with yourself and put in the work, this clinic can become much more than a place where you receive medication. It can give you a chance to get your head above water, begin thinking clearly again, and decide where you want to go from here. Patients here come from every imaginable background. We are all on different journeys, but once you are here, you have the same opportunity as everyone else and that is a chance to build a healthier life. Methadone or Suboxone (buprenorphine and naloxone) are not miracle cures. They don't magically erase addiction. What they can do is quiet that relentless inner voice that convinced so many of us to accept circumstances we never would have accepted before addiction took control. Combined with counseling and support, these medications can create some distance between you and the desperation that has been making decisions for you. What you do with that distance is up to you. I used to tell people this place saved my life. But when I think about it now, whatever I was doing back then wasn't much of a life. I was effectively a living, breathing corpse—and I smelled like a wet dog. I didn't come here to save that life. I came here to find a life. I walked in the door as a four-time felon with serious doubts that I could ever turn my life around. I struggled, and stubbornly tried to manage everything my way. Nothing changed until I gave up that control and it turned out to be the most important decision I ever made: I put somebody else in charge. I started listening. I asked questions. I listened to counselors even when I didn't like what they were telling me. I accepted responsibility for my behavior. That was my tipping point. This clinic cannot recover for you. However, it can provide the medication, medical care, counseling, structure, and support that can give you the opportunity to recover. If all you can manage today is getting through the door and not being dope sick, start there. You don't have to have the rest of your life figured out. You just have to give yourself a chance. Make the call. Walk through the door. You can do this. Give yourself the opportunity to find a life.

The place is always clean and well maintained. The staff and counselors are just the absolute best. They truly care for their clients and as long as they see you're trying they go above and beyond for you. Special… thanks to Kristen Gunn who has been such a huge support and always makes time for me when I need and has talked and guided me through the worst times in my life. This place and the amazing and kind people who make it what it is haven't just saved my life, but have taught me how to save myself.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this clinic AND staff. It truly comes down to IF you really want to make the Program work or not. They give you every tool you will need to be successful. All you have to do… is a little work . Go to a group and councilor meeting monthly. Literally NOTHING compared to the effort put in to live the addict lifestyle. This clinic has saved Many lives ... Mine included.. Thank you

This place is absolutely slow. The only fast nurse is Nerissa and Shanna, the rest I assume hate their jobs and move slow. I've been to the Salem clinic and they move fast when they dose so that's why I don't believe… how it could take so long when there are 3 people in line to dose and it takes almost 45 minutes. And the counselors doors are always closed so if there's a hold expect to be waiting at least a half hour to an hour to be seen before you are dosed. The people that run the Salem clinic need to train the people at the Tigard clinic because it seriously is slow here.

So there are pros and cons to these facilities no matter where you go you will have the money grab. The multiple ways they charge insurance by making the people do groups, take UA’s and a host of other things, it’s all… about the money. This particular facility is nice and clean, most are trying to get straight in life, others use this so they don’t get sick when they can’t find anything.

I love this place and they saved my life. If it was not for them I don’t know where I would be. All the bad reviews on here I was shocked. This place is awesome and they care about you trust me. It’s not all about the… money. Thank you everyone at the clinic. I love ya all.

This place is a scam. I have some of the best insurance that you can get and they’re charging me $504 per month. I found out today they charge less for out of pocket. Total scam

People need to know that this clinic is giving people drug tests and marking them as dirty when they are not.. I literally took in clean pee that I bought from the smoke shop two different times and used it for a test… and they still Said that it was dirty for meth and fentanyl. Somebody in that clinic is playing around and it needs to stop! What should I do about this. Who do I report it to?

Long lines , shortage of nurses and shortage of counselors. Counselors will keep you in their office for 15+ minutes without saying a word to you so they can bill your insurance. Fishy.

I absolutely love this clinic!! It has absolutely saved me! I play their game though, I go to my groups, meet with my counselor, I do everything they ask of me. I would bet money that many (not all) of the bad reviews… are written by people who don’t do what’s expected of them, they likely miss groups and get a “hold” placed on them but which likely isn’t the clinics fault. Typically a “hold” is placed on someone due to missing groups or counseling sessions. It’s also very clean, love the receptionist at the front desk, my counselor Sandi is great and has worked at Allied for a few years. There are a few counselors that I might not mesh well with but I would just change counselors if I didn’t like mine instead of writing a bad review. Anyways, 5 stars for sure!!

This review is aimed at the receptionist. THANK YOU. She is a wonderful lady and went out of her way one morning to help my boyfriend dose after we got stuck in traffic and I was stressed out of my mind. She was very… understanding and actually heard what I had to say rather than telling me to leave. I’m new to this clinic but Downtown Portland’s clinic would’ve laugh in my face even though I drive 40+ minutes to get there. Wonderful receptionist. Truly saved me with her compassion. This clinic seems that if you have good drug tests, and do your groups they’re willing to listen. I wish I knew her name! But she’s there almost everyday.

When used correctly this place really is life changing. Krissy at the front desk will help dial you in. Also she can help get you OHP assistance to help with cost. Groups are fun and not triggering. Plus the patients… here really look out for each other.

The lady (if you can even call her that) is a power tripper and loves to have double standards with people! If you want to be treated like human being DON'T GO HERE find a place tht actually enforces the rules for… everyone! She is so unprofessional it's ridiculous!!
