Had a great stay at TLC, great staff and service, everything one can ask for in terms of recovery. Therapy sessions were great and came out feeling like a new person. Highly recommended. Not a bad word to say.

This is my 3rd Rehab and has been better than the previous two. The team here is flexible around all the sessions and therapy. You take what you get from it rather than it being rigid. I struggle with explaining stuff,… the therapists have helped me understand myself better and get stuff out of me that I struggled to express. The team goes the extra mile to help people with their recovery and life in general. Being able to exercise and walk around the park has been very helpful. I wasn’t locked in like how they do at other rehabs and that has made me feel so normal. The food is good, the staff are kind and helpful and nice to talk to. I would really recommend this place to people with addiction. 12 steps didn’t help me but TLC’s flexible approach did. We were offered to attend AA meetings which was good and balanced everything well as it was something I could choose rather than being forced to do. Big shout out to my therapist Tom and Matt the nurse, and all other staff for being there and listening. Didn’t feel awkward to ask for help.

I stayed at TLC Rehab for alcohol rehabilitation and had an excellent experience. Really recommend TLC to anyone seeking help. The therapists, Tom, Richard, Amanda, and Jorge, were compassionate, professional, and… genuinely committed to my recovery. The different approaches used helped me understand and overcome many of my underlying issues. I did come to TLC in a fragile state and had to do a medical detox. Having full trust in the medical staff who are 24/7 onsite and monitor everyone in their care closely helped ease my anxiety. The program is well-structured and diverse with group sessions and 1-2-1s. I have learnt a lot! Having a support network is key, and I made meaningful connections with other Clients which has and will continue to contribute to my recovery. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the environment was relaxing, particularly the beautiful garden space which is the perfect environment to focus on healing. I’m grateful to all the staff at TLC and would highly recommend TLC to anyone seeking help. Big thank you!!!

I have had a fantastic stay at TLC. I was originally booked in for 4 weeks and stayed an extra week to give me that extra boost. The Therapist Tom was fantastic and taught me things about myself I didn’t know about self… and what was causing my drinking. The sessions with all of the Therapist were very good too (Richard and Jorge as well as Toms). The support staff are all amazing and can’t do enough for you in particular Amanda and Arwa. The chef Cecil is so kind and thoughtful in general and towards any dietary needs or wants. All the nursing staff are brilliant too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to get themselves better.

If anyone is looking for a rehab place I would highly recommend TLC. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and professional, this includes the management team. The classes are very knowledgeable, the time table… gives you time for yourself in the evenings. The chef that they have makes delicious dishes daily. They don't confiscate your phone but ask you to have it on silent during classes. The rooms are all en-suite, clean, tidy and spacious. I've had a great stay at TLC, highly recommend it.

Promises made re my eating not met. So small everyone isolated when I hoped for company. Accommodation standard poor - floors not vac - plug sockets behind beds, drawers hard to open, tiny towels ... had to ask for a… side light, tv if not subscribed to services won't work. Little therapy, too much "down time" ... people go here for help not a break - staff lovely and best intentions but no way this will help

Due to the complexity of my wife’s wellbeing, the addiction as well as chronic pain and some disability that she suffers, I would suggest that the TLC Clinic was outstanding in its therapy, support, care and comfort.… Her two lead councillors Serhan and Rachel showed remarkable understanding, caring but practical, great insight and skills. She is home now feeling empowered to continue the journey, knowledgeable of her condition and determined. Thank you all at TLC for looking after her for the last 4 weeks. I stayed at the TLC Clinic for two weeks in October 2024. I am a severely visually impaired person and was given a ground floor room. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, caring and professional. I… felt very safe both inside and outside the clinic. There was a great camaraderie amongst the guests at the clinic. The clinic is in a pleasant area and we enjoyed supervised walks in the nearby park. The food we were served was excellent.

My recommendation for the facility doesn’t have enough words. The staff and the counselors are impeccable. The conditions of the facility are extremely clean and the food is amazing. If you’re in need of help, this… facility will absolutely change your life. And I pray to God that you picked this one.

The therapists Rachel and Surhan were amazing, made me feel comfortable from the minute I met them. Very professional but also very down to earth. James and Jitesh the managers were very approachable and friendly always… checking up on us making sure we had everything we needed. The nurses and night staff also were very helpful. The in-house chef cooked some wonderful Italian food. Room are comfortable and clean. Recommend TLC to anyone. Aftercare continues when you leave.

I called this rehab centre as I live locally and was looking for some advice for my brother. I spoke to a gentleman called James who was exceptionally helpful. He spent a great deal of time both listening to me and then… providing me with lots of information - He seemed extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately at this time my brother isn't quite ready but I feel a lot more ready to be able to help him that little bit more. Would recommend.
