Incomplete and Incompetent care

Nothing good to say about this place!

My six-year-old daughter was a client here for PTSD for the last year and a half. During her time there, her therapist was switched three times. Two of the clinicians quit working there - and the third, I fired for lack… of effort or genuine concern in my child's care. My child didn't have time to build much trust with the first or third therapists and I really disliked the lack of stability and consistency she was exposed to in her time there. The attitude of the last clinician was alarming to me as she seemed unwilling to add another school to her "in-school" visits, trying to force my child into a change of therapist AND change of routine/therapy location, simultaneously. Once she was instructed by the practice manager to add my child's school to her rounds, she only saw my child three times within the next six weeks. She was out frequently, without notifying me until I requested that of her... and she seemed to look for a reason to not go visit my child. My child deserves much better care than this. When I voiced this frustration to the manager for the second time, he seemed very apathetic during my heated call with him. I told him to remove my child from their facility. She will be moved somewhere that shows genuine care and concern, as well as consistency and professionalism.

I have been blessed to be a client at Top Priority since 2016...Monique, office manager is phenomenal. Robyn Bridges, Nurse Practitioner...ie much more educated...and my dear therapist, Steve ( 30 June 2021 retired with… 53 years therapist/ social worker). Unfortunately Covid has changed things unless one gets shots. I hope things settle with latest Covid... get your shots, important

I would not recommend this place to mt worst enemy. I was treated very badly and disreapected at this location by the receptionist AND the doctor i never saw after several months of dealing woth this place. These women… are lucky to still have their jobs after the way they treated me.

This place changed my mind about Dr's. The Dr here is so nice, caring & compassionate. He actually cares about you & not the almighty dollar! The staff are nice & courteous as well. Sometimes appts do run a lil long, &… confusing. Overall I'd recommend to anyone seeking treatment.
