I was referred here by my healthcare provider. They called and set up my appointment and I filled out and submitted all the intake forms and questionnaires. Called the day before my scheduled appointment to ask about… insurance coverage and was told they couldn’t see me as a patient because I didn’t have Medicare and that they didn’t take “private insurances”. The lady was nice and apologized but I told them when I talked on the phone when I first made the appointment about 2 weeks prior what insurance I had and wasn’t told then that they would refuse to see me.
One of the best places that I been to and really got the help that I needed.. Thanks
WONDERFUL PLACE... I enjoy every week I go. The staff is lovely
Great people here at Triad. They helped me turn my life around for the better. Would give it 10 ⭐! Highly recommend!
Great place to come and start your road to recovery. The staff are great and really care about you.
The home based therapy is great and my 15 yr loves her counselor and it has helped my daughter
This place is a joke. If you can go somewhere else go there. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HEALTH.
The service they have provided was Very inconsistent and unorganized and somewhat unprofessional.
I didn't even step foot in this place, all it took was one single phone call before I realized that it was owned or operated by someone whom obviously was raised in the ghetto. Really hoping things turn around for this… facility as there are a lot of untreated mental health patience out there that would find them if they spoke to them the way I was spoken to over the phone. I give this facility a solid 0 out of 10.
I bring someone here for therapy and they are always hours behind on their appointments. This person appointment was for 9:45 and did not get in with Dr. until 12:15. This happens everytime I bring them.
