The staff are super helpful and very professional, but yhe wait times for an appointment are ridiculous.

One star due to not being able to call the clinic directly. They only have a call center, and so you have to give them your message. And then you have to wait a few days for your team to reach back out to you Or you… have to try to take time of your work day to stop by the clinic to get help in person. And that also adds to the wait time. This is disruptive to the patient care process, because even if you have a small question or just need something updated on your post visit summary… You can’t get a hold of anyone in the clinic clinic So just an FYI, if you have a preference of being able to get in contact with a clerk in the clinic… That won’t happen. Other than that, the care and the team is professional.

Staff was super nice and knowledgeable! My Pap smear didn’t hurt at all and was super quick!

Entering True Health is always a pleasure because of Quincy Saldivar! She is the most helpful person I have ever came across a doctors office! She is a true asset to True Health and I will always be grateful for her and… her professionalism, attentiveness to my son and I.

First time I have ever been able to actually speak to the call center manager I have always been told in the past manager doesn’t speak to patients. I spoke with someone in referrals and told her I was upset with how my… daughters appointment was scheduled and low and behold the call center manager Kianna picked up she listened to me yell (I’m sorry) then she spoke so sweet and gave me her direct ext of I ever have an issue again. Just so happy she was willing to speak with me and fixed the error. Love Hoffner again !!

I’ve been going there for like 35 years My daughters went there when they were little and now they’re older and they’re going there too. I love it everybody there. They were great job and very patient with us the client… and they tried to help everyone. I always recommend people there and they said the same thing that they love the place I wanna say thank you to everyone that worked there.🤗💞

Great full for the kindness, professionalism and guidance I received by Judy today. Front desk always sets the tone for an establishment and she definitely made it an easy and comfortable first time experience.

True health for my son and myself has been the best facility and employees I can say hands down for the past 15 years we have been patients and I would never change. The staff and the Doctors have always been helpful I… can make my appointments easy. I know when we go for our appointments the staff are helpful and kind. I would highly recommend the Hoffner location. I work in the health care field and for me Validation and someone to take the time to help are super important to us. Thank you True Health team for all your support 🙏🏼🫶❤️

My perception of this establishment has slightly changed because I now understand what the provider was trying to tell me. At first the information didn't seem genuine and it seemed like the provider didn't believe my… injury was still servere because my motor collision happened over a year ago. I do believe the receptionist needs to have better hospitality because it seemed like I wasn't going to be accepted because my pay stubs were not legit enough for them. Also I still believe the service could have been much faster as I waited 2 hours for medication. But now that I understand what the provider was trying to tell me I would give this establishment a better rating. I just wish the provider would of initially trusted me when I said I was in pain and that I won't abuse the medication.
