I love everything about this place everyone is helpful and sweet and more than accommodating my only complaint is they take to long to get everyone through to dose and I wish they would find a way to do this more… quickly and efficiently...

I have been a client of True North since 2016 on and off. The therapists they had back then and up until recently saved my life. They really went out of their way to help me succeed in life But then, once I started to… taper off and wasn't going to be on medication anymore, they started sending me bill, after Bill, (knowing ive been on medicaid or personal insurance the entire time ive been a client) then when my Medicaid calls and speaks with SEAN, he lies to them and tells them I had been picking up my medications, which is Medicaid fraud, long story short, this facility does NOT care about your wellness of life anymore! They care about how much they can charge/double charge your Medicaid and if not, they'll try to send you to collections, behind your back, while you were on Medicaid, However the owner, NATE JONES said that he would make sure it got taken care of, and as of leaving this review, he isn't true to his word. So please, be careful when choosing a clinic to go too, because if you honestly want Recovery and wellness, True North is not the place for you.

Amazing staff, very clean and welcoming facility. Everyone here feels like family where everyone knows your name. They truly care for their patients and know us all by name and not just a number.

Best care facility ever. I transferred here after my last heart surgery and it was seamless. They are very helpful with therapy and helping patients improve their quality of life. The counselors and staff are all very… friendly and amazing

It's been a few years back, but I came across an opportunity to make a review today, and my experience with the staff that handled payments, scheduling appointments, and UA's was incredibly poor. They seemed overwhelmed… with their jobs and lacked authenticity. However, the staff handled outpatient meetings downstairs in the evenings were much more present, knowledgeable and caring.

True North is a great source of treatment for people they really take the time to listen to people and their issues. Thank you for all the support I need that right now

I have struggled with substance abuse my whole adult life, and I’ve been through multiple different levels of treatment through the years. When i got to true north recovery and wellness I felt like they listened to me,… it wasnt about what they wanted me to do to get clean, it was about what I could do to help myself. Which is what finally worked for me, I’ve been clean for 18 months, and after being on paper for 13 years I’m finally off parole. I highly suggest giving them a call of your struggling yourself.

This is the best place to help with recovery. They treat you like family, they make sure you’re taken care of and that you have the best chance at recovery! I’m at my last months with them and I am glad to say they have… helped me 100% of the way!

Great friendly staff! They truly listen to there clients and genuinely care. I get greated by name every time I walk threw the door. If you have complaints they do everything they can to get it fixed in a timely… matter!! Absolutely recomend this place if I could give more than 5 stars i would

True north has transformed my life and has given me hope that there is a way out of addiction. It’s allowed me to be a father, husband , son and friend. I highly recommend true north to any parent, friend or family… member that’s looking to help somebody you might know addicted to opiates. If I could give more then five stars I would.
