The providers are good but after coming back and seeing the staff change it really makes me question why I even came back. Roxanne’s attitude is sheer trash and only ever checks herself when a provider is out of office.… She is rude and it is not the experience I was used to before. In the past I literally had my phone stolen from here and the provider of the practice paid to have it replaced. The other person who used to be in Roxanne’s position was so much nicer and the environment felt welcoming. Now, they don’t even give a call back or respond to email. I went there for over a year and it’s nothing like it used to be. If I could give their new front desk guy a 3 I would Roxanne -100 and everything else is just dysfunctional.

The main doctor is decent, but the other staff is useless. If you get telehealth for refills, a guy will call at any random time of day, spend two minutes to ask if you're good, then charge your copay. Then the office… staff can't make up their mind about whether they can help me or not. Finally, I arrived for my appointment today, and was told as of TODAY, they don't take my insurance and will only refill my medicine if I pay $100. Do NOT take a chance on your health with this office. They clearly don't care if they are leaving you in a dangerous position or not. Update: I am now receiving bills saying I wasn't insured when I went to some of my visits, which is bs because I triple checked that I had coverage. The difficulty with this office is insane.

My daughter, Addalie, has been a patient with this practice for almost ten years. Yemi, Ruth(the old provider) and Cesar have always been exceptional. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and have provided outstanding… care, which is the reason we have remained patients for so long. Unfortunately, our experience with the front office has become incredibly frustrating. Nearly every month, I have to call repeatedly just to find out when our telehealth appointment is because no one seems to know what’s going on. This (and last) month, I confirmed our appointment through the text message I received, only to learn that the front office had changed it to a different date without notifying us. Appointments are routinely moved without any communication, leaving patients to discover the changes on their own. To make matters worse, the information I receive from the front office often contradicts what the medical staff tells me, creating unnecessary confusion and making it difficult to trust that we have accurate information. It is incredibly disappointing that we are now actively looking into finding another provider—not because of the quality of care, but because of the ongoing scheduling and communication issues. We value Yemi and Cesar immensely, but the repeated problems with the front office have made what should be a simple monthly appointment an unnecessarily stressful experience. I sincerely hope this feedback leads to meaningful improvements because the providers deserve an administrative team that reflects the same level of professionalism and care they consistently provide.

Dr Yemi and Dr Mike is the best. They care about you. They want you to be the best version. I highly recommend this practice. Their crew is amazing and always welcoming you with a smile. They are like family at this… point. When I needed help with something they always have an answer or a great resource.

This experience was a painful stepping stone in realizing that I am a late diagnosed autistic woman after Dr. Yemi misdiagnosed and overmedicated me for classic symptoms of neurodivergent burnout. When I tried to… explain the factors in my life affecting my state, which would have been key in properly diagnosing me, I was dismissed and told that she is "not a therapist". Waiting over two hours past my appointment time in the waiting room made me feel dysregulated and a bit irritable, and I was met with judgement and stigmatization instead of kindness when that showed in my mannerisms. I was given 10 diagnoses (none of which were autism, which I am now diagnosed with) and prescribed 4 medications simultaneously. When I asked what the medications did, I was told to "ask CVS"... when I asked if I actually had ten separate disorders, I was told that she does not know but needed the diagnostic codes to prescribe me all of the medication. My experience on these medications did significantly more harm than good, and I'm grateful to have been able to ween back down to my initial antidepressant and one other prescription with my new psychiatrist. I am now a mental healthcare provider myself, specifically because the lack of compassionate care that I felt that I faced at this practice made me feel called to action.

Staff is kind, however, I’m HORRIFIED by the dismissive treatment from adedotun. Stay away, seriously pay out of pocket for somewhere else if you have to for psych care. I had to fight and fight with her to the point of… tears to lower my prescription, instead of doing that? She constantly interrupted me, said I needed to be on 2 other medications (that were entirely unnecessary) and would not lower my dose, and then said they would call and follow up in 2 weeks. After I had convinced her to lower my dose I even double checked with the pharmacy, not only did the pharmacist tell me I was, in fact, having adverse reactions but it was very good I had checked these symptoms. Had to find, and now pay, out of pocket for someone else because I never got a follow up call like I was told from this office, despite being highly distressed about what was happening. After reading through the drug pamphlet, all the symptoms I had described to her were supposed to be an immediate phone call because something was very wrong. Sure enough, it was. I should have listened to my therapist and switched to someone else after the fist appointment, he was alarmed and concerned that this wasn’t a good fit but I just wanted to stick it out and give it a couple of chances. The new psychiatrist not only is much cheaper out of pocket but also told me that I was having adverse reactions, the 2 other medications that Adedotun wanted to put me on were ENTIRELY UNNECESSARY, and that it was baffling that a prescriber would behave the way she did. Compare all your options for psych care, stay away from this facility unless absolutely necessary.

Psychiatric solutions clinic is effective and compassionate with their care. Since first coming here years ago, so many good changes have been implemented. From a food pantry to help finding crisis services, they offer… many things. Yemi is a caring practitioner and cares about her patients. I would highly recommend stopping by if you find yourself needing help.

I’ve been visiting the clinic for over a year. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The providers and staff are friendly, caring, professional and It’s clear that everyone at this clinic genuinely cares about… their patients’ well-being. If you are looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive psychiatric care, this is the place to go.

If I could give no stars I would. The receptionist and the doctor were kind, however I only went once because of unforseen problems in my personal life. Now this clinic is constantly harassing me about some large amount… of money I owe them even though my Medicaid paid for all of my visit. Now they're trying to hill me for two visits that I never even went to and that I could not have went to. Please stay far away from this clinic.

Very peaceful office. The receptionist Raquel was extremely nice and patient. I wanted a coffee and the nice lady made me a lemon ginger tea that was wonderful. I didn't get her name but she had long black curly hair.… My appointment was thorough and was completed in a reasonable time. The office also offers many resources.

If I have to say anything about this place is that it’s amazing. I was scared to come in cause I’m not it’s not my norm, but Bella the office manager made me so comfortable that I did come in and when I did, the… ambience, the smell the way that I was treated With respect and dignity was amazing. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone in Las Vegas that needs help not only did they help me with my emotional issues but they also offer housing food you can come in A meal someone to talk to or sit and have a cup of tea. It’s so refreshing to have a place like that to get to with no judgment thank you Miss Yemi thank you Michael thank you Bella, Raquel, Ceasar, and Isabel. And to me you guys are rockstars all the way.

I don’t have insurance so this place is so convenient and affordable, the decor is so cute and gives off a relaxing ambience, the doctors are also super awesome , they listen and Help you maneuver your best options. The… staff is also super friendly.

I’ve been dealing with anxiety and some mood issues for a while, and coming to Psychiatric Solutions Clinic has really helped. The staff isn’t overly formal — they’re kind and easy to talk to, which made it less… intimidating for me. It’s not a fancy place, but it’s clean and comfortable, and I’ve always felt taken seriously. It’s not always easy asking for help, but I’m glad I came here.

I love bringing my Daughter here the people here are very good at their job and make you feel comfortable while your waiting.

Providers are always late they have appointments at 10:00 they don't get here till 10:30 or 11:00
