Tully Hill Corporation – Tully Detox and Rehab Services
Tully Hill Corporation – Tully appears on the register for detox and residential treatment. Detox runs under medical supervision, and the first three days carry the highest risk with alcohol and benzodiazepines. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Tully Hill Corporation – Tully Reviews and Ratings
Services, insurance and licensing for Tully Hill Corporation are set out elsewhere on this page. Reviews cover the part no register records: how patients and their families found the care in Tully.
Several accounts that describe the same thing tell you more than a single strong opinion.
They will take your money even if you don’t attend. I paid 2 copays for my daughter totally $1500 and they billed insurance for services she DID NOT receive. I have been waiting 5 months for a refund on services my… daughter DID NOT receive. I have video voicemails of their employees promising a refund yet they don’t process it. Next step BBB and to report them to the insurance company.
This place saved my life, 25 years ago. And God, of course. Thanks be to God and Tully Hill!
A little over a year ago I made the decision to go to Tully to kickstart my recovery from Alcohol addiction. The entire program gave me a new start on life, and I haven't looked back. Well, I have only to reminisce on… the fond memories I have from this place. Counselors, medical staff, chefs and even the cleaners are all amazing. The 1 stars are from bitter people who just didn't want to put forth the effort. Thank you again Tully. Bill 2024 Graduate.
This place is a religion pushing nightmare. They cannot manage any kind of mental health issues, no one on one therapy, no pain management, they also minimize all emergencies from patients and try to restrict contact… from any loved one. They are money hungry monsters that care more about getting their 1000s of dollars in payment rather than actually helping the people that are vulnerablely coming to them as patients.
I did not have a good experience at this place. The rules are very strict and it felt more like prison than a place that I went to voluntarily. As others have said, I witnessed safety concerns like a med error and… nurses sleeping at night. And the doctor there is not a kind person. I got sober on my own. I have never been to another rehab and God willing I never will have to go back again, but there must be somewhere better than here.
Poor medical staff, errors made in my meds, decisions were based on personal opinion, didn't even have a sling for my arm after injury in yoga class, couldn't manage my pain and argued with me about it, lead dr is… opinionated and cocky, the segregation of men and women and policy about talking to members of opposite sex is way overboard, non smoking policy is ridiculous, food was decent, counseling staff was pretty good, and they scammed me out of money after I stayed for 50% of the program but they charged me 75% of the cost!! The video above is out of date, there has been staff changes and are frequent
Our son was at Tully Hill twice and I cannot say enough about how good this place is. It gave him hope and established the foundation for his recovery. The staff members are fantastic and our entire experience at Tully… Hill was tremendous.
Trash, won't help incoming patients
I was worse off coming out than going in. This place should be shut down.
I think the counselors care and want the best for those there. However, our family was not notified when our family member left early while upset. This put all of us in a dangerous situation. they were okay to charge my… credit car thousands of dollars but not notify me when the person left early.
If it weren't for Tully Hill and all the staff there I would not be sober today. While no program is perfect, this place worked for me.I will be eternally grateful and highly recommend Tully Hill! I found the counselors… wonderful and nursing staff were always available and willing to help and listen.
I was a patient at Tully Hill twice. This was a little under a decade ago. The first time was helpful, I learned good tools. The second time I had an experience that really shaped a different opinion on the facility.… The second time I had completed treatment, I came back a month later because I was proud of the fact I had stayed sober for a total of 60 days. So I came to a meeting where outside people can come in to have a meeting with current patients. During this you can speak to the patients and share your strength and experiences. I am an extremely anxious person, and back then I wasn’t able to control it as well as I do now. I tried to give the clients some perspective and share a little, even though I was very nervous. I was fidgety and my leg was bouncing (I have extreme ADHD). After I was done sharing, a counselor named Jerry came to inform me that I was triggering the patients. Understandable confused I was taken into the hallway and informed by Jerry and Jesse, who worked there at this time, that I had to leave because I was apparently “high” in front of the clients and triggering them. I wasn’t welcomed there. Being 60 days sober at that time, and putting all my trust and hope into the Tully hill community, was the beginning of my next relapse at that stage. All my hope was crushed as I was made to leave the building while my ride stayed for the entire hour of the meeting. I came there with hope for recovery and to help others, and left feeling hopeless. I felt that what is the point of being sober if people still accuse you of being high and treat you this way. Because of this I can’t recommend Tully Hill to anybody. The main reason is, yes the staff is great and work well with clients. IF and they like you. It’s very much like a highschool click type thing. If they like you , you won’t get reprimanded as much, they will joke and laugh with you. If they don’t like you, they will make fun of you and laugh at you and put you down to the other clients. I hope the staff and overall atmosphere has changed since the time I attended this facility. l currently 3 years sober today and doing very well. Aside from a few tools I learned (only because it was my first time in recovery, there isn’t anything special compared to other places that are more affordable), I can’t say I owe any of my sober achievements to Tully Hill. If anything it taught me how to NOT treat folks in early recovery. Especially during the tender time of their first few months out of inpatient. This facility is great on the surface, but there are problems that dwell deeper than service level services and alumni reviews. These are peoples lives who are in a fragile point of their struggle. Laughing at clients, being non understanding of conditions such as anxiety and ADHD. Counselors sharing personal client information and trauma with other staff. These are not qualities fit for a rehabilitation center. It is part of my personal recovery to come here to get this off my chest. This was my experience and I have always thought back on how unprofessional my experience was. I forgive the staff at the facility because I must to move forward. My advice would be keep your options open. Tully Hill is very expensive and only brings you 5 star treatment if they take a liking to you. Regardless of your decision, I wish everyone luck in their sobriety & recovery. P.s Keep in mind the director at the time has been part of numerous scandals during and after his time at Tully Hill. It’s public information. -Paul B.
I have been Sober just under 5 years. Best decision I've ever made. Tully Hill is a great stepping stone to sobriety and getting your life back. I highly recommend Tully Hill for anyone that needs to recover from… addiction.
Best thing that ever happened to me ! I look back now and its been 28 yrs. This year ( but who’s counting) jThank you Tully Hill for your help and guidance. My life ABSOLUTELY TURNED AROUND for ME!
Beautiful facility, amazing and caring staff
Is the place for all who suffer from addiction. No other facility compares! 2018 grad and took their advice to go to Steps to Recovery in Philadelphia for 6 weeks. 95% of the people on the campus are incredible
went for an alcohol evaluation: they tried to force me to move back to new York for 2 years of in patient rehab. I haven't drank or done drugs in 10 years. my car had a blown transmission 10+ years ago so there was no… possible way anyone was driving. this company is only in it for long term sources of income. find somewhere else that actually cares about the people, and will give an accurate evaluation if that's what your looking for.
It's hard to take the treatment seriously when a patient's "successful completion of treatment" coincides with the end of health insurance coverage. I witnessed an individual with a heavy opiate addiction "successfully… complete treatment" after only 7 days of inpatient treatment - Coincidentally, that is the same length of time that the individual's insurance would fund. Tully Hill is really nothing more than an extremely expensive 12 step program which repeats itself every 14 days or so. Staff is overworked, patients are treated as a commodity, and concerns aren't taken seriously. I found more success with MAT and an outpatient program provided by Horizon Health Services than I did with In Patient at Tully Hill. At least the food was good.
I did the outpatient program for a bit, but when I left my job and no insurance, cost was too high. The program is a great program and I am grateful that I had it for the time I had it. The counselor was very good and… made you think. Grateful.
Tully hill saved my life and I'm grateful for all of there help. I'm very proud of the man they turned me into as I could have never done it on my own. If you need help I highly recommend Tully hill
Absolutely wonderful and totally professional. Would recommend to family and friends!
Just do not go to tully hill I spent a week there. You are treated like a child or an inmate. Food is horrible, staff is not trained. They just want want your money.
Incredible place. Came here a desperate, broken, lost person who didn’t even know myself anymore. The great staff, counselors , doctors, nurses , team , patients, everyone involved was incredible. Very helpful and… turned my life completely around for the way better. Entering, my life was complete darkness and never thought I’d see the light again. This place made me find hope and leaving there I was able to see light finally again. Thank you Tully hill !! You saved me. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking help. Go there. No questions asked!!
Excellent Staff all around from Doctors, Nurses, Counselors and the support organizations there. Very clean and comfortable. The days are long and filled with many activities, lectures, work shops, readings, large &… small group sessions, along with meditations & exercise starting with as a 6AM wakeup concluding your day at 10PM. The outpatient follow up from Tully Hill is very well done, starting with 3 sessions per week conducted over zoom due to COVID restrictions. All worth it to improve your own life and your families / friends lives, if you put the effort into it & follow through when you go home !
