Twin Town Treatment Centers – Torrance

Twin Town is great , very helpful staff and very friendly great place to take your recovery seriously!

Gary is a counselor there and has made very inappropriate comments that were racist, misogynistic, ableist all the while exhibiting his true nature of living by judgement and assumptions. When I witnessed this, i called… him out for it. I followed up with Emily and she was sympathetic to the cause. I followed up with Manjit and that was a disaster. She pretty much covers for her employees which is why I contacted CCAPP and opened up a formal complaint against Gary and her. I also alerted NAADAC, HHS, Medi-Cal, Congressman Ted Lieu, LA Times, and 3 local tv news stations. I called and asked for the program director to contact me to which they didnt. This place obviously favors its employees over patient care. At this point, im thinking an ethics lawsuit is the next step.

Very nice people first time in a program and it’s really good

I felt very blessed to be part of this program. All of the counselors were very knowledgeable and very courteous in the care that they treated the members. They were also very experienced and had great communication… skills. I am lucky to have been able to spend the time that I did there, I made lifelong friends and it improved the quality of my life drastically. I was able to get some things off my chest that I needed to and was not judged for it nor was I disrespected. This is a very safe and helpful program. If you have the chance to get Miss Julia as your counselor, she has worked wonders in my world and I would definitely recommend her care, confidence, and comfortability to anyone lucky enough to be able to meet her. Also shout out to Sage for being a great team member.

I highly recommend twin town treatment to everyone that is seeking addiction help to attend this program . Everyone here is very supportive,knowledgeable,caring and wants the best for you in your recovery . I am so glad… I came here with out this program I wouldn’t be where I’m at . If you’re looking for a place to help a loved one, Twin Town is truly special. It’s completely judgment-free and gets to the root of the problem, offering support in ways you can’t imagine until you experience it. Julia… and Brock are exceptional counsellors , kind, insightful, and deeply understanding. You leave not only feeling supported, but having learned so much about yourself and the journey forward.

Fantastic program! My counselor Saul really helped me work thru my issues! He kept me motivated and stay focused!

My experience with ms. Laversa was very good she help me get through being positive on my drug test to being negative . She Also was my Therapist/Mentor for da past few months I was comfortable expressing myself to her… without feeling weird and her spirit is just great I’m going to miss her….

Very unprofessional. I called their office to ask about their services and the woman who answered hung up on me. I called back and one of her coworkers was able to help me. So disappointing to have people interact with… clients and respond to inquiries with a horrible attitude as if taking the time to answer a question would interfere with their job responsibilities. Oh wait, that is their job... SMH

The staff are so amazing and compassionate The group sessions are so helpful. The knowledge and understanding of my disease that I have gained is priceless. I really feel like this place has saved my life and given me a… new one. I will forever be grateful

I had a great experience with this program I'd love being here thet are very supportive and I am very comfortable with sharing my experiences I am very confident in myself now and I am very grateful for twin Town… helping me with my recovery

Wasn't sure what I expected going in, whether it would be just a bunch of people skating through and not really there for recovery. But, what I found was very surprising and it turned out to be an incredible program… that gave me so much more than I ever expected. The staff there actually care and they make sure to learn a lot about you and stay on top of you if you start looking like your sliding back. Group sessions are always great and enjoyable, and the 1 on 1 therapy I received has helped immensely. Definitely recommend, at least from my perspective.

This place is a joke my son Ryan Elliot attended and was high the whole time on probation as well this program let him attend high on meth and even gave him a letter of completion. And don’t tell me you get what you put… into it you are an institution that should test once a week and be aware if your clients are high and not write letters of completion. It’s your job paper pushers are what you are and unethical I’m also sober and know how programs work and you guys are definitely not a program that has integrity you’re not helping people you’re pushing paper and getting paid by Medi-Cal and insurance To look good for the court

Twin Town is a great place to come to get treatment. They got great support . I diffently recommend twin town.

Very professional and kind staff

On 1/4/2021 I graduated twin town very structured program but worth it I really recommend this rehabilitation center for the people or person struggling with addiction they really help you because they want to help you… not just for the money like most places. savannah, manjit, Jian and all the staff are awesome thanks guys for saving my life and admitting me when I was broken and down I’m so happy with my recovery and health and also for helping me get the fundamental tools for sobriety now I know recovery and sobriety is a life time commitment thanks TWIN TOWN god bless all the staff

Twin town was supportive and helpful. I learned a lot and they have a good covid system. The online education was informative and the in office counseling helped me to better understand myself. Jeff, manjit, Oscar and… Savannah are rockstar staff here! (Everyone is amazing) but they went above and beyond for me.

It helps me out in my recovery and substance abuse problems.

Twin town was a wonderful learning experience for me I learned things that I didn't even know or believe were possible it was very eye opening for me. Also the counselors are very helpful very respectful and do there… best at helping in anyway that they possibly can I myself would personally recommend anyone needing the help to twin town
