Valley Family Healthcare – Ontario (South 3rd Street)

Nothing wrong with my DR as i inly saw her once. But I will not go to places where the nurses and reception think someone is yelling at them for being stern. "Im going to stop you right there" is absolutely unacceptable… from a medical "professional" who keeps talking over you and wont listen to what the patient is saying. We already pay a ridiculous amount of money for stupid health insurance to be charged again at said appointment and not even get any answers.

All of the staff members are always wonderful! It's never overcrowded and we never feel neglected or rushed. I absolutely love how the artwork throughout the office is paintings by local children! What a wonderful and… honoring things to do.

I had no intention of leaving a negative review, but after reading the doctor’s clinical notes, I felt compelled to share my abysmal experience with this health center. Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 10:40 AM… with a doctor whose name I prefer not to disclose here. Following their protocols, I arrived early at 10:25 AM and checked in. Shortly after, the nurse called me in, escorted me to the examination room, and took my vitals (height, weight, blood pressure, and heart rate)—all of which was completed by 10:37 AM. The nurse then explicitly told me, "I will let the doctor know you are ready." I was left waiting alone in that room until 11:05 AM. Since the doctor failed to show up, I decided to walk out. On my way exit, I crossed paths with the doctor and told him, "I am leaving because you are extremely late, and I have another commitment." His only response was a dismissive, "You need to reschedule your visit." I chose to leave without booking another appointment, especially since the clinic was completely empty. Why on earth was there such a ridiculous delay when there wasn’t a single other patient in sight? To make matters worse, I later read the doctor’s visit notes, which were filled with outright fabrications. He claimed he asked me to stay so he could see me—this is completely false. The clinic can gladly review their security cameras and audio recordings to verify whether he ever uttered those words. Furthermore, the doctor documented that he instructed the front desk to call me to reschedule. I categorically state here that no one has contacted me. I honestly question whether this place even qualifies as a healthcare facility. Valley Family is hands down the worst health center—whether it is the location on 4th Ave or the one on Fortner St. In short: I was abandoned in an examination room for over 25 minutes in a completely deserted clinic. The doctor fabricated the truth in his report claiming he asked me to stay, and the front desk never called to reschedule. Even if they attempt to contact me after reading this review, I will never step foot in this place again. I am completely done with this center and all other abysmal Valley Family locations.

The valley family on fortner st. Is the best the Doctor is amazing. He really cares and spends time listening to what you need to discuss. The staff is so friendly. I love this place. I am so glad I switched from the… one on sw 4th Ave. The staff over there are so rude. There is no Doctor over there only PAs.

My first time to go to Valley Family clinic. The place is very clean. The staff were very accommodating and very good on what they do.

Lacy is amazing. She listens and she has compassion. She also has the best bed side manners. I feel heard and cared for.

I have been trying for 3 years to fine the right care for me. I finally feel safe. They listen, they make sure everything is sanitized before the next patient, I felt at home by being able to have a normal conversation… and not to feel pressured and forget all my other health concernes. They are on it 110% 5 ☆ I recommend to chose Valley Family Health Care for the best care!!

The people are very nice and very helpful and my doctor is very nice and very thorough and helpful!

Brian Christensen is the best doctor that my son has ever had, very patient and understanding, great bed side manner. I recommend him 10/10 .

Best place for medical care...kaitana Dahl is unbeatable when it comes to taking care of me she's the best and knows what she is doing for me

I am always greeted with a smile. Very friendly staff and very helpful I feel everyone there cares Kaitana is an excellent provider she truly cares about how I’m feeling and does what she can to make sure I’m feeling… better. Love this place

Lacey Wickersham, is hands down my favorite thus far for myself. I haven’t ever felt like someone was listening to me in my appointments. But she listens and she talks to you like you’re a regular person. No crazy… jargon, no condescending comments or attitude. She’s sweet, she smiles, she listens and she cares. You can tell she genuinely cares.
