Via – Harrow – Pinner Road Reviews
Anyone who has used Via Harrow‘s support, a family member who has walked alongside someone during treatment, or a professional who has referred into the service is welcome to share their experience here.
Beyond reviews, it’s worth looking at the service’s registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and how its team is structured. A useful question to ask is what happens if someone needs more intensive support than the drop-in and keyworker model offers.
I want to say that this service so far has been amazing! I've been working with Adina to reduce and stop smoking, and so far it has been amazing. Miss Adina has supported me every step of the way and has tried her best… to help me not only finding the best replacement for me, but as well to understand where and when my craving hit the most and how to try and resist/avoid them. She has been very supportive, and non judgemental and has understood when I regressed, but also pushed me to want to do better in my own time and without rushing the process. I look forward to continuing my sessions with her, and I hope she can help others the same way she has helped me. A big thank you to Adina.
All the decent people in that place have gone now it's full of people who couldn't care less and drop you as soon as you move knowing you have no help elsewhere which I found disgusting.
This center, with its kind, expert, and diligent staff, is my house of hope for salvation from the pollution of addiction.
Good service to addicts who are victims of society. The doctor of this complex has more than 20 years of experience in helping these people and their families.
To be honest, when I first went there, I thought it was going to be the usual blah blah blah stuff but it's not. There is no judgement no disrespect, just ways to assist. If you want to quit that's fine,if you want to… reduce, that's also fine. Whatever your goals, targets and reasons, they will help but only if you want to...

I have stopped drinking 1 year on 11.6.20 I couldn't have done it without your help! Much appreciated. The help & support I have received with my alcohol recovery has been excellent. My Keyworker has been very patient… with me and has listened and understood my problems .The groups too are very good and they give you every opportunity to express yourself. WDP Harrow enables me to work towards a full recovery and I am very grateful for all their help with kind regards Eric
