Via – R3 – Redbridge Reviews
Whether you’ve used this service yourself, supported someone through it, or referred a client here professionally, consider sharing a review to help other Redbridge residents.
It’s worth checking the service’s registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the range of keyworker support on offer alongside reviews. A useful question to ask is how the separate Fusion team for young people works alongside the main adult service.
Amazing people, had a month or so of fortnightly appointments with Ojay and have nothing but appreciation for how down to earth and helpful he is. No stress, no worries just good down to earth chats and advice. Kinda… miss going nowdays.
Woow first call so rude
Good place always helped me years ago
Horrible place
PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED PROBLEMS WITH THIS PLACE ! The place should be closed as soon as possible due to medical negligence. Patients are being left without medication and appointments for two weeks,… along with many other issues.
I was so deeply in depression made worse by a terrible alcohol addiction that caused injuries and impairment to my body and my brain. I was determined to become sober and l have truly never been as mentally healthy as l… am now. Via Redbridge is an amazing place with amazing staff and there is so much more to it than just getting sober, no matter what your issues are. Groups that are fun and a happy place to be, women's only group, activities to help you move forward, courses and so much more. I have never seen such dedicated staff and meeting people in the same situation is invaluable. You are not alone! No judgement or shame. Just refer yourself, you will never regret it! I have just qualified as a peer mentor to help achieve this gift to assist others and to give back to this excellent service that gave me so much to me. Thank you Via! If you need help, this is an amazing, free service and so many are so grateful for it!
After attending the Tower Hamlets ReSet Service for 2 years, I moved to Redbridge and started coming here. What a brilliant service! They have helpful and extremely knowledgeable mentors, as well as well organised and… fun activities including art, zumba and music. Our music group are even performing in an awards event next month. I am even inspired to become a mentor myself when I am stable in my recovery for the training.
You can't contact them easily, leave a message but the mail box is full. It's hard to get hold of them but they are kind and supportive if you can talk to them
The training session was good
People at via Redbridge and Bala in particular are very helpful. Always felt very comfortable with their advisors. The technique they use is really working. Appreciate.
Thank you, especially to BM - pragmatic, practical and persistent - peerless.
Loved it 👍✅ 😍😍😍
Been here on and off for years and had many key workers but shah (probably not spelt right) really gets why your there and seems to want to genuinely help. Cheers guys
It is the only place to get help for drugs and alcohol. They are there to help people that need the help around drugs and alcohol and other educational needs around the subjects. Plus if you are clean you might end up… with a job in there so you can help others and advice them. Lovely place the staff are nice and friendly
The staff are hardworking and committed to the service users who access the service to get support for their substance misuse.
It's hard to comment as it's early days and haven't had much contact & communication with the service R3 run by WDP (Westminster Drug Project). They have now updated there groups meething, will see after 12 weeks how… they are...
Really good service. Help and advice for people requiring it. A lot of educational services too. The staffs are nice and friendly and will direct you to the help you require the best and only drugs and alcohol service… in Redbridge.
Some of the staff are great, but others are aggressive and accusatory and treat you like a criminal even when you've been drug free for 10 years, and the only reason you're there is because you were overprescribed pills… by an actual Dr. Most of them don't understand disabilities, they have no empathy for mental or physical illnesses, which is sad considering pretty much all drug addicts suffer from one or the other and thats why they self medicate. There's no mental health support or accommodations made for disabilities.
Hard working staff. Dealing with clients with complex needs associated with their substance use.
