Garcia Jurieth therapist at village south is very unprofessional and is not keeping client information confidential which is blowing the confidentiality conduct and is very misconduct of her work and professionalism.… She is talking about people private conversations and doesn’t respect privacy and release alot of private confidentiality information to others in the job place. This therapist is very disrespectful and rude and doesn’t go upon the rules. This business location has to be the worst place a person can get help because of the lack of respect, commitment and unlawful activities that is unnecessary. Therefore others are affected which cause unprofessionalism around the work place for work standards can be met. I feel like if this investigation needs to go further something has to be done because the way the work environment is going and also that specific worker is unnecessary and very unprofessional- Miranda Gonzalez
I was here years ago and loved it at first not of course cause of withdrawing and thinking I could not do it but by the grace of god and the staff I was able to get sober and get my baby back in my life
I got lost in the program when I was transitioning from Susan B Anthony about 6 years ago it was like I never existed they lost all my paperwork and we're trying to keep me there for almost 9 months and moved me to the… Tampa residence that they had up north because of a hurricane that was coming because his structure was deemed not hurricane safe my drug court team had to literally come and pull me out my lawyer my drug court case specialist it was really sad no running water no AC the conditions were worse in prison
It's definitely not a place I could stay... Let alone stay sober. They'd be lucky to get a week outta me before I'm either cutting the band off or just straight up turning myself back in. lt's jail..with babys… everywhere.. Then your gonna make me stay in the in presence of all these babies?! with literally nothing to do!? All day!? With no where to run!? No where to hide!? I can't go to my room!? Nothing!? Oh and for how long!? THREE OR NO EXCUSE ME NINE MONTHS!!!??? You must of bumped your head. I was there for 1 hour during my wife's intake & the only thing I could think about was leaving with her & never coming back there. This place should ONLY be for weman that already have they're children & are ordered by the courts to be there... Nobody else. It's over all counter productive. Your Jeopardizing people's recovery let alone there freedom. For? From what all I can see is just filling the empty bed space on the court dockets.., Then to top it all off the evidence is built up on your performance & stars rating through Google... I know you're a nonprofit & all but, Come on guys. Let's get it together. Somewhere the system, this system was broken. I'm honestly praying rn that it soon gets fixed 🙏
Absolutely Horrible Experience – This Facility Needs to Be Investigated and Shut Down I don’t even know where to begin with WestCare in Pembroke Pines because my experience has been nothing short of infuriating,… disheartening, and deeply concerning, not just as a parent, but as a human being. If I could give zero stars, I would. First and foremost, the communication (or complete lack thereof) is appalling. I’m constantly expected to answer the phone at all hours, with no regard for whether I’m working or unavailable. But god forbid I try to call them back, no one answers. I leave messages, and they are flat-out ignored. Especially when dealing with DCF workers involved in the process—there is zero accountability. Calls go unanswered, concerns go unacknowledged, and important matters are disregarded like they’re an inconvenience to them. Let’s talk about how absolutely impossible they make it for working-class individuals like myself to meet their rigid, unrealistic requirements. I work full-time, and trying to coordinate something as simple as dropping off money, clothes, or basic necessities for my children feels like trying to break into Fort Knox. Their “available hours” are during typical work hours only—no evenings, no weekends, no flexibility—and they don’t care how inconvenient or impossible it is for actual parents who have responsibilities. I’ve had to jump through hoops just to provide my kids with what they need, and still get treated like a nuisance. I find this situation both unreasonable and discriminatory toward working individuals. I, like your staff, have a job that demands my presence during business hours, and the expectation that I should repeatedly jeopardize my employment is unacceptable. Now onto something that has me genuinely worried and furious: ever since my children were placed at this facility, they’ve been in and out of the doctor’s office nonstop. They were perfectly healthy before arriving here. Now they’ve developed constant medical issues, and it makes me question the cleanliness and overall safety of this place. Are the living conditions sanitary? Are they even being cared for properly? I seriously doubt it. If anything, this facility should be under investigation, and in my opinion, shut down completely and rebuilt from the ground up—with actual standards, compassion, and human decency in place. As if all that weren’t enough, the staff over the phone are some of the rudest, most dismissive people I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They don’t listen, they talk down to you, and they have the audacity to hang up on you mid-conversation. There is absolutely no professionalism, no respect, and clearly no training when it comes to working with people who are just trying to support their families and do the right thing. This place is a disgrace. WestCare Pembroke Pines should be held accountable for their unacceptable practices, poor communication, unclean conditions, and total lack of empathy. Parents and children deserve better than this broken, hostile system.
This place is horrible my sister got admitted twice to the hospital after telling these people she’s been feeling sick and being ignored for days. If you have a love one avoid this place before you lose then.
I wish I could put zero stars. My sister Gwen Lindauer was sent here from barc because she was pregnant. They had her to do a 45 day program and then she was allowed to leave on her own. She overdosed and died 2 weeks… later. She told them she would be back to get her stuff. She came back the next day to get her stuff she was high and no one cared.
This is the worst treatment center I've ever been to. It's not a good place to try and recover because it's more like a place for women that have kids. The case managers don't help you unless you beg them to. Just stay… away
The clinical staff belittled me my therapist Ms. Shauntae was not empathetic or compassionate she talked down on me and made negative remarks about my parenting style and made me feel less of a woman and Mother with her… sarcastic comments. The therapeutic staff displayed a lack of knowledge from their inexperienced in the subjects of substance abuse and mental health and prove to be teaching unfamiliar subjects. My food diet was not accommodated because the food is catered in result I did not eat for 2 days.I left early due to my Terrible experiences and lack of food. Because I left early the facility called the dcf abuse hotline and opened me a dcf investigation. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND anyone to attend this facility. Staff there doesn’t seem passionate at all about truly helping and rehabilitating the women there.
I don’t recommend this place to NO ONE they don’t not help you they lie and steal they have old addicts working nothing about this place is good DO MOT GO HERE IF YOU REALLY WANT HELP
anyone whose takes thier recovery seriously please stay has far as possible from this place and thier outpatient mat program the medication did not work for me opinion but the fact that u can never get in touch with a… doctor or anyone for help is a fact n when u do he doesn’t hear u out so sad I would hate to see anyone get into here only last a week it was horrible
