About WebMed Mental Health Services – Cloquet

WebMed Mental Health Services is located at 1001 Avenue B in Cloquet, within 3.9 miles of Scanlon and Esko. The practical catchment runs to roughly 8 miles, covering Esko, Carlton, Mahnomen and Wrenshall. Cloquet sits in Carlton County, and the county’s own provision is limited enough that this site draws from a wide area.

The facility runs intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Medication-assisted treatment pairs buprenorphine, methadone or naltrexone with counseling. Addiction and mental health care run alongside each other here. Sessions can be held remotely where travel is difficult. Dedicated support for veterans is available. Licensing sits with the Minnesota Department of Human Services, alongside federal SAMHSA registration.

What WebMed Mental Health Services – Cloquet offers is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Whether medication is available is worth confirming at the outset. Ask what the assessment recommends before comparing anything else.

Had an appointment in Cloquet office and they were just as great in Duluth. I wont go anywhere else for the med management or therapy!

There’s a ton I could say… but the most important is all of my experiences here were impersonal, long “rate this by a scale of 5” questionnaires that I had to fill out only for what seemed like nothing to be done with… them because they were never addressed, and provider’s behind a computer, asking the same redundant questions over and over. Every appointment felt like a waste of time and money. They provided me zero help or answers. I wish I had never gone.

I started in Duluth and continue in Duluth but I've been to the Cloquet clinic a couple times. It's been nice that they're flexible like this as I live in Duluth but work in Cloquet. The Duluth clinic changed my life… and every time I've been to the Cloquet clinic, they are just as fantastic as they are in Duluth. Thank you so much for your help!

I hate to give a poor review to what could be a vital resource in our community, but this was my experience: I contacted WebMed looking for a second opinion on what I still believe to be a misdiagnosis from years ago.… It was important that I get cleared in a timely manner because I am a veteran and was trying to re-enlist back into the military. WebMed assured me that I was coming to the right place, so I set up an intake appointment. The intake NP was great. She had a really cool military background and she came across solid and knowledgeable. She agreed that it was very possible I'd been misdiagnosed and - again - assured me that WebMed would be able to help. She couldn't write up the documentation I needed, and so she set me up with a follow up with their diagnostician. My first attempt at this next step got cancelled a couple of days ahead of the appointment. No big deal, but there are always weeks between availabilities and, again, I was under a tight time limit. I finally got in with a diagnostician. He was an advanced degree social worker, and - before I'd even sat down - he told me that he didn't think he had the appropriate level of accreditation to assess me, which begs the question - why had they accepted my case in the first place? I was always very clear about what I needed and why. For the record, I actually respect somebody being up front and honest about skill level vs patient need. Here's the thing though - they still charged my insurance for this visit. That's like going to Burger King, finding out they're out of Whoppers and then.... still paying for one? We literally did nothing that visit, so that's concerning - "buyer beware". Anyway, my time ran out. I'm not going to get into the military. There a ton of other factors that play into that outcome, and I don't entirely blame WebMed. However, I did go to them with a clear need and they were unable to meet it despite consistent assurances that they could. All of this unfolded with relatively low stakes and no genuine stress. As such, I have genuine concern for anybody utilizing them during a time of true crisis/distress. There is a clear foundational dissonance between their staff, overall general communication, and available patient services. You are better off and safer looking elsewhere.

All of the providers I have worked with been wonderful and caring people. The secretaries have also been helpful and quick to help with anything. I have also referred many of my clients for the services webmed provides… for the community that others don't.

Went there for a chemical evaluation and the lady at the front desk treated me like a convict. Wouldn't let me leave without taking a Urinalysis (which is not required for an assessment) and a breathalyzer. No warning,… just stopped me on my way out. Go elsewhere this place is trying to find clients for $$$

WebMed has giving me my life. In the verge of suicide not knowing what to do. I made a appointment. I'm not gonna lie I have my ups and downs still. My mental health is number one! If I didn't have Karissa and Tracy. I… KNOW for a FACT I would not be alive. I had a plan I wrote my goodbye letters and i was on my way to just get it over with. I just wanted to be free of myself and others expectations of me. I am free now I am almost to the point of even loving myself. If you need help don't be ashamed to get it or ask for guidance to reach your goals!

I refer patients to WebMed and Tim Weber from my clinic regularly as he provides accessible expert mental health care to my clients who have complex mental health needs. I can typically have a patient seen within 2-3… weeks from date of referral - which is weeks to MONTHS faster than other services in the area. Feedback from my patients who have been used this service has been excellent.

I struggled for years finding a provider who I felt comfortable with. Timothy Weber is extremely professional, yet very personable. I ran out of my current medications and my primary care provider wanted me to go see a… specialist. While looking for a new specialist, I realized it was going to take months to get in to see someone. Tim was able to get me in within the week which was almost life saving. He is understanding, patient and openminded. He took all of my suggestions to help facilitate my own journey and created a treatment that is successful. The whole team is respectful and they create an environment that is safe. The way they charge insurance is extremely affordable, which helps tremendously. I feared spending thousands of dollars to get help but have been able to afford my treatment. I was suggested different pharmacies for which the medications are priced in a way that I could afford out of pocket. I recommend WebMed to anyone and everyone. I was openminded while walking in, and have not been disappointed once.

Ketamine North7 years ago

With the shortage of mental health providers in this town, Tim has been a huge asset to the community. His compassion for his patients and their overall well-being has been above and beyond the norm. And working… collaboratively with him and our infusion center patients has been extremely helpful. What a wonderful need that has been filled for Duluth.

Great, welcoming place! I have severe anxiety and I always felt like professionals were never listening. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. I felt like I was finally being heard. Im so glad I found Tim Weber and… his team!
