WhiteSands Alcohol and Drug Rehab – Orlando Address, Location and Contact Information
You will find this provider at 56 East Pine Street, Orlando, Florida, 32801. This address falls in Orange County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

WhiteSands Alcohol and Drug Rehab – Orlando Reviews and Ratings
What patients and their families say about WhiteSands Alcohol and Drug Rehab sits alongside the licensing and accreditation detail on this page. Reading the two together gives a fuller picture of this Orlando program than either gives alone.
Called asking for information about something. Dude who answered the phone HUNG UP on me without even saying bye or if he could help me with anything else. If that line is recorded ya'll should use it as training on how… NOT to talk to people over the phone. 11:56am 6/8/26
I have had a wonderful experience here from start to finish! Thank you for everything.
I did not review this place
The therapist Ramona is amazing as well as the case manager Regina. Amazing place to go to.
The treatment center was great however the php aspect and the sober living after, which enforces IOP, is a bit of a different story. My rent is paid, I go to IOP and the meetings weekly yet I still feel like I can't… relax in my current house due to the house manager here every day and texting daily. I'm sober and my obligations are good. I feel like being out in the streets rather than being at the house isn't the way one should feel being fresh out of recovery.
The IOP program here is amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone continuing on in their recovery journey. Lyma is an awesome therapist, in the group setting and in one on one sessions. Amy is a really helpful case… manager and will answer any questions you may have and point you in the right direction of resources to help you. The men’s sober living on Concord Street is a really nice, supportive environment that’s conveniently located a two minute walk away from daily AA meetings. The house is run by Patrick and Glenda and they make sure you are well taken care of, make you aware of any and all resources available to help you get back on your feet, and really care about your success in your recovery.
Great supportive staff , very friendly and helpful . You will always have a few people you like more than others but over all my experience was very good . I made alot of connections and learned a lot about myself and… plan on to Continue this journey .
Staff was great. The BHT staff the best.
AM IOP and sober living is more than I could have asked for. I love the staff. Patric and Glenda at the sober house help however they can and are supper supportive and Lyma and Aymi at IOP truly care and have helped me… so much. After Fort Myers PHP I was very disappointed with White Sands but Orlando has changed my opinion and am very happy and thankful to be here on my recovery journey.
I recommend this white sands rehab center to any person with alcohol and drug problems My experience in this place are excellent good staff good help they will help you with all your needs to recover. Clean organize… sober living houses with good staff I'm still in sober living and it feel like home really nice place. Thank you! Damaris Berry Lyma Amy
Over all I had a good experience. The food was decent, not amazing but I’ve had worse. Most of the staff was really awesome. My major complaint was my Therapist Meredith. She was the worst therapist I’ve ever had. She… was impersonal, cold & in-compassionate. She was not interested in talking but focused mostly on a workbook that was not at all helpful. She told me on one occasion I made her feel uncomfortable when I looked at her because I could “see into her soul” whatever that means. My last day she attempted to gaslight & embarrass me in front of the classroom. She is an appalling therapist & person & I'm glad I never have to see her again.
Great facility
Whitesands Orlando is super beneficial sober home. They were very lenient with me when I first came here. The accountability they place upon such as iop, AA, NA are great for recovery addicts. The staff here is super… helpful in ways you wouldn't imagine. I definitely would recommend to any recovering addict!
Great sober living highly recommend 😁
Couldn't have asked for more. Amazing community and staff at both IOP and sober living
Visited my sister at this sober living house and I am impressed. Damaris was extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. The home is decorated so beautifully and it is spotless clean. It’s a very nice environment for those… recovering and working on maintaining their sobriety.
Whitesands sober living is great! The staff here, Damaris and Julie, truly care about us and go above and beyond to make sure we have what we need. They truly care about us and our sobriety and keep our house sober… happy and drama free! It was a great choice to come here as well are like a family here and support each other. Alicia our therapist is also wonderful and I enjoy the IOP groups we attend as well. It was a really good choice to come here to whitesands sober living!
I love it here at Whitesands sober living in Orlando. The staff here are amazing! Julie & Damaris go above and beyond to make sure our needs are not only met, but to help and guide us in our recovery. They make sure… that we always have everything that we need, taking us to the store for things, as well as helping us look for jobs when we first get here. I absolutely love going as a group together to IOP and to meetings throughout the week. I really feel like we are all family here. 🥰
Great program
This facility is amazing! I can’t put into words how grateful I am for the wonderful staff and many resources that have been provided to my sister.
My daughter Aubrey went to this rehab facility and it has really changed her life for the best. I'm so proud of how well she has been doing since completely her program. Thank you for teaching her ways to cope with her… addiction and helping her return to a better way of living. She is an amazing young lady that can do whatever she puts her mind to. The difference is truly remarkable.
Loved my stay at white sands. Very comfortable, great people, great groups. Friendly and attentive staff! Would recommend!
Great service. Allows you to explore what is keeping you in the grips of addiction
Since I’ve been doing my treatment at White Sands, it’s the best experience they help you through everything. If you need to talk to the therapist one on one all you have to do is open your mouth up and tell them when… you need your medication they talk to the psychiatrist and let them know that you need your medication. And if I knew somebody that needed treatment, I would tell them to go through white sands. Also the House Managers spends time with the people that live at the house.
