Willowbrooke at Tanner – Villa Rica (Quartz Drive)

Great care from this place!

I really love the woman that I see each month. She always has time for me and spends as much time as I need. And believe me it means a lot too!!! Because I’ve had one that spent about less than 5 minutes on the phone… with me which made feel less than a patient!!

Today was my first visit and I must say, “ I am pleased.” The facility was clean and their entire staff is extremely professional. Dr Schneider did not rush me out allowing me to feel heard, seen and that my feelings… matter. I made my next appointment with confidence. Highly recommend.

I have the best provider ever. Everyone is just so great there!

Dr Schneider is a wonderful Psychiatrist. Easy to talk to and he listens very well. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good psychiatrist!

Today was my first appointment with Dr. William Schneider, and I was very satisfied with the experience. I felt a sense of calm while speaking with him. He communicated precisely what I needed to hear, assuring me that… he would help me start feeling better.

It was really nice and helpful!

After calling over 24 providers to get help for my teenager needing help, this place pick up and was able to provide an appointment. From the front desk to the providers they understand that they need to show care for… the patients and family who are there at their most vulnerable. I received the answers and plan I needed and as well as follow up. We have just begun the journey to wholeness but I hope any other family who need help can feel this confidence when they select this provider.

That a doctor shows she cares and loves her job. She listened… to us and thoroughly talked to us about our questions and concerns. She came up with a caring understanding plan! Our son began seeing Dr. Lewis in May/June 2025 when he was experiencing a lot of depression and anxiety. Dr. Lewis has been fantastic in helping our son and getting him on the right medication. He and my son really… connected and Dr. Lewis can speak to him on a level that “mom and dad” cannot. I highly recommend Dr. Lewis, especially if you have a teen who is struggling. All of Willowbrook is really fantastic in supporting our youth. I am thankful they are close and are able to offer the support they do.

My visits with Dr. Thakkar are always comforting. She listens intently.
