Most disorganized group ever experienced. They dont call back when they say they will. Their intake process is sketchy. You have to fill all the paperwork out in person and online?!? Why complicate the process by… duplicating everything? The building is locked and they do not answer the phone so people can access their location when they know you are coming. Just a convoluted mess. I dont even dare consider seeing a therapist there now.

I recently had the privilege of attending a training with Zeno Wellness Group. It was an awesome experience. Our trainer was very knowledgeable and professional. I received a wealth of information and after attending… the class I have a new confidence and love for this field. I truly believe this training has set me up for success and I highly recommend this company to others looking for support and educational services.

I completed this 72-hour Peer Recovery Specialist training and I can honestly say it was one of the most meaningful and high-quality learning experiences I’ve had. What stood out the most was how practical and realistic… the training was. The program focused on the skills Peer Recovery Specialists truly need in “real situations”. Like how to hold space without judgment, how to empower rather than direct, and how to support recovery while honoring each person’s lived experience. Percilla Zeno the facilitator, was incredibly knowledgeable, very approachable, and genuinely passionate about the field. Percilla created a supportive learning environment where students could ask questions, reflect, and grow. This program sets a very high standard for Peer Recovery Specialist training. Personally professionally enriching. . is awesome and facilitator is a powerhouse who gives amazing information on compliance and ethics. I feel like I will be equipped with the initial tools needed for success as a… PRS. The fact that you may qualify for a scholarship is an added bonus for those willing to look for success resources. One week away from graduation and this has been a very introspective and service oriented training. Would highly recommend for anyone who has survived trauma/disorders/substance abuse/veterans etc. You will not be disappointed with the skills you learn personally and to take into the community.
