Kingman Regional Medical Center is around fifteen minutes south-west and is the hospital for most of Mohave County. Beyond it, Western Arizona Regional Medical Center in Bullhead City is roughly 45 minutes west and Havasu Regional about an hour and a quarter south. Anything requiring specialist psychiatric capacity generally means Las Vegas, around two hours north-west, or Flagstaff three hours east.

Alcoholics Anonymous meets daily in Kingman, fifteen minutes south-west, and Narcotics Anonymous operates through the Arizona Region. Al-Anon Family Groups meet locally. The Hualapai Tribe runs its own behavioral health programs for members. Given the distances and the absence of local telehealth, online meetings are worth having identified in advance.
