Drug and Alcohol Rehabs in Inglewood, CA

Inglewood has been rebuilt around stadiums twice in sixty years.

The Forum opened in 1967 and housed the Lakers and Kings for three decades. Hollywood Park raced horses from 1938 until 2013, and SoFi Stadium opened on that site in 2020 as the most expensive sports venue ever built.

The city incorporated in 1908 and grew around aerospace at nearby Los Angeles International Airport. It became a majority Black city through the 1960s and 1970s and is now roughly half Latino.

Randy’s Donuts has stood beside the 405 since 1953, and Centinela Park and the Inglewood Park Cemetery are among the older civic spaces.

The 405 and 105 cross here, with the Metro K Line running through.

Los Angeles County recorded 2,298 accidental drug overdose and poisoning deaths in 2025, a 6 percent fall from the previous year and the third consecutive annual decline, according to the county Department of Public Health. Deaths are down nearly 30 percent from the 2022 peak of 3,220, driven by a more than 40 percent reduction in fentanyl-related deaths.

The county’s own analysis found fentanyl overdose death rates nearly four times higher in its least affluent areas — those where more than 30 percent of families live below the federal poverty level — than in its most affluent, at 39.1 against 10.0 per 100,000 in 2024. County data also records Black residents as disproportionately represented in overdose deaths.

Which Level of Care Do You Need

Inglewood carries around five listed programs including two licensed opioid treatment programs. Counts come from the federal SAMHSA treatment locator.

Medically Supervised Detox

Detox manages withdrawal under clinical observation across several days. Inglewood carries one detox program, with more across the city of Los Angeles minutes north.

Inpatient Residential Treatment

Residential care means living on site for weeks or months. None are listed in Inglewood itself; around 39 operate across the city of Los Angeles, of roughly 222 countywide.

Outpatient, IOP and PHP Treatment

Outpatient care lets you keep working while attending sessions. Inglewood carries around five outpatient and two intensive outpatient programs, with two licensed opioid treatment programs putting methadone in the city.

Dual Diagnosis and Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment

Dual diagnosis care treats a substance use disorder and a mental health condition together rather than one after the other. Around two local programs treat co-occurring serious mental illness, of roughly 187 across the county.

Sober Living Homes and Transitional Living

Sober living homes provide substance-free housing after formal treatment ends. Certification of California recovery residences is by the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals rather than the state.

Addiction Treatment Cost and Insurance Coverage

All five of Inglewood’s listed programs accept Medi-Cal, which is a stronger public position than most cities in the county.

How Much Does Addiction Rehab Cost in Inglewood

Outpatient care in Inglewood runs roughly $1,200 to $5,000 a month and IOP $3,000 to $10,000, with detox at $7,000 to $24,000 and residential at $6,000 to $45,000. All five local programs accept Medicaid, four accept Medicare and three run sliding fee scales.
