Does Coordinated Care Cover Rehab in Washington?

Yes. Coordinated Care’s 2026 Apple Health handbook lists assessment, brief intervention, individual, family and group therapy, outpatient, residential and inpatient treatment, withdrawal management, medications for opioid and alcohol use disorders, case management, peer support and crisis services. Behavioral health needs no referral, and the plan is listed in all 39 counties on the Health Care Authority’s January 2026 matrix.

Coordinated Care is a wholly owned subsidiary of Centene Corporation plans, based in Tacoma and operating only in Washington. Coordinated Care of Washington, Inc. issues its Apple Health and foster care plans, while Coordinated Care Corporation issues Ambetter.
