This program is an amazing aid for those needing support to get back on track in life and was extremely helpful in learning skills and tools to help regulate and prevent any harm. I would not be where i am today without… embark!

I had such an amazing experience at Embark! I was struggling a lot with anxiety and depression. This was my first step to getting help. My therapist took me to Behavioral health because I was having suicidal ideations… really bad. I was really upset at first but this really changed my life for the better. I was recommended to go to residential therapy out of state- and got the help I needed. It’s all thanks to embark. Also their therapy models are constantly changing with the new & improved lesson plans/activities/ and topics! They always made the groups interesting, fun, and applicable to our lives. I’m so happy to be here today. I am starting my LMSW journey in 6 days, and thank this whole experience for that.

Embark as a whole was amazing. Arielle and Stephanie saved my kids lives! They were exactly the therapists my kids needed and I’ll forever be grateful for them. And Brielle who was always ontop of communication which is… extremely important to me, she always answered my questions and millions of texts lol she’s just the sweetest! Embark will forever hold a special place in our hearts💛

Really awesome program for teens and young adults who are deeply struggling. I was only with them for three weeks as I didn’t need their extreme care, and I’m going to individual sessions with an ASD specialist, but I… had a good time at the program in the mean while. I was with the young adults, and we weren’t treated like babies, I appreciated that. For the adults who needed deep therapy, they really taught them a lot. I struggled feeling different and like I didn’t fit in with my peers but the team made me feel welcomed. The facility is BEAUTIFUL, best one I’ve ever seen. Overall amazing!

i have been attending this clinic for a few months now. i have found myself working through a large variety of issues and i believe i have become a better person for it. the staff are great, and the facility is the best… one i have attended. i would recommend it to any adolescent or young adult in need of therapeutic support.

I love everyone I’m this environment I am so glad to know all the therapists and get close to all the kids my age but all the therapists as well. They helped me get better and taught me so much. Thank you to everyone… that has helped me become the person i am. I’ll miss everyone here

After spending 16 weeks at Embark, I can happily say that I wake up everyday wanting to live and i’m loving life again. When I arrived at Embark, I never thought I would be happy again but I am. To anyone wondering if… this is the right place for them, 100% it is. The staff is loving, caring and nurturing while also being kind, friendly and funny. At the end of my 16 weeks it felt like I had made a family. The environment that Embark provides is welcoming and makes everyone feel comfortable and heard. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Embark saved my life!

I had a really great experience with the peers and therapists. my individual therapist was amazing and i felt like i was being listened to and i felt very supported by everyone.

This place is a very Comforting place that you know can help and guide you to your best self the people here are some of the best people you will ever meet they will care for you and be a friend in need and will do… nothing but impress you as one who is receiving treatment from here you start to find yourself seeing the people here as family in a way!

Embark is really great at what they do. Everyone there is very kind and welcoming. All the groups for the adolescent PHP are engaging and hands on. I really feel like I'm learning a lot here!

Our son is nearing the end of his IOP and there has been a huge change in him and in how we get along as a family again. I love the approach Embark takes looking not only at the client but the Client AND family or… significant others as a whole. We all communicate better and where we are today compared to day one is a huge difference. The team is compassionate and professional. Communication is excellent. We have never felt in the dark during this process. My husband and I have even taken some techniques away from our family therapy that we use in every day life as well. They have a great plan for continued weekly therapy so that our son can continue his journey with their support which makes the transition much easier. We are thankful for Embark and the amazing people at their Scottsdale location.

I’m a couple weeks into my program, and it’s been such a great experience and the therapists have been so helpful with me addressing my depression and anxiety. They have a very flexible and non pushy approach with… customizing my treatment and I’ve been noticing differences in my day to day life already. I’m thankful to finally be getting the help I need and from such a caring and professional team who creates a very safe and welcoming environment. Thank you embark ❤️

I am currently receiving treatment at Embark and as someone who hasn't ever been in an IOP they made me feel very welcome and all of the people here are so wonderful. I was pretty skeptical about doing a program like… this and it was the people here who made me excited to come in every week. I recommend coming here to anyone and everyone, I know it's a scary thing, they won't make you do anything you aren't comfortable with but will always be there for you when you need it, so even if you are skeptical or don't think you need help, Embark is the best place for you.

The team at embark are truly passionate, informed and modern professionals. I was really nervous about enrolling in an IOP and they quickly helped me feel welcome, validated, and supported. Group therapy was strange for… me at the beginning but the atmosphere of the facilities help create a calming environment. I fully trust my therapists to keep me safe, adjust my treatment per my needs. They also have accommodated my needs for having a service animal.

Though I walked into Embark terrified and feeling alone I can confidently say I walk out everyday feeling accomplished! I have been reminded of my worth here and that my feelings and trauma are important. I am so… thankful for the care that is being provided to me here!!

Embark has done nothing but impress me. The entire staff has been amazing. My daughter loves her sessions there and has been able to use the tools that she is learning and has also taught some of them to me. I can’t… recommend this place enough.

Great staff! I get along with my therapist really well and being in therapy has really helped me.

My family has been with Embark for only a month, but I have zero complaints. The staff is so friendly and they really care about their patients. So far I feel that I am being heard, and the focus on the family as a… whole unit is something different in therapy than I have never experienced. I am definitely impressed with the experience and quality of treatments.
