If you are looking for counciling therapy, look somewhere else. If you treasure family and friends, look somewhere else. I spoke about a friend's family and how it affected me and the entire message was blown up into… something that wasn't true. The INEXPERIENCED councilor was "fishing" for a story so that he could make a name for himself with no thought of who he was destroying. There is NO anonymity to this group of councilors. If you don't want to be shunned away from family and friends, I urge you to find a reputable person that you can trust, and don't take anything for granted. Trust me

Going to miss this place a lot had a great time with group therapy amazing counselors such as Martha and Flo

Dr. Zhong has studied under the leading health and skin wellness Doctor in China... I find the quality of natural Eastern Medicines to be far superior to most American wellness and skin health medicine. "their care… quite literally saved my life" is the review on her other page. This is the real deal, you found what you were looking for.

If I could put zero stars, I would. I don't normally do reviews but I am so frustrated with this place that I refuse to not share with other potential patients. You should know what you may possibly get yourself into. I… don't know about all of the therapists, but I had Linda. Her and the front desk have given me problems that I need therapy and I refuse to go to them because of what has occurred in just 3 weeks. Linda was 17 minutes late to my first appointment (I was doing telemed because I have a baby at home). I didn't say anything because I did not want to be rude, I let it go. She wasn't that great though either. She kept asking the same question that I already answered and she didn't really help me through my thoughts. I said I was having a problem with a family member and she said that I shouldn't let it get to me and to let my husband deal with it. She also did not give me the extra time at the end to make up for being late. I let it all go though, it was just one appointment, I didn't want to start problems, maybe it would be better next time. The next week I call and let them know that I probably won't be late but if anything maybe a couple minutes, but everything should be fine I just didn't want her waiting on the camera thinking I missed an appointment in case I was late. Well she tells me that if I am late I just lose time and still have to pay for it, which is fine since it would have been my fault at that point. I wonder what the excuse was for the week before. Anyway, I end up on the camera 5 minutes before my appointment started. I took screenshots of when I got on, and every minute that she was late. After 15 minutes of her not coming on I called the front desk to tell them to just cancel it if she was going to be late. They put her on the phone with me and she says that she didn't get a notification, and tried to insinuate that I was lying about being early. And then she said well you said you would be late. I said no I said there is a small chance i will be a couple minutes. Not 15. So she was like well we can continue the session, and I said I don't want to pay for a session that will only last 20 minutes by that point. She told me well 20 minutes is better than nothing and if you cancel you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. I said I was on time, I showed up, she didn't and I have pictures to prove it and she changed her tone quickly. Now I no longer had to pay the fee. Well after seeing how she handled that, I called on Saturday to leave a message to tell them I was cancelling any future appointments with her. Today I called to make sure they got it because I did not trust them. The front desk said she hadn't looked at her voicemails yet and asked if my name was _____ and I said no but I left the voicemail on Saturday. She said I can cancel it but they may still charge me a fee. I said absolutely not, I canceled 4 days in advance and it is indefinitely since my experience with Linda was horrible. They still have a charge in my account for today's appointment. This place is greedy and it disgusts me. If it was something I was late to, or I called last minute, I can understand that, but don't punish me for your own mistakes. I would rather handle my mental health on my own than see these people.

I called this center to try and schedule an appointment for my young daughter but the woman who answered was soooo rude that I refused to go any further and hung up on her. How can I be expected to trust my daughters… mental health to a facility where they don't even treat people who call them with decency?????

Whoever works the front desk is definitely always in a bad mood. Not professional and makes you regret calling them. Sent them paperwork and have yet to receive a call back on an appointment. Don’t waste your time here.

Whatever lady works front desk answering phones on mondays around 11am is very rude and unfriendly. Not comforting coming from a counseling place

I absolutely LOVE my therapist, Noelle. She is attentive, knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations on every front. The front desk staff, however, has been incredibly impatient and rude each time I’ve dealt with them.… This can make for a disheartening and detrimental first experience with therapy for a vulnerable person seeking help for the first time.

I signed up here for family counseling and not only did it take months to figure out scheduling. Then when we did find an appointment, we knew the counselor so they had to change it for us. Now we have a seperated house… hold mutiple jobs, school schedules and and 8 year old. They some how had not a single couselor available for anything that matched with our scheduled but also tried to pin myself and my son’s father against each other telling us completely different things. The receptionest was less than friendly about it. Definitely fidning a different place, and telling everyone I know that this is not the place you go to find your inner peace, because that is what couseling is supposed to be about.

Management was terrible. Every visit once a week for 6 weeks I was told I was not a patient there but then after a few minutes they found my card ( it's 2018 get a computer ) The one time they found me right away I had… an 80 dollar balance ( I had a 40.00 copay and paid every single visit ). I was seeing someone for anxiety..funny how that place increased it. The counselors are GOOD but I just couldn't continue there.
