Hope Springs Behavioral Health – Warminster Reviews and Ratings
Families searching for treatment in Warminster often start with reviews. If you were a patient at Hope Springs Behavioral Health, or supported one, sharing how it went gives them something real to go on.
Great service.very friendly and professional.
I just want to take a minute and express my sincere gratitude for Hope Springs! My entire life I was one of those people who said "Therapy isnt useful, you can help yourself" until I couldnt help myself anymore.. I was… so hesitant to go to therapy until I couldnt handle myself anymore.. Hope springs not only exceeded my expectations on Therapy but its showing me things that everyone needs in their life! Skills, tools, acceptance, and just space. I am truly grateful and appreciate the services they provide. Rikki and Rob you both have no idea the impact your creating in my life and Im thankful to God for placing in your path for my mental health! Definitely recommend reaching out to Hope Springs if you feel you need support during any phase of life!
My first time working with the excellent counselors at Hope Springs. Having no prior experience, I came with no expectations or understanding of the program. I have found the IOP program to be well-organized and the… entire staff to be professional, friendly, and interested only in the well-being of the participants. A thoroughly positive experience.
The experiences and coping skills will take you far. It is a very safe, comforting and learning environment. With their knowledge and your willingness to also put the work into it, your mental health will improve.
I would recommend Hope Springs to anyone struggling with mental heath. I was there for a year and a half and Rob and team were wonderful in helping me get stable and back to being able to live a more normal life. The… skills I learned are life skills that will be with me forever.
1st visit but the staff was great!
Horrible guidelines they will discharge you from the entire program for having one bad day and they have a terrible attitude with everybody that comes in there. Would 100 percent not recommend there are much better… places where you can get much better treatment.
Hope Hope Spring is truly the best thing that has ever happened to me. Going there feels like heaven. The environment is warm, safe, and welcoming, and all of the staff are incredibly kind and supportive. My individual… therapist, Erika, is the best. She is compassionate, patient, and really listens to me. She makes me feel understood and supported every step of the way, and I’m so grateful to be working with her. The group sessions are also fantastic. The advice and encouragement you get from others in the group really matter and make a real impact. Hearing different perspectives and knowing you’re not alone helps more than I can even explain. The support, honesty, and shared experiences create something truly powerful. I’m so thankful to be part of Hope Spring. It continues to make such a positive difference in my life, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring and supportive place to heal and grow.
My experience at Hope springs have been positive. The group session were very helpful in getting insights and helping others. The therapist are also caring and committed to your recovery.
Rob is great and the office staff was helpful thank you for everything
This was my first intake appointment and I really felt heard! It was exactly what I needed and I really took toward to more sessions to come! Thank you all!!
The entire staff from the front desk to the counselors at Hope Springs are excellent. The help offered is structured to help people struggling with their mental health while also preparing clients through skills groups… for life after completing their time at Hope Springs. What started as something I was not entirely believing could help or change anything, wound up being a truly life changing experience and I am grateful for the people that work there that helped me along the way.
I can’t say enough positive things about Hope Springs. The staff here are wonderful. I saw Lauren the most at the front desk. She was always so kind and very helpful. My Therapist and the groups were very informative… and gave me great tools to use. My Psychiatrist Dr. S was the best! She is so knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes her time with you. It’s not like a 15 min med check and pushing you out the door. She really takes her time with each patient and she is not a med pusher. She truly cares and wants to figure out what the best treatment and medications work best for you. Thank you Hope Springs for everything you did for me! Highly recommended!
The therapists at Hope Springs are like superheroes that don’t wear capes. Their dedication to their craft and your recovery is uncanny. The tough love approach but with unwavering support has changed my life… significantly. They teach you all the skills and tricks you need to not only recover but use for the rest of your life. I am very grateful to have found and participated in this program, thank you Hope Springs.
The best of the best are here! The therapists here thoroughly educate and explain tools and methods, so one can gain knowledge and function of handling trauma and stress. I can now understand being mindful and plan to… permanently apply this valuable knowledge to my life. Thank you so very much D, J, R, S, for taking care of me!❤️
I went to Hope Springs for IOP after I left inpatient. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I was given there. It was a recommendation from my uncle who works in the same field. All of the therapists are great. They… all cared genuinely about you and your health. I learned a lot about my self from every therapist there, from my main therapist to the group therapists. I never thought I would talk in front of other people and tell them what was going on in my head. It took me awhile but I did it. I didn’t know how to regulate my emotions for 30+ years and it led to a decline in my mental health. I had to literally re-train my brain to think and act a different way than I was use to. You also realize you are not the only one with these issues. It was a variety of patients of different ages, backgrounds, and diagnosis’s. I am so much happier, calm, and stress-free. I also want to thank my psychiatrist. He definitely listened to me and made the right choices in medication. Also all of the front desk employees are amazing. They are so sweet and caring. They were always able to move appointments to fit your schedule if needed. Some of my meds needed prior authorizations and they always processed them quickly. I can’t thank all of them enough!!!!!!
They can bring you out of darkness. All you have to do is show up. This is the compassion and validation that everyone deserves. The twelve week program was amazing. If you are lucky enough to get Blair as your… Therapist, she is fantastic, I can’t say enough! I feel more in control and liberated than I have in twenty years. Show up for you.
Hope springs has been life changing for me!! They offer morning, noon, and evening groups (I call them classes...I learn about self n skills to assist me for happier, healthier life!!). They offer process and skills… oriented classes and many different therapists to help with my life's journey. The one on one sessions are outstanding in terms of direct, specific help with my individual needs!! If you do not get something out of the sessions, I would question whether you truly want help, or if you just don't want to put forth any effort. DONT give up! Keep going and just wait for the hope and encouragement to continue your personal journey!!!
They have the most amazing staff, doctors and therapist. They have all helped me so much and continue. I would recommend Hope Springs to anyone that needs mental health care.
My experience here at Hope springs has been such a relief it helped me to cope with my anxiety and stress levels and also the skills and progress sessions has been amazing to learn from everyone.
Helped me with my depression & anxiety! Therapist was Great and very caring! Group sessions were beneficial and individual meeting were positive . Highly recommend this place for behavioral health
Nothing but good things to say, particularly re: skills work and individual sessions. Very highly recommended.
Went to Hope Springs for IOP and while staff were friendly and people in my group were friendly, but unfortunately, if you attend Hope Springs, be prepared to have little to no therapy/life balance, as they are very… strict on you attending 3 times a week in their offices, so if you have a family event or prior commitment, you might as well forget about it because you belong to Hope Springs now and they are not afraid to discharge you if they feel like they want to. The other downside of the program is that they do not offer several virtual groups like other IOP programs I have been in have, which makes it very tricky for those who cannot get to the office easy like me, so if they were to add more virtual groups and more flexible scheduling, Hope Springs would be perfect.
As a group participant l felt very welcomed and safe to talk about personal struggles. The facilitator was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for a great experience.
I’ve been looking for a new psychiatrist since my old one no longer takes insurance. I was really put out by the fact that it is mandatory that I do 4 hours of therapy three times a week just for med management. uh, who… has the time for that? i’m a single working mom and while group therapy might help others it’s not for me. i’ve never been to this facility; the phone call was all i needed to know that this isn’t the place for me and it gives me a bad feeling. I shouldn’t have to do mandatory anything in order to receive my medication. weird all around.
