I have been at PCT for a very long time. Before going here I was at 2 other clinics, & I have to say that PTC is an excellent program!! There are many elderly & disabled people at my clinic, our nurses are outstanding… not only in their jobs but they are compassionate & caring people without judgements!!! Whenever anyone asks my opinion about what methadone clinic is the best one to go to Pittsburgh Comprehensive Treatment Center is the very best!!!

In 35yrs of methadone maintenance I have been a client at 5 of the Pgh. Clinics. I've seen good and bad at all of them. But as employees go, Jennifer Zappata has done so much to help me to see the light at the end of… more than one dark, damp and dreary tunnel. She is rare person with a healing sense of empathy.🕊️

I enjoy this clinic if you work the program the way it is intended you get a lot out of it. It has helped me become a healthy active parent and citizen

This was my second time trying this clinic, it's just crazy to me that I've been back on methadone since Nov 1 2024 and I just literally walked away cold turkey and had no, I mean zero withdraws!!! What are they giving… us down there, it can't be real methadone cuz in 2016 I went there and literally was on 150mgs for a yr and literally walked away with no symptoms than too!! But this is not my only complaint, I didn't go to the clinic for a whole week and not once did anyone call to check to see what happened and if I was even alright!! I really feel this program has something wrong with it!! They don't care about their clients and what are they giving us!! Cuz it seems to be more of a placebo than a actual drug!! I heard tons of patients say they suspect that it was watered down, well I'm here to tell you that after 2 runs with this clinic, ur all getting played!! U don't need that shit, it's not even real! I literally had not 1 withdraw symptom!!! I'm so disappointed in this program, it's just another let down to the recovery program!! I'm so disappointed.. I feel like they just got my insurance money and I did all those groups and sessions for what, they don't care about you!!! I would highly recommend u go somewhere else!!

I love this place, as it has saved my life. But the pictures in the google add are definitely NOT the center on Washington Blvd🤷🏽‍♂️ Don’t know why they have these beautiful pics up, and that’s nowhere near what it… actually looks like.

Methadone saved my life. I have no other experiences with clinics but I can talk about methadone. If you have been to rehab more than twice for dope, try meetings, and let other people tell when your clean don't try… methadone. Just try. What could happen? You get clean? PS: 4 plus years. No dope.

Discovery house Pittsburgh needs closed down the nurses are raciest there faviote word is cracker beaner junky they gossip about patients in front of other patients with no regard for your privacy long wait times… bathrooms are flithy if they are working at all never any paper towels or tp your recovery means nothing only concern is paying on time computers are never working management tells you one thing but each nurse has there own rules no one is on the same page your time means nothing unsafe exits after dosing they demand you exit out a side door no lights into an ALLY the area is unsafe to begin with always police presant but only to check for expired plates or to give tickets go anywhere but here bad bet

Significantly unprofessional. Management is 100 percent to blame for this.

Came for guest dosing because a family member was in critical care. Not only were they the only clinic to work with me on short notice, when my clinic made mistakes with my paperwork on my last day, their nurse,… Danielle, stayed WAYY past closing time, and didn't give up until we'd called both directors and got this done! She legitimately had a giant hand in maintaining my recovery today, because with my current situation, I don't know how I would have handled not having my meds. She was an absolute god send, and I know I'll be sober, without worry for the rest of my trip here. I thank you guys for everything so so much. Amazing staff. They care!

I'm very thankful for my program -it keeps me from being sick everyday which helps to prevent me from doing things that I shouldn't. They seem like they truly care about me , my counselor always checks in with me to… make sure I'm OK, and when I missed a couple days he called to see if I was alright. I thought that was pretty genuine of him.
