My son has been attending ABC Academy for months now and ABC has been such an enormous breath of fresh air. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and extremely responsive to any issues, needs or changes that… may spring up, (my son likes to really throw some curve balls at us every now and then). We touch base with our BCBA frequently and regularly and we always know exactly how kiddo is doing. Our input into how they work with him is always appreciated and incorporated as best they can. The RBTs are absolute treasures. They get along very well with kiddo and are in tune with his needs. The kiddo events they hold from time to time are always fun and a great glimpse into their work and processes. We're very happy we went with ABC Academy for our son's ABA therapy needs!

Action Behavior Center Academy Chandler is an amazing ABA provider. I get to meet with my Autistic child's BCBA every other week to follow up and make goals specific to my child's needs. All the staff here are extremely… patient and friendly. My child has been with ABC since since he was 4 years old and was nonverbal. Now he attends ABC Academy where they focus on school readiness. Since attending Academy, he is speaking in full sentences and expressing his needs. In addition, his self harm behaviors have drastically decreased. I cannot express the level of gratitude I have for Action Behavior Center Academy. For the first time ever, my son told me he loves me of his own accord. In addition, the team is very receptive to my son's needs and helps us navigate barriers, like potty training and regressions, for example. They are also willing to network and host external therapy vendors like OT and ST. The facility is beautiful, very clean, and contains many sensory friendly spaces. Deciding to place my son in ABA, especially Action Behavior Center Academy Chandler has been on of the best decisions my husband and I ever made.

My son has been at action behavior center since he was 4 years old he is now 8 and they have gone above and beyond for my son ! They really care about all the kiddos there and what is best for them ! My son wakes up and… is always ready and excited for school he has learned and continues to learn so much with every tech there ! I highly recommend this center!

2 years, 9 months - that’s how long my child spent in the caring hands of the illustrious Action Behavior Center (ABC) staff. I will begin with the start; my child was heavily encouraged to receive services elsewhere at… the previous clinic that they attended. This led me to intensive research that brought me to ABC’s doorsteps. From the jump, this clinic was very eager to help us. Unfortunately, across the Phoenix metro many ABA centers' attitude towards parents roughly boils down to “There is another family waiting, why would we make you comfortable in your decision?” ABC took all possible steps to ensure we were confident with choosing them. Shakeim Golden was our introduction to ABC and his belief in their mission was evident. He answered questions despite better than other intake individuals with a therapy background had. Small sidenote, we hit a snag with insurance in the beginning and we were delayed a few weeks. ABC still held the spot for our child. In fact, I recently learned that they prepared a room specifically designed for my child that they kept in tact until they came. Before we started, we met with Omar Moreno Salinas - our child’s BCBA to be. He was very warm, open, friendly, and knowledgeable. Unlike many other professionals that assist children on the spectrum, he believed what we told him point-blank. We felt heard and we were very confident that we made the right choice. Omar just started as a BCBA and was building his team. He only had two RBTs that were “veterans”. He quickly and effectively built up his team, making therapeutic approach adjustments on the fly efficiently. Many RBTs in the beginning came and went, but my child saw improvement with the core group. It probably was not until 6 months in that my child had therapists that they would see for the next 2+ years. That being said, having multiple RBTs stay in one clinic for multiple years is a feat in-and-of itself. As for the clinic as a whole, the entire staff knows my child. They all react to my child fondly. Everyone at ABC always seems happy to see my child. If you have any doubt about this place, the reviews speak for themself. Still not convinced? Look at reviews in the PHX metro. If you are the most cynical person that ever lived and still don't trust them, go national. The reviews are consistently quite high across the board. ABC executive team clearly found the secret sauce for streamlining efficiencies. Illnesses at ABC are relatively rare compared to similar counterparts - they had air purifiers for a long time, sadly no longer there. Staff remains fairly consistent despite a turnover torn field. There is some redundancy of RBTs, so if something drastic occurs, someone on standby can come in and assist or fill in. With the exception of the five minutes before and after the 6 major drop-off/pickup times, it is very easy to call and have someone answer - which is an alarmingly sparse quality in these clinics. They do activities that include parents at least every other month. Finally, I just wanted to share my gratitude with the many people at ABC that have touched my family’s and my child’s life. To the RBTs, I know the journey was hard, but your success is obvious. My child now interacts with others that are not my wife and I and engages more readily with us and for longer periods of time. There will never be enough lifetimes for me to repay the debt I owe you all. You all may credit the ABA, but I don't believe my child would have developed as much if you all did not love her so much. I am eternally grateful and I will think of you all every day for the rest of my life. My son just graduated from this program today. This place is nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for a spot for your autistic child, look no further. My husband and I showed up here tired, lost, and unsure of… what we were supposed to do. From the moment my son started here, Action Behavior Center welcomed us with open arms and walked with us. It's hard for me to even put into words how much ABC helped my son grow into the cool little human he is today. The people who spend time with your kids... they really care. They take the time to learn about your child, and after over a year- they form friendships. I can't thank each individual, but if I could, I would! Truly an awesome staff, I can't speak highly enough of them! From the BCBA's who spend time with your kids, or the awesome front desk staff who took my MANY phone calls, or the lead BCBA's that invest in your child's life and meet with you every other week to work on behaviors at home... truly some of the most amazing people I have ever met. I am in tears writing this, because Action Behavior Center is that special to me. That's how much we will miss this place. Oh, and there is an outdoor area! That was super important to me when I was looking for places. One more giant THANK YOU to you all who cared about my son and celebrated every win with us. Send your kids here, you won't regret I promise.

We found Action Behavior after my husband thoroughly researched ABA clinics. Our 3yo DD was with another center and had completely ceased progressing. Upon touring the facility we saw that the company takes great care… in what they do, and how they do it. We saw that children receive their own individual therapy rooms, while also being able to interact with her peers in several activity spaces, including their outdoor playground. After speaking to the Program Directors (Shakeim an Makayla) we were happy to move on to the next steps. At the intake, the therapist assigned, Omar, saw our daughter for who she truly is, a smart and stubborn child with ASD. The importance behind this is that our daughter was basically mislabeled by the previous school for being lower functioning because they didn't know how to work with her stubbornness and just chalked it up to "lower functioning." This was when we knew that we made the right choice. In two hours, ABC saw what our previous clinic couldn't in 10 months. Our daughter is now 3 weeks in, and we are so happy we made the switch. She is thrilled to go to class every day. She comes home a little tired, but no where near as tired as her previous clinic which tells me that she is nowhere near as stressed. We are already seeing little improvements, so I can't wait to see where we will be in 6 months. I called looking for help with by daughter's OCD, Briana Lopez answered my call. While ABC does not treat what I am looking for Briana took my contact information and offered t research who might be able to help.… Several hours later Briana sent me a list of providers that should be able to help me. I cannot express how grateful my wife and I are for Briana to take the time to help our family.

Highly recommend ABC my son has had so much improvement since hes been at this location , what can i say about his therapist he loves every single one of them and can see how much he loves coming to ABC , they show so… much care for our kids just love ABC, thank you for all you do for out kiddos ❤️

I toured this location last Friday, my guide Makayla was amazing. I got the opportunity to see the staff interacting with their kiddos and I was blown away by their engagement and focus. I can’t wait for my son to… attend. I know he will love it.

I REALLY WISH I WOULD OF FOUND THEM SOONER. The wait is WORTH IT... They're honestly the best, and I've never trusted anybody with my son until i ment them! Being a FIRST TIME PARENT to an Autistic Child is not as easy… as we may all know. But everybody at the center is so HELPFUL and KIND They let you know you're not alone on This path, and you can feel the support, too. Im so happy i found genuine people who care for my child best interest. ***Hes done sooooo much growing in these short 7-8 months sooo much more than he ever did in school.... sorry, not sorry.... He's talking so much now. He randomly talks by himself in a full short 5 word sentence, but cmon! That's gold compared to how he started! I ask him stuff, and he actually answers back appropriately! Socially - he now says hello instead of just "tagging" the other kiddos. Learning - idk how to say this any other way, but my son is more open to learning new things, and he's gotten good repeating what i say he's used to refuse. Understanding - my son brain flourished ! I can see how he's growing and just being able to understand more of "what i say." It's honestly the best feeling. Emotionally-- my son actually misses me. Before, i felt he didn't care for me ABC gave me that opportunity to have some time to myself and get other things done while my son was in a good learning environment. And when i picked him up, he was actually happy and excited to see me! Something i hadn't experienced before with him till now. And honestly, there's soooo much more. i would like to write more, but i wouldn't finish anytime soon. I just ask you to have a chance on ABCENTERS & you won't regret it. dont worry, you won't have to thank me later. THANK THEM! SPECIAL THANKS TO MY SONS TEAM. HES CLINICIAN MEGAN D. I still remember the first time she called me to let me know my son was next on the waiting list. Very precious call it was my first call that showed me there was hope put there for us parents with autistic children. TINA is very knowledgeable, made the process so smooth and told me exactly what they needed from me (paperwork) and kept in contact with me thru the whole process to make sure i knew what was going on. AND theres many more amazing therapists that i didn't get to mention I WISH I COULD THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR ALL THE HARD WORK THEYVE PUT IN WITH MY SON. IT REALLY HAS BEEN PAID OFF THANK YOU ***And once your child is in I absolutely love how they have this online spreasheet. You can see what your child has been up to thru out the day, and if they ate, went to the bathroom, etc That's awesome! Def something that gave me peace of mind when I first started considering my son is there almost full time. Sure came in handy. Thanks if you made it this far.

Everyone is very welcoming and comforting. I have been anxious about getting my son evaluated and they made sure I was okay and told me that they are there for me and comforted me in the best way.

I have two little guys with autism and this place has been nothing but a blessing. My older son was non-verbal and completely closed off before ABC. He’s been there almost a year and he’s blossomed. He’s now talking and… we’re even starting with potty training. My youngest was just diagnosed with autism as well and we got him started right away. He has also been doing so much better with their amazing staff and services. I don’t know where our family would be without them!

I guess they're okay 😏... On a serious note, this center has been a blessing for our family. The method in which they are organized is similar to what we experienced at a Montessori school. I rather enjoy the ability… that my child has with socializing with other children which does wonders for his personality which shines through every day. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, so much so they have become more like family to us. My child enjoys and looks forward to coming to this center each day and I couldn't be happier knowing they are receiving the services that will only continue to help in their development. Thank you everyone for all you have done and continue to do for my kiddo! 💖
