Both inpatient and outpatient services are excellent and professional. A lot of people are here on the worst days of their lives, so take negative reviews with a grain of salt. Get help if you think you might need it.… Insider tip — bring sweats (no hoods or drawstrings) if you’re going inpatient. The AC in there is wild. 🥶

I don't recommend this place at all, I came here thinking it was a rehab and it was psych ward. There's better places if it's your last resort, it's 600$ a day here roundly and its not worth the price to be honest.… While at my stay there was a recreational room that only played one channel and it was Law & Order SVU, wasn't suitable in general especially for those staying there. If you want quality care you're not going to find it here. Stay away. I was lucky enough to have such a short stay when I recognized what was going on, I could see the bustling streets of traffic out the window and learning that Kiwanis Park was just a cement wall away made me even more angry, being stripped of your freedom was psychologically taking a toll on me. I wanted to leave immediately and they told me NO. Honestly it was probably to get another day in pay for their pockets, when I first arrived and the nurse told me a week there was 3-4K a week a stay, I noped out of there the first chance I could, when is then they told me I "have" to stay another day. If you can't tell, HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND.

I am a Retired Army Veteran and have been struggling with alcohol abuse disorder for a very long time. Aurora Behavioral Health help me successfully detox from alcohol after I had relapsed from a long period of… sobriety. I was scared of having seizures and needed round the clock medical care to make sure I was going to be ok. The staff was excellent and took great care of me. Everybody from the BHT's, Nurses, Psychiatric Doctors, MD's, Kitchen staff, and Janitors. Thank you for getting me back on my feet and back on my road to recovery! Shout out to Brittany and Leah for processing my discharge under intense pressure. Thank you!

I was in psychosis. Had a psychotic break and was transferred here. The staff. Was incredibly rude. Not helpful. They didn’t know how to handle a person with an actual mental health crisis. There was a lady that worked… there that wore glasses I think she was in charge. She yelled at her employees in front of everyone and then in front of me said “she’ll be gone soon don’t worry”. Talking about me. They transferred me to another facility without even helping me. I would never come here if you genuinely need help.

THE STAFF HARMS PATIENTS I JUST got off the phone with my mom and she told me the nurses/techs working there call her NASTY things AND they abuse and BULLY her ALL DAY! She’s now at the point where she’s SO filled with… FEAR and ANXIETY that she’s constantly been throwing up for the past 3 days and she hasn’t been sleeping at ALLL. I called the hospital to see what was going on in there and if my mom can get the protection she needs, but the lady on the phone told me that she couldn’t do anything to stop them. Unless my mom goes to talk to her. I’m like can you not see that my mom is afraid of you guys? What the hell is your problem? What kind of nurses treat their patients like that?

I would not reccomend you send your loved here for either inpatient or outpatient. I felt so disrespected by the outpatient team when I asked one of the therapists for help for another issue I was having. After that… interaction I asked to be discharged. I called the clinical director of outpatient services and he never returned my call. I am honestly appalled by this therapists behavior. I hope she doesn't work there anymore.
