Does WellCare Cover Rehab?

Certification Before Anything Else

Medicare covers inpatient treatment in hospitals and hospital-based psychiatric units well. Freestanding residential rehabs of the kind most people picture are frequently not Medicare-certified, and where a facility is not certified nothing is payable regardless of medical necessity or which plan you hold.
